Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- Joyce (8/5): Would go again. Loved it. - Booked not even 48hrs prior to our stay and secured room at short notice, which was great in peak January period. They threw in free linen/towels which was great. The room was ready 3hrs before checkout so extremely happy we could enter early especially in the Summer heat, the place was lovely with modern furniture and everything we needed. I was a little anxious as I wasn't familiar with a keylock but the cleaner greeted me and showed me how to get keys. Was walking distance to main shops/restaurants and very quite despite being on main road. Very secure location, felt safe. Didn't have wifi (despite mentioning it to owners, they said a technician is coming to fix issue but never got fixed). Rooms were clean but not perfect. Don't look under the bed if you don't want to see dust. I couldn't work out how to use the TV, not a big problem but could have at least watched the some evening entertainment.

- Shay (1/5): Not worth amount of money when you have to bring half of your stuff with you. - the location Very dirty, floors where full of hair, freezer was full of previous peoples food, iron was dirty and unusable. Does not supply bed sheets or towels, but the sheets they do provide have stains. Unfortunately we misread information and we contacted staff and they were rude told me it was my fault and they ( direct quote) “cleaners will need to launder all of the mattress protectors, doona covers etc after your stay” which I thought you are supposed to do ANYWAY . But after finding stains on our blankets they provided they did not offer a solution or even an apology for an issue I provided proof of. I paid a fair bit more than the usual rate due to it being a long weekend. We had noisey neighbours. That also kept parking right out front of our villa. which meant yet another problem no privacy. These were not car spots in the first place. I understand the linen not being supplied and was notified of this all the way down the bottom Of the confirmation email. It’s not an air B&B I’ve never heard of paying an extra $30 to get sheets. I would not recommend any one staying in this establishment as this experience ruined my entire holiday.
- Tilly (3/5): Good location however uncomfortable couch and hot water for only 5 minutes a day. Poor service. - Good location Dirty. Floors, behind bedside tables and under bed hadn’t been cleaned. Couch hard as a rock. Hot water in the shower only lasted 5 minutes a day and we did not receive assistance to fix this during our stay. Noisy neighbours partying all night.
