Very pleasant service both at the reception and from the room service. There were also very nice people at the breakfast table. Ideal location, tram stop 200 m away, it is not a problem for walkers to get to Sultanahmet and the beautiful parks. I especially recommend taking a room with a garden view, this ensures access to the terrace. The restaurant where breakfast was served has a beautiful atmosphere and is clean. The only downside is that it is really very expensive. The hotel could make nice discount to customers, I believe that then they would spend a lot more time there. The breakfast has a small selection but no one will go hungry. Breakfast could have more variety or at least fresh fruit and greens.

• Florina (10/5): - The location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the city and close to many attractions. The hotel did not have private parking but the staff kindly assisted us in finding a nearby parking place. A special thank you to Ms. Tuana, the manager, whose exemplary behavior and kindness made our stay even more special. From the very first day, she helped us a lot with our children and made us feel truly welcome. The entire staff was amazing — very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the most touching moments was when they found out it was our daughter’s birthday and surprised her with a birthday cake. We highly recommend Hotel Balin to anyone visiting Istanbul and we would gladly stay there again. The only negative point was that the hotel did not have private parking.

Camera sptioasa si dotata cu strictul necesar pentru un sejur. Personalul foarte serviabil condus de o Domnisoara Meneger de nota 10. Merita sa incerci si nu vei regreta. Cu auto se ajunge f.greu-sunt multe strazi cu restrictii si parcarea este la distanta fata de locatie si costa 15Euro pe zi.-dar masina este in siguranta.
• Marina (10/5): Wonderful stay in Istanbul. - We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Istanbul. We booked 3 rooms and one of them was with the terrace. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts - they always added some Turkish salads. The location was perfect for exploring the city with the tram stop 2 mins away. The Grand Bazar is around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A lovely experience overall — highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul! The restaurant in the hotel seems overpriced.

• Maddie (7/5): Convenient for all the major sites. - The breakfast was excellent, A wide choice, including Turkish specialities and varying each day. Very handy location within walking distance of The Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Galata Tower (40mins) and, if you wanted to go further afield, the tram line. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was expensive compared to similar nearby places.

• Ana-Maria (10/5): Am avut o experiență excelentă. - Proprietatea este amplasată într-o locație excelentă, foarte aproape de bazar — practic trebuie doar să traversezi strada, ceea ce face totul extrem de comod pentru plimbări, cumpărături și explorarea zonei. Hotelul ne-a impresionat încă de la sosire prin curățenie și atmosfera plăcută. Camera a fost spațioasă, confortabilă și bine întreținută, oferind tot ce aveam nevoie pentru un sejur relaxant. Un mare plus îl reprezintă personalul, care a fost extrem de amabil, atent și mereu dispus să ajute cu orice informație sau solicitare. Ne-am simțit foarte bine primiți pe toată durata șederii. Per total, experiența a fost excelentă din toate punctele de vedere și cu siguranță recomand acest hotel oricui își dorește confort, locație bună și servicii de calitate. Localnicii extrem de amabili. - Proprietatea aproape de statia de tramvai, se face curatenie zilnic, camera dispune de fierbator si ti se ofera ceai, apa si cafea instant din partea casei. Personalul foarte amabil. Micul dejun bogat, diversificat si persoanele cu intolerante aveau la dispozitie preparate specifice. Totul a fost ok. Nimic de reprosat.

• Dóra (10/5): Kellemes, szívesen ajánljuk. - Kerekesszékkel is könnyen meg tudtuk közelíteni, közel van a villamosmegállóhoz, mégsem a főútra néz. Nem azokat a szobákat kaptuk, amiket kifizettünk. Második nap kaptunk új szobát, amit eredetileg foglaltunk, de az árkülönbözet attól még nem rendeződött.

• Niculae Florinel (9/5): Manager made the stay great! - I had a very good experience at this hotel in Istanbul. We arrived late at night and, due to a mistake at reception, we were given a different room than the one we had booked, without a balcony and without a city view. The next morning, I spoke with the manager. She immediately understood the situation and changed our room without hesitation to the one we had originally reserved. Throughout our stay, she was attentive and involved. Every morning at breakfast, she asked if everything was as expected and if we were satisfied. I truly appreciate how she handled the situation. She showed respect for the guests and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel. I didn’t like that I didn’t receive the room I booked on Booking. It required the manager’s intervention. She resolved it quickly and had a pleasant attitude.

Am rezervat o camera la terasa si o camera cu balcon dar când am ajuns am dat peste o receptionera care îmi spunea ca am rezervat camere fără facilități si n-ea dat o cameră cu balcon si una fără . Aveți mare grije si imprimați rezervarea in turca sa nu aveți probleme!

• Cristian (8/5): Very pleasant stay, very clean. - The location is perfect to get into the city vibe and very clean. The fact that it is very difficult to get to the location if you are driving. We had to leave the car in a far away car parking, and then we had to walk up the hill like almost 30 minutes. Then the breakfast very poor, almost no fresh fruits besides some apples and old dry oranges. Every single day the same, no alternate food, unfortunately. The staff were nice though.

Το προσωπικό έχει διάθεση να βοηθήσει και είναι φιλικοί αλλά δεν μιλούν αγγλικά και η επικοινωνία δεν είναι πάντα εύκολη. Το πρωινό τίμιο. Θα μπορούσε να είναι καθαρότερο. Στο μπάνιο δεν ήταν όλα τέλεια.

Osoblje predivno. Recepcioneri jako predusretljivi. Osoblje u restoranu divno. Sigurno će ponovo biti nas izbor pri sledećem putovanju u Istanbul. U ovom hotelu je sve predivno. Nemamo bas nijednu zamjerku.

• Szines (10/5): Közel van a Bazárhoz, és a villamos megálló a Hoteltől 80 méter. - 11 órakor érkeztünk a Hotelba, kávéval kínáltak, és utána el is foglalhattuka szobát. Hivatalosan csak délután 2 órakor lehetett volna. nem volt.

The mattress was too soft for my liking, and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Another issue was the minibar: it was stocked with drinks that guests are charged for if consumed. I was disappointed to find it wasn't empty for guests' personal use, as I had expected.

• dumitras (1/5): Ne-au stricat tot sejurul.De evitat! - Nimic!!! Am avut plătită cazarea pentru 3 nopți și am renunțat după prima.Camerele sunt foarte mici,nu corespund cu descrierea! Izolație fonică nu exista,se aude și vecinul de peste două camere,cum face pipi sau isi sufla nasul! Au două agregate,montate pe peretele extern,care fac un zgomot infernal. Geamul de la camera noastra,care ar fi trebuit sa aiba vedere la oras dadea într-un perete! Patul mic,iar salteaua și pernele sunt extrem de incomode,băile mici,totul este vechi și neîngrijit.
