- Patricia (1/5): - I didn't have it, as it wasn't open before I had to leave for work at 7:00 am. I had booked a two-queen room 4 months before my stay, and when I arrived, they did not have my room type available. Only a kingroom was available. They moved me the following day and gave me an upgrade as part of a deal, but I still had to check out in the am and then leave work to come back and check in again to make sure I had the right room. The room was not that clean. I will not be staying there again. It is very unfortunate, as the room was very nice once we got the right one, and I love the location.

The breakfast was amazing and the pool was awesome, kids loved the room and how they had their own separate little area! The pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable and how we requested a late check out and they said they were full for late checkouts.

- Emma (9/5): - This was our second time staying here - this time was just spouse and I, last time was with the kids. Each time the staff and hotel in general have been welcoming. The place is well-kept and maintained, and rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Great amenities and awesome location - it's across the road from Mr Mike's. The pool here (and slide) is great - big and deep.

- Eli (5/5): It looks like a place that could have been nice, but it’s too noisy - Nice clean and well equipped Noisy! We could not get a good night sleep. The next door neighbor was loud, and there is no sound isolation whatsoever . Then the cleaning crew, started talking and shouting, in the hallway, and it was like they where in the room. I tried to ask them to lower their voices, but the load one replied “ I’m just talking, what do you want!?”

- Diane (8/5): I would recommend this place. I would definitely be coming back. - The room was nice and big to clean beds and pull out sofa. Had lots of room with the two kids and it was quiet. The pool was clean and hot tub was working, which is a big bonus. The Keurig machine didn’t work. But they brought me one when I mentioned it other than that everything was wonderful.

Staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate our needs. Loved that the hotel has a spa! Perfect way to have a nice stay! Bedroom doors close pretty loudly so woke up at night a few times to others closing their doors. Not a great breakfast selection for Celiacs & dairy intolerant people. Elevators are a little creaky which personally is a little uncomfortable for me.

Everything was good except the messy floors. There was coffee dribbled all over in the hallway and elevators that was not cleaned up. And in our room there was a large sticky spot on the carpet, very visible, that should have been cleaned. Also a big wad of hair in the tub drain.

- Bernie (7/5): Adequate but not spectacular. - The breakfast food was good. Would have liked to have high fiber cereal. The room was nice. Lots of storage for clothes. Lots of light in the bathroom. It was windy the first night and the wind pushing into the wall mounted hvac kept waking me up and when the heating came on it seemed it took at least a minute to kick in but it made this clicking or tapping noise continuously until it did. I was almost asleep the first night and when the heating came on it startled me awake. I thought someone was coming into the room. The first morning I showered and then went down for breakfast. When I came back up to brush my teeth the bathroom had a noticeable urine smell. I couldn't see where it was coming from. I left the fan running when I left. Later that day when I returned the staff had shut the fan off. I noticed the odor was still there but not as strong. Perhaps a little investigation into that is necessary.
