• Tatjana (6/5): Die kleine Wohnung passt genau für 2 Personen, Lage prima Kaffee zum Frühstücken um die Ecke sowie eine nette Bar direkt - Die zentrale Lage, das Bad und grundsätzlich auch die Küche. Das Bett war bequem. Prima wäre eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine, diese ist leider an der Seite komplett verschmort und somit unbrauchbar, Küchenhandtücher und Badteppich zum Duschen wären toll gewesen! Der Boden war zwar irgendwie geputzt aber trotzdem nicht richtig sauber und bitte noch ein paar Kleiderbügel zum aufhängen!

• Andrea (1/5): Gute Lage, trotzdem nicht empfehlenswert - Lage Die Unterkunft entspricht leider nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos vermittelt werden – diese wirken deutlich ansprechender als die Realität vor Ort. Bereits der Zugang ist mühsam, da sich der Schlüssel nur mit viel Gefühl drehen lässt. Im Zimmer selbst gab es mehrere unangenehme Punkte: Das Bettzeug roch stark nach Zigaretten, und das Leintuch war lediglich ein Tuchentbezug, was wenig komfortabel ist. Zudem war die Tuchent sehr dünn und machte den Eindruck, als wäre hier die billigste Variante gewählt worden. Insgesamt ist das Bett ziemlich unbequem. Die Küche war in einem so verdreckten Zustand, dass man sie nicht nutzen möchte. Auch das Badezimmer hinterließ keinen guten Eindruck: Die Dusche war voller Kalkspuren und Schlieren, zudem gab es kein Licht im Bad, was die Nutzung erheblich einschränkt. Die Klobrille ist zu klein und wenig angenehm. In Summe fühlt man sich hier leider nicht wirklich willkommen. Insgesamt keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung.

• Ronja (4/5): - Alte Wohnung mit minimaler Ausstattung, Charme der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist kommt nicht rüber. Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie ein zweites Handtuch, ein kleines Licht am Bett. Habe mich mit kleinem Kind nicht wohl gefühlt

Definitely recommend it. - Great and cosy accommodation within walking distance of the city centre on a quiet street. Communication was excellent, the accommodation was beautiful, clean and ready. The check-in process was flawless. I definitely recommend it.

• Anna (5/5): - Der Checkin und Checkout hat super funktioniert, tolle Lage direkt neben der Bim. Leider waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher feucht bis nass! Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter wurde die Reinigungsfrau zu uns geschickt, auf die wir 1 Stunde lang warten mussten.... Wir haben aber im Endeffekt frische Wäsche bekommen. Eine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln war vorhanden, doch leider war die Kaffeemaschine komplett verschmort und damit nicht funktionstüchtig. Außerdem hat es leider stark nach Zigartten gerochen - ich weiß aber nicht, ob ich das beim Buchen evtl. übersehen hatte.

• Denisa (6/5): Good apartment, bad communication, missing mugs - The keys were hidden in a somewhat unusual spot, not particularly easy to find, but it was alright. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfy. The location was fine, not far from the city center and the streets were fairly calm, though it's on the first floor so you hear people walk by - but not a big issue. What drags it down is the communication with the owner. Every communication was in German, even though the apartment advertises that they also communicate in English. Of course, you can translate it, but come on. There were no mugs in the apartment, so nowhere to pour coffee/tea into, which is ridiculous since there is a coffee machine - but it was not functional anyway :'). No cutting board, either, but that is sadly common. The main issue is that the owner was not even in the country at the time. So you could complain and they can't and won't do anything about it. Imagine if we had lost the keys, there would be no one to solve it with us. Also the final message before check-out said we need to pay a city fee, even though it was included in the price of the booking. When I confronted the seller about it, they said it was for a different site, not for Booking - it seriously isn't that hard to change the message sent for a different page. A bit lazy if you ask me.
• Nadiia (10/5): Тихо и Близко к центру! - Это удачное расположение квартиры, не далеко от центра, но в тихом месте. Квартира маленькая, но в ней есть все что нужно. Интернет работал хорошо. Было тепло и уютно, так как уже в сентябре работали радиаторы отопления. Коммуникация с хозяином квартиры была легкой и дружеской. Я попросила дополнительное постельное белье и мне дали его. Я довольна выбором и рекомендую это жилье! Это не касается квартиры, но будьте осторожны с парковкой под домом. Она платная и по этому не забудьте оплатить все время парковки. Я к сожалению проспала на 20 минут в субботу утром и меня оштрафовали, не смотря на то что у меня была оплачена предыдущие и следующие часы паркинга. Но так как я имела перерыв в 20 минут, то мне выписали штраф и с наглым видом сказали: докажите, что вы тут не стояли. Это было очень обидно. Если ад и существует, то только для паркинг-контролёров.

• Sulumbek (10/5): - Alles war sehr gut in diesem Apartment, gerne wieder. Mit dem Auto ist es ein bisschen schwierig wegen des Parkens.

В мене було таке враження, що постіль не міняють багато часу, перестилть і строять від попередніх прожива - Сподобалася транспортна інфраструктура, інтернет і ввічливість господаря. Я ще ніколи не бачила такої неякісної білизни. Рушники і постіль були в такому стані, що наче ними користувалися по меншій мірі 50 років. Я навіть не уявляла , що буду жити 2 ночі в таких умовах і дуже пожалкувала, що не взяла з дому постіль. Чому із посуди одна тільки чашка для кави?

Bottiglietta del sapone mani vuota e bottigliette detersivi mezze vuiote sparse per la casa. Armadietti occupati da accessori per le pulizie. Letto scomodo privo di comodini. Al posfo del tavolo una mensola piccola. Macchinetta elettrica del caffe non funzionante.

• Debra (10/5): Excellent experience I loved my stay and I absolutely would love to rent it during my next visit - I loved the location. I love how responsive the owner was. I felt very comfortable and very safe there. Grocery store and Café very close by to walk to the area was quiet. There were no instructions on how to use the washer and it’s very different than in the US. I was concerned I’d use the wrong amount of detergent or do something wrong so I didn’t want to risk anything. I chose to never use it and took my laundry to my son’s house.

• Ilona (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location - quiet, nice street, close to the river and the historic center. Modern, nice furniture and interior decorations. Clear check-in instructions and directions. The fridge was dirty and smelly (some yellow, sticky liquid was spilled at the bottom of it), and there was a stench in the kitchen throughout our stay, despite constant airing. Generally, the apartment was only superficially cleaned. It was stuffy inside (no fan, you couldn't open the windows wide because the apartment is on the ground floor and next to the entrance to the staircase). The apartment is also dark, although the photos show otherwise - we were in Graz on very sunny days (over 30 degrees), and it was really gloomy inside. Uncomfortable bed - after the first night we realized that its frame had broken boards so the second night we slept on the sofa. No information about parking options, free parking very far away.
• Gabriela (8/5): Very good - Fridge and coffee machine with coffee capusules. There was also some oil and solt for cooking, but we didnt use it. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom didnt work.
• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - Contactless accommodation, instructions were clear and easily accessible key solution. The tiny living was clean and comfortable. We could park in front of the house, free of charge from 20:00 to 09:00.

• Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - Great location near the center. Tram stop nearby - 5 stops from the main square. We visited over the weekend by car, so we appreciated that we could find parking spot on the street- parking is free over the weekend. Appartment was very clean and very well equipped. The appartment is small, you get a kitchen and one room - with sofa and bed. Ideal for couples or single travellers. Appartment is well equipped, so it is ok even for longer stays. We appreciated the coffee machine with pods. Everything was great. Nothing really.
• Fullajtar (9/5): Superb - The location is great, central, a 15 min walk from the center. It was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. What was exceptional was the owners responsiveness. They replied almost instantly to all our questions. We only stayed for one day, but for us it was perfect. It had everything we needed. Our child loved it as well. Parking is cumbersome. I would have loved to have parking included close to the appartment
