• Carter (1/5): - The property was listed on the booking.com site as available for a single night. I paid booking. Com for that one night...but sometime between my reserving thr property and pulling into the driveway.. I was sent an email informing me that I could not stay there for one night...I then had to scramble to find other accommodations....AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND....SO I AM VERY UNHAPPY!!@

La propreté du logement ainsi que la décoration. L'entretient de la piscine et des abords de la maison. La qualité des literies.le mobilier salon et salle à manger. La qualité et la propreté des sanitaires. Le barbecue dégradé et inutilisable, les divertissements dans la salle de jeux qui sont tous inutilisable car dégradés. Pas de matériel de nettoyage. Poêle pour cuisiner en très mauvais état
• Terry (9/5): We had a great stay and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area - The neighbourhood was quiet and the neighbours were very friendly. The community pool, park, and tennis courts were a short walk from the house. All the shops we needed were only a short drive away, with a Publix within walking distance. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature (heated of course) and the kids never hesitated to jump in. The property had everything we needed for our time there. Sarah and Mark (hosts) were very quick to answer any questions we had, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay.
• Crowhurst (10/5): Absolutely Awesome - Highly recommended. - Absolutely fabulous location, close to Disney parks, Universal and a fab selection of restaurants. Gatorland and NASA well within reach if you don't mind driving further out. Spacious and welcoming villa, a real home from home. My 11 yr old daughter couldn't decide which bedroom as they are all lovely. Only 3 of us but could fit at least another family in without being on top of each other. Excellent communication with owners throughout. Highly recommend. Thank you
• Daniel (9/5): Perfect holiday in Florida with Robin's Nest definitely playing and integral part of this. - Ideal location for travelling to both Disney and Universal. The property was well maintained and provided everything we needed. The owners, Sarah and Mark communicated extremely well and were particularly helpful and reassuring following Hurricane Milton. Close to local amenities, supermarket within walking distance and short drive to restaurants and bars. There was nothing really we didn't like, perhaps the pool was a little cold if we were being picky!

• Lucy (10/5): Fantastic family home for Florida holiday - We enjoyed our stay in Robin’s Nest. It’s a lovely home that was perfect for our 10 nights in Florida. It is well located in a quiet area; close enough to all the shops and restaurants and an easy drive to the parks. The pool and games rooms kept the kids very happy, the bedrooms and lounge were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also nice to have access to the communal pool and park a short walk away. Would definitely recommend for a family stay in Florida!
• Axel (5/5): Great location and house but unwelcoming hosts and cleanliness and mattress issues - 1) Spatious, beautiful villa in a nice neighbourhood 2) Not so far from Disney parcs (30-45 minutes drive) 3) Pool table etc. 1) Lack of reactiveness of hosts (who live in UK), starting even before we arrived when we inquired about the security deposit, the inspections to get the deposit back and the pool. It took the owners 4 days to acknowledge that we had contacted them and more than a week to reply. It was X-mas period, but we believe that that’s excessively slow and disrespectful. 2) The owners would have an inspection carried out after departure - so not together with us - to release the deposit. Seems one-sided and prone to disputes. 3) Overall cleanliness was poor, in particular the floors and kitchen appliances. The toilet in the master bedroom smelled urine and some bed linen didn’t seem to have been washed. 4) Microwave not working (but was replaced quickly when we complained) 5) Barbecue in terrible condition (unstable & tilted and covered with rust) - see photos 6) Master bedroom mattress way too soft and completely worn out - the hosts refused to fix this, not even replying to us… 7) Lack of honesty of hosts: we extended the stay twice (due to sickness issues). The first time, the hosts indicated the additional cost/night. The second time, the replied it was ok to extend, without mentioning anything on price. The day before the departure, they then requested a higher price/night - too late to argue or change plans. Not the most honest way to communicate with the guests…

• Mari-h. (9/5): Great location for family vacation. - Robins nest is spacious and fits a big group easily. The location is nice, safe and clean, also besides having our own pool, we used the community area as well with the kids playground. Also shops and restaurants are close by. The house itself was clean, equipped with everything you should need. Kids especially loved the Xbox and pool area. Nothing bad about the property actually, but we did encounter a hailstorm in the end of April that ruined the sunroof over the pool (it happened to the whole neighborhood too), so the last few days of our stay, the pool got a bit filled with wildlife. But this was nothing that the owners could have predicted or fix fast.
• Ann (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at Robin's Nest. The home is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Sarah has been so helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I may have. I highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back for our next vacation.
• Kristin (10/5): A great location! We will be back! - The best part of this was the quiet neighborhood and it didn't feel like we were that close to the Disney craziness. We didn't go to Florida for Disney. We went to various other spots while on vacation there! It was a great and safe subdivision. Walmart delivered groceries, we ordered out a few times and cooked just normal meals while we were there. Annie the armadillo was seen by our kids and that was very exciting! The hosts communicated quickly whenever we had a question. My kids did various waterski camps that were within 30 miles in several directions while we were there. We pick fruit just down the road one evening as well. Our kids played tennis and swam in the community pool. Seeing all the geckos was also a highlight. The best part, we were able to wash all our clothes prior to leaving. When we got home we just put our clean clothes away. Best vacation ever. Thank you thank you thank you! nothing. It was just perfect
• Nineta (9/5): A place that feels like home and great owners - The place is magical. It has everything. We loved it. Host is amazing. Property is even better than in the photos. We spent wonderful holidays here and the neighborhood has decorations just like in the movies. We got a full American experience. Smell of water but this is a matter of taste.
• Anthony (10/5): Amazing home from home stay! - We loved that it was so homely and comfortable and was fully equipped with everything a family of five could need for two weeks in Florida. our children loved the games room and the pool and on days where we decided to stay in and have a chilled day these were both well used. there’s also plenty of storage for clothes and cases etc which was really handy. we will definitely book to stay here again. nothing everything was fab :)
• Cresswell (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and our best holiday to Florida to date. We love the area and will return. - As said earlier, the villa was the perfect size and in a nice location. The pool was excellent and we used it most days. It had everything we needed. The iron wasn’t great and the ironing board was a little tricky to fold down after use. Nothing major at all though.
