• Aidan (10/5): This was the second time I have stayed at this place and it was just as nice as the first time.it is simple to access an - Warm and cozy. Clean and quiet. Probably one of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in.

• Geanette (6/5): Disappointed - Location Message the day of check in saying I hope your stay was ok, to which I panicked as travelling with a group of 6 that we would not have anywhere to stay as thought we had been double booked. None of the numbers give were reachable only 1 that worked was a maintenance man who had not worked for the company for 2 months. Could not find property as address does not give building no after finding. The keylock code was incorrect only the cleaner was there we even got in. But this time I was completely stress & still waiting on a response to my message I sent them.

• Allan (8/5): Great location to access local sights and public transport. - Location of the apartment was excellent. Close to some of the local sights, amenities and public transport. Quiet location. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond to any enquiries. A little more thought into what furniture required for a small apartment and there was no storage space within the rooms.

• Shaun (2/5): Disorganized, barely fits 5 people let alone 7!!! - the location. Almost everything....so the place says that it caters for 6 people easily (actually its advertised as fits 7)... it barely fits 5 let alone 7. we were told that the sofa sleeps another 2 but it was without linen. The renter knew we were going to be 6 so the least they could have done is prepare linen for it and at least a pillow. the sofa that we should have slept on was as hard as a rock so certainly far from comfortable. after more than 2 days living there we were told that underneath it we can find linen ,which was not the case and if not there is linen in a cupboard on another floor which when we checked was filled with sacks of dirty linen from other people. In order to make it we had to cram ourselves on the other beds which obviously was really uncomfortable. Only 2 rolls where left of toilet paper and minimal towels so we had to wash them in the washing machine after each day to have enough for all 6 of us. the linen on one of the beds (the top bunk bed) was filled with dust The shower door did not lock properly and made it hard to have a shower considering the limited space in the bathroom. I got a message that the person renting was unavailable from our checkin and for a long number of hours so obviously the communication was difficult to take place. That sums it up...certainly not a great experience! Certainly a place i will never visit again!

• Lucy (8/5): Great location - Location is excellent, close to tube line and also easy walk to local shops for snacks Quite noisy and blinds not great in front room and bedroom in terms privacy. Bed sheets and towels really clean but shower and bathroom really quite dirty, black mould in shower tray and tiles and on ceiling. Also no draining board to dry dishes and no tea towel?
• Nash (6/5): Lived-in, but comfortable and well located - The location was brilliant! Kensington Garden is 5 mins walk away, fab shops, pubs and restaurants in all directions, and really well connected. Also super convenient being on the ground floor, and it was nicely heated in the mornings. The living room was practical and the decor was generally nice. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure etc. Super convenient for laundry also, as the washer works well, but if you want to go all-out, it's next to a laundermat These are just some general comments, and by no means an indication that we had a bad stay (indeed, our stay was fine!) The place needs a bit of care. Windows, especially at the front are quite dirty and need a clean. The faux brick wall-wallpaper crumbles every time you brush past it. The shower door doesn't close properly, and we couldn't get the fan working. The floor in the kitchenette is damaged, and looks a bit grimy. Generally, some of the fittings are looking quite tired overall. There is no dishwasher, and not a lot of space for a dish-rack, so the kitchenette may not be ideal if you want do a lot of home cooking. The main bedroom is right under a very creaky stair case, so it can get quite noisy when people go in and out. Overall, for us it felt like re-living our younger times in LDN, (no bad thing!). Ultimately the location trumps all :)
• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - The location was great. We were close to the Underground, shops, restaurants, and Hyde Park. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were shops where we bought food for breakfasts. Plus, a little coffee shop two doors down for tasty treats. The shower door in the bathroom was very hard to close if at all, so all the water came out onto the floor. The towels were varying shapes, and when rolled hard to distinguish from each other. Any towels hung in the bathroom never dried as there wasn't much aircurculation. We also had to use the couch as an extra bed as we have three adult children, two of whom were boys who did not want to share a bed. The sofa is really only comfortable for sitting.

• Helene (9/5): Superb - The flat is lovely, located in a superb area; the underground station is near and there are many shops / retaurants nearby. The flat was easy to access and very clean at our arrival. The host had set a lovely table for us, we appreciated it! The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The sofa was not very confortable (but you will not need to use if you are less than 6).
• Miwan (10/5): Exceptional - I will never forget this accommodation. It is clean and easy to cook. There is a subway station nearby and various marts and restaurants, so I had a lot of fun during the trip. Above all, the host was polite to the guest and I want to give high marks because the feedback was fast. A trip to the UK with my family was a good memory.
