• nerea (8/5): En general estuvimos cómodos y satisfechos - Nos gustó la amplitud y comodidad de sus instalaciones. No nos gustó el colchón de la habitación pequeña ya que estaba bastante hundido en una parte, tuvimos que colocar dos cojines. También encontramos que faltaba un microondas.
• Andreas (3/5): 1-2 dage opholdt ok - Lejligheden ligger tæt på offentlig transport. Vinduerne var utætte og svære at lukke ordentligt. I bruseren kunne brusehovedet ikke fastgøres, da holderen var i stykker. Ikke anbefalelsesværdigt for personer med husstøvallergi. Dyner og hovedpuder var ikke af god kvalitet. Rengøringen var utilstrækkelig (se billeder). Næsten hver nat var der generende høj musik fra naboerne. Udlejeren er godt nok venlig, men virker ligeglad med lejlighedens stand – det er ærgerligt.

• Marina (10/5): Excellent value for money in Vienna — spacious apartment perfect for a family or group, convenient l - The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, conveniently located in Vienna close to the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof). We travelled as a group of four, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment itself is large, clean, and well equipped. The beds are big and very comfortable, the bed linen is clean, and there are plenty of towels provided. There is also a coffee machine with coffee capsules available, which was a very nice addition. Hot water was always available, and overall the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special thanks goes to the owner, who was extremely kind and accommodating. He was flexible with both the check-in and check-out times, which helped us a lot, and he was always ready to assist with any questions or issues. Communication was very easy and pleasant. The neighborhood is a bit specific, but we personally had absolutely no problems with neighbors or local residents — everything felt calm and safe. There are many places with tasty food, a lot of shops, metro u1 and tram stops nearby, which makes getting around the city very convenient. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay in Vienna and would gladly recommend this place to others. The water in the shower was draining a bit slowly, but I believe it will be fixed quickly.

• Jakovljevic (9/5): - Stan je prostran, lep, cist. Za nasu porodicu sa troje dece odlican. U zgradi postoji lift. Kolica smo mogli da ostavljamo u prizemlju. Na raspolaganju je bio krevetac, sto je sjajno. Domacin ljubazan, postarao se cak i da imamo kafu. Sitnice koje mnogo znace Iz kupatila se povremeno javljao neprijatan miris, ali nista strasno. Zapravo nestane kada se koristi kupatilo, ali kako smo po ceo dan bili u gradu, oseti se kada se udje. Ali opet kazem, nista strasno

It was very hot, even though the apartment was supplied with a couple of fans they didn’t help much, it was very hard to fall asleep in this temperature

• Francesca (1/5): Do not stay here! - Nothing! We paid in advance for 2 nights at this property BUT did not sleep there, since it was horrible! We had to contact the host as we did not receive any kind of information for check-in in advance. Furthermore, the host writes in German which we don’t speak nor understand (we had to use Google translate to communicate by messages). We were informed that check-in could be at 15:20, 20 minutes late, at 14:35! We checked-in on May 11 at 15:20 and few hours later we were forced to leave the apartment because the place is disgusting. Property is dirty, black mold in the shower, the bathroom is not functional as after shower the room would be full with water on the floor, stains on the couch. The entrance hall is horrible, dirty and destroyed. We decided not to stay there, and booked another apartment not to let this sad, unclean place to ruin our holiday in Wien.

• Nicolaescu (9/5): Great experience overall - The apartment had all the facilities we needed. It was recently renovated and it was pretty cozy. The windows let some cold inside one of the bedrooms, but the temperature can be easily adjusted from the thermostat. One of the bedrooms is really small, but that was not a problem for us.
• László (9/5): The price-value ratio is excellent. - +helpful host +well equipped kitchen +good public transport +shop (Hofer) and bakery nearby +cheap underground parking nearby +many cheap restaurants nearby RECOMMENDATION for the host: - a small table in the bathroom where you can put things (under the vanity) - some pictures on the wall, decoration - it would be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen - stronger light bulb in the bathroom (it's dark) -the accommodation is in the Favoriten district, which is not so safe at night -the sound insulation of the windows is not so good -one of the double beds is very narrow (140 cm wide) -there is no socket in the bathroom and in the hall (hair drying is not possible in front of a mirror)
