• Leon (10/5): Perfekt für Pärchen - Es war alles perfekt, die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und nett. Wir haben es dort geliebt und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Gute Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe! Vielen Dank!! Alles gut!

• Markos (4/5): The description and presentation of the apartment need to be more accurate to set appropriate expectations for future gu - Location and cleanness Hi Home of Rosa, My wife and I recently stayed at Home of Rosa from July 15th through July 21st, and I have some feedback to share. Firstly, the listing is misleading as it is described as a 1-bedroom apartment, but in reality, it is a basement studio. This crucial detail was not mentioned on the website, leading to a discrepancy between expectations and reality. Additionally, the bed setup is quite unconventional. Instead of a proper bed frame, the sleeping area is a raised platform that occupies part of the living room space, doubling as both a bedroom and storage area. This design choice results in very limited headroom, with the basement floor and the bedroom floor being uncomfortably close to the ceiling.

• Ioanna (8/5): Very good - The host provided us with many snacks and water bottles, which was very thoughtful. Communication was really quick and helpful.The location is good, the area very safe. The apartment is nice and neat. Despite what I will say below, it is a great place to rent if you are a student or on a a budget in general! The apartment is much smaller than the pictures make it to be. Its still a nice place, but SMALL (which makes it somewhat uncomfortable). The bathroom needed more places to hang and put stuff on (more hooks & shelves are vital!). To get proper hot water to last a bit, leave the thermostat on at least 30 mins. In terms of how long hot water lasts, its not that bad, but could stand to be better (good for short/medium showers, but not for long ones!). Also, note that the apartment is in the basement, and you have to go down some mini stairs which look quite ominous to get to it.

• Eric (10/5): The perfect super-host in the ideal location! Spotless, don't skip!!! - Rosa is the best host on planet Earth. Her little home is also the most clean you'll find, as she and her staff literally get on all four to clean the place. She brought us treats, juices, coffee, milk, sugar, sheets, clean towels DAILY and replenished everything. Absolute perfection. We love the location (we visit Pangrati twice a year) since it's close to all the places we like to go and eat, and Rosa made it the only place we will ever book. She's also kind and generous and made our stay flawless. If there was a better rating we could give, this would be it! Nothing we disliked! Tiny place, but made to feel large.
• Christos (10/5): Wonderful Apartment in the Best Area of Athens - Excellent host. Quick replies, host speaks multiple languages (English, Greek, Spanish). Apartment is newly renovated, everything is clean and smells very nice. Apartment has everything you need: starting with necessities as shower gel, ending with 5+ types of tea, 3+ types of coffee (filter and capsules), extra towels, slippers, bathrobe etc. Wonderful Smart TV allowed us to enjoy our streaming services during our stay. NOT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, BUT: Based on my experience hosts normally don't care about your comfort on a daily basis, they only care about your check-in/check-out experience. Host was attentive, cared about our every day experience and offered multiple extra services (taxi by her friend, extra water, extra towels etc) - some people might consider that a bit too much, but we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed that hospitality.
• Alexios (9/5): Hidden jewel coming out of a magazine illustration! - Amazingly and thoughtfully ergonomic, unique, clean and welcoming! You can’t believe that everything was there, from a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toiletries, iron and space for a dinner, spacious balcony bed! The owner was available always on mobile. Some problem with hot water late night, fixed later.
• Αναστάσιος (10/5): Cute and well equipped studio with a great host - Rosa is an amazing host! She is happy to go the extra mile so that the guest feels at home. She is obsessed with cleaning the apartment thoroughly between guests. The place is very well equipped. Extra care has been given to all the little practical details that make one's stay easy and smooth. The location is superb, in my opinion one of the best spots in Pangrati. I hadn't realized that it's a few steps below street level. It still has a large window with some cute plants outside, so I didn't think it was a problem.
• Munteanu (10/5): Exceptional - Really cozy room where you can find everything you want ( for cooking also). They left free water, drinks, snacks for us. Really nice.
• Wouter (10/5): Great value for the price, excellent online help service - Rosa is a very kindhearted Brazilian - Greek lady. She takes her job very seriously and will walk the extra mile to give you a nice stay. Literally. She walked us to the metro stop because Brazilians are amazing. The value for money was great (extremely clean, small private kitchen, breakfast included). Someone was constantly online (booking.com chat) to help us navigate to the place. This was very useful, so check your email for these messages. They will help you with any questions at any time. Be sure to have google maps and a full battery when you are in Athens. It makes everything easier
