Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Unclean BBQ, no fans as described in listing (was offered to be reimbursed for them two days before we checked out), wrong beds made up and very patchy TV reception.

- Camille (9/5): Perfect for getaway with friends or family; great location and layout. - The house was perfectly located and setup for our group getaway. It was comfortable, with great unimpeded views of the beach and had everything we needed for in-house eating and entertainment. Large balcony out front and fire pit out back to appreciate on better weathered days. House is cosy and comfy if the weather outside is not inviting. A short walk to the town centre. The managers, Phillip Island Holiday Homes, were proactive and very responsive and helpful to questions. It was an easy and lovely place for either weekend away or a longer stay. FYI, linen is extra but seems to be standard for lodgings in this area. Not a negative, just highlighting.

- Holly (9/5): Great location, comfy beds, clean facilities, good communication from hosts - It was exactly what I expected it to be. We were very comfortable in the property. Beds were comfortable. Easy to access the property. Great location for us. And it was clean. The back room smells quite musty when you open the doors and we couldn’t find the outdoor bins to dispose of rubbish. These were only minor points for our stay.

- Carissa (9/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommended. - Nice playground and trail to stroll to the beach at opposite street. Kitchen was super well equipped. Everything we need is available from cutlery to to pots and pans to seasoning. Rooms and place very well maintained and clean. The bbq looks dirty so we didn’t use it. And even though we follow the instruction to boost the heater, the water is still ice cold from night till morning.
