• Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional - This was in a great location in Venice. The apartment was large and had all the needed amenities. It looked out onto a smaller canal which was lovely and was in a quiet area of the city. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and when we needed help with an issue they responded instantly and the host came out to solve the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this property for any future stays. It was a very positive stay so I have no complaints.
• Virginia (9/5): Wonderful host - The location was great for us and we enjoyed being on a canal with the various water craft & the sounds of the gondoliers. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. What we liked best was our host Lucia - she was an excellent communicator and provided great information Nothing

• Fiorella (9/5): Great views to the canal! - The views to the canals are definitely the top tier attraction of this location, and also pretty well located and suuuuper spacious Not that we didn’t like it, but it’s different and a bit complex that there’s many rules for the trash, initially I thought it was just regular recycling but seems that there’s someone you need to left the trash before 10:30am and that’s not feasible when you are traveling so we just took the trash with us when we left, not sure if I misunderstood or it was written in a complex way but everything else was awesome!
• Melanie (8/5): Venice is amazing, and staying at Ca' Morosina was a very nice experience! - The apartment is in a perfect location near the Rialto Bridge. Lucia was very proactive in providing very thorough instructions as to how to locate the apartment. She added pictures as well, which were extremely helpful. I'm not sure we would have found the apartment without the pictures. She provided a map of recommended restaurants, shopping, markets, etc.--which proved very helpful. Hearing the gondoliers sing, whistle, and alert one another to the other's approach was really entertaining. Lucia is a responsive host and was flexible in meeting our requests. The kitchen amenities were lacking for us--we tend to cook our meals, and there was not a skillet, sharp knives, or lids for saucepans.
• Jennifer (9/5): Great apartment. Close to Rialto for ease of access - The apartment was very large and had all that was needed. I liked all of it although the access down the small lanes was a little disconcerting at night for a solo female traveler.
• Amélie (10/5): Exceptional - The location was really good! The host was available by phone when needed and has provided us with many info for the trip. The flat is well equiped and big.
• John (9/5): Great value for money, perfect location, traditional Venetian appartment, owner really cares about her guests - Central location by Rialto Bridge, 10 minutes to St Mark’s Square. Secluded, quiet little bolt hole , secreted away from the main drag. Owner Lucia really helpful and informative. Overlooks canal with gondolas. Bed not that comfortable. Has some nice features but could do with a facelift.

• Ioannis (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Comfortable for a couple. Just on the canal. The small gift the owner left for us was a very good touch. Quite difficult to find. No tv. The cover of the sofa was a little dirty.
• Michael (10/5): I’ll return and recommend. True Venice live like a local and access all the key spots. - Where to start? Certainly Venice in all it’s glory is the attraction and specific to this 1BR are the rooms with view of a channel that has gondola’s cruising past. So sweet! Our hostess prepared the home so nicely as they’re clearly Venice residents so have listed many local places for convenient restaurants and shopping and groceries. Once found it is OK - just be sure to only follow directions given and trust that you are having an authentic Venetian experience. Bathroom is fully appointed although low door entry into it.
