• Loes (8/5): Super - Het was een hele fijne villa. Het was van heel veel voorzien. We hadden een lekker groot zwembad met veel ligbedjes, leuke zitjes in de teun, een keuken met veel voorzieningen en een woonkamer met een grote tv waarop je kon streamen. De bedden waren aan de harde kant waardoor we na een paar nachten last van onze rug hadden. Daarnaast is de villa niet op loopafstand van het centrum van Agia Napa. Hierdoor moet je elke keer een taxi pakken maar dat is prima te doen.

• Zsuzsanna (8/5): - I really liked that it was advertised as family friendly. We loved the pool. There were lots of amenities and towels, sunscreen for the beach which was really thoughtful. Well-kept garden. Helpful owner. Everything was very close to the accommodation (ATM, shops, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.) Unfortunately, the rentals in the neighboring villas were having after parties for 80% of our stay, so we got very little sleep.If you don't like cats, it might be very unpleasant that there is a kitten there that we fed, as well as other cats.The air conditioning on both levels couldn't work continuously, it either worked upstairs or downstairs, and it also had to be turned on every two hours. There was very little trash can or toilet paper, no detergent, and no cat food. We had to buy all of these.
• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - The house is clean and tidy with all the amenities. You won't miss anything. Quiet and friendly staff. I would have preferred to make a few improvements, such as fuller blinds because there is a lot of light. And changing the mattresses to something more restful.

• Marcin (2/5): Very poor - Podobało mi się lokalizacja oraz piękna willa. Piękna plaża NISSI. Miasto Aija Napa. I liked the location and the beautiful villa. Beautiful NISSI beach. Aija Napa city. The facility's conditions stated: • Pets are not allowed • The facility is not allowed to organize hen or stag parties, etc. I found out the day before departure that there were cats roaming around the facility. I paid special attention to such conditions because my older daughter is allergic to cat hair. We only used the swimming pool on the first day. The pool area is dirty, the mattresses on the sun loungers are stained, dirty and full of hair. The front of the building was not cleaned either. I found the doormat myself in the bushes. In front of the building (along the swimming pool) I saw rats walking around. Nowadays (with the price of the premises) - this is unacceptable! I was assured that it would be a quiet and peaceful district. Unfortunately not, every evening there were parties from the facility opposite until the morning. It was impossible to sleep. I was counting on the rest guaranteed by the facility manager. There were no clear water drains in the shower cabins in the building. Water was pouring out. I cleaned these drains myself, because otherwise it was impossible to use the shower. Also, both hair dryers were broken. Such a beautiful facility and at this price should be cleaned and checked for use before guests arrive. To sum up, I am asking for a refund of at least half of the price for the stay. I didn't use the swimming pool. The same facilities without a swimming pool cost about half the price and compensation for sleepless nights and unwanted sights of cats and even more rats!!!
• Frances (10/5): We had a really nice time and loved the villa - Everything! This is a super villa where the owner has thought of all your comforts. It’s perfect for anyone wanting a stay in Ayia Napa without all the noise and fast pace of the centre. It’s close enough to walk into Ayia Napa by day but at night it’s a little too deserted to return on foot. Best to walk in and taxi home. We used the car but a taxi would have been as easy. The only tip we have for the owner is to put the name of the villa outside on the front wall so that there is no doubt which one is Mespila.
• Andrew (10/5): The holiday was relaxing, accommodation made it for us as the worst weather we have ever had in Cyprus but it really did - lovely open plan property, it felt like home. lovely quality decor, everything was catered best we have been in.👏 Absolutely nothing, it was fantastic
