- Holwerda (1/5): Waardeloos - Locatie Verder alles. Bestek was vies. Erg gehorig. Door de slechte voorlichting over de parkeergarage mijn auto flink beschadigd. Een kil en koud appartement, meedere keren een bad genomen om op te warmen. Er is geen fatsoenlijke koffiezetapparaat. Verder geen peper of zout, geen theezakjes, niets waardoor je je een beetje welkom voelt. De organisatie heeft NIETS begrepen van wat service is.

Falta de limpieza o sensación de dejadez en algunas zonas, especialmente baños.

- Antonio (7/5): Bien la localización y el apartamento pero mal el vecindario y el parking - Lo limpio que estaba y localización a 10 min andando con niños para ir a cualquier parte del centro de Málaga, desde la calle larios hasta la el muelle parque Tuvimos una disputa con un vecino que nos acusó de hacer mucho ruido que no provenía de nosotros ya que tuvimos mucho cuidado con no molestar, el parking era de difícil acceso ya que es muy estrecho el interior

- Mark (7/5): Enjoyable - Very good size and location for what we needed close to bars and restaurants. Could do with some TLC. More towels for a longer stay too. The 2nd door to get into flat needs lock changed. Took a while to get in.

Mins into the heart of the city. No safe. only one set of keys supplied. Internal door downstairs a little bit tricky to unlock, there’s a certain way to turn the lock to get inside. This isn’t a criticism just a suggestion that would help future guests.
- Jenna (7/5): Good option for a family apartment in Malaga. - Good location for central Malaga. Rooftop terrace was a great touch. The parking was extremely tight. A larger vehicle would not have got into the space or down the ramps without damage.

- Jean-marc (7/5): Accueil très insuffisant , logement bien situé et équipé - We were really surprised to have to go to another place to have the keys (3 kms away). Moreover we had to pay a fine because we did nit know we have to pay for the parking .
Once arrived, Even with the pictures Giverny it was really difficult and long to understand how to reach the apartment and the parking . We were wise to rent a very small car by the way . It would have been much nicer to have someone on the spot .
However the apartment was Nice and well furnished and in a good area to visit the center .

- Carole (4/5): Design and location of apartment were fine but administration and upkeep were dreadful. - The apartment itself (layout etc..) was fine. The location was good. Good air conditioning, not too noisy. Nice roof terrace. We couldn't get access to the apartment at the agreed check-in time. Receptionist was poor and initially very unhelpful. The apartment is in need of decorating. The kettle was faulty - leaking and cutting out. We advised the team as requested via WhatsApp and received no reply. The sealant was faulty on the shower screen so it was difficult to stop water going on the floor and the shower holder itself was loose. No tea towels in the kitchen, no kitchen roll. Knives blunt and some rusty.
- Aoife (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very close to the city centre. The beds were very comfortable. The roof terrace is great with nice views and evening sunsets. The shower is really powerful and there is always hot water. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery and a dishwasher. Fairly quiet neighbourhood. The communication with the agency was excellent It was a little hard to find as I arrived late and collected keys from a lockbox and instructions weren't very detailed. Might be good to have a couple of pictures of the front door of the apartment block and the way to find the apartment as its a bit confusing. There is a bit of traffic on the street so the front bedroom can be a bit noisy but with good earplugs you'd be fine. The beds were comfy but some of the sheets weren't very clean. Took a spare blanket from a wardrobe and there were makeup stains on it. Just be aware it has 3 floors so if you're not very mobile it would be tricky. Loved the roof terrace but as it gets sun all day it could definitely use a parasol and more comfortable seating would be nice. I would have hung out there a bit more if it did. Overall it was a great apartment but could be better with a few additions.

- K (8/5): We loved Malaga and will be returning in May - we need a 1 bedroom apartment if you have one available from 23rd May for - We liked the space and having kitchen cleaning products available on arrival especially with a toddler.
There were no stair gates / stair rail so we had to block access to the staircase to prevent my grandson having an accident (falling down on the stairs). To appeal to families with children perhaps a stair gate could be installed. See above
The keys to the property could be clearly labelled to help access as one key proved very tricky to open the door and we had to call on residents to let us in.

- Skinner (9/5): Excellent stay would stay again.. - Location very good as only short walk to the City Center. Terrace excellent sun most of afternoon and evening. Excellent local supermarket just a mere walk from the apartment. Good security. Excellent value for money. The apartment could do with some minor cosmetic upgrades For example rails being put in the cupboards but these upgrades rather cosmetic .
- David (9/5): Great property with a short walk to the centre - The property is great. Only 15 minutes from the shopping centre. It also has great bedrooms for a group of friends. The staff were helpful and trusting. I would definitely stay again. The keys are a little bit dodgy when trying to access the block. Signage and instructions could be better translated.

- Jeff (9/5): This 3 bed-room property plus free parking is the best choice for family vacation. - The location is great, very close to cafe,shops and old town. The property is recently renovated so facilities and decoration are in great condition. The terrace is wonderful, very nice city view and comfortable to take a sun bath.
