• EliasM (8/5): - Amazing view from the rooftop, Very practical location. Nurten was always available and quick to respond. The apartment is a bit older than it looks in the pictures, the bedroom curtains don't make the room completely dark if you'd like to sleep longer.
• Charles (10/5): Great views and excellent host! - This apartment was great! Roomy, included washer dryer, and had beautiful rooftop patio. Location was very close to Taksim square, so you can make it there in a few minutes after a little climb. There are 2 restaurants and 3 small grocery stores within 100 meters of the front door. You can reach the metro within a short walk to Taksim square station or a 7-10 minute walk down the hill to the T1 line and bus line. Pros: Good powerful shower Excellent washer and dryer Comfy bed Beautiful views from rooftop patio A second balcony outside of the bedroom Host was incredibly responsive and helpful Overall everything was great, the one warning I have is that the area is VERY hilly. The walk from the apartment to Taksim includes a roughly 75-100 foot incline over a quarter km. The walk to the T1 line is a decline of about 300 feet over around 1 km. We are a couple in our early 40s and struggled after a few days. If I were younger and in better shape it probably wouldn’t have been an issue, but both our knees were begging for a rest after 5 days or so. Cons: The unit is on the top floor, so you’ll need to go up 5 lights of spiral stairs to get to the unit. There is no lift (not uncommon in European cities).
• Remigijus (10/5): - I liked the place and the view from the balcony. The hostess was always quick to respond and helpful with explanations. At this time of year, the price feels a bit too high for what’s offered.
• Nayia (7/5): Lovly apartment in a small block. Great location and fantastic little balcony and terrace with views - Wonderful view from the small balcony and terrace on the top floor. Great location. Very friendly and communicative landlady. The apartment was clean but due to fast turnaround it was done quickly and it showed. Nothing terrible, just small things that we spotted. The entrance lights to the actual block and the first floor lights are quite dim. All the other floors had good lighting. This does not affect the apartment at all, just the feel of when you enter the building.
• Mario (9/5): - Great location with quick and easy access to public transportation. Many restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. The rooftop terrace did not disappoint and offers a great view of the Bosphorus. The fourth floor without an elevator means a lot of steps. There can be a lot of noise from the nearby rooftop bars – earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

• Sayed (8/5): Cozy ,clean ,beautiful roof terrace in excellent location but without lift and too many steps - Very cozy apartment with roof terrace, equipped with almost everything,good communication and information from the owner,very clean apartment Unfortunately the steps leading to the flat ( 4 flights) were too many and unsuitable for a lot of people particularly if you carrying suitcases etc, also the noise from the club up to 4.00am
• Armen (10/5): Enjoy Istanbul like never before - The host was very welcoming, provided a lot of information regarding the activities and surroundings. Communication was fast and easy. The flat is very cosy with best rooftop view! No need to go to the bar or restaurants ;) the location is perfect, close to all transport and easy access to the main area of interest. Definitely recommend for a stay in Istanbul!

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - Nurten was such a great host. The apartment is just a short walk to the Taksim Square, were you have various public transport. Also there is tram line in the opposite direction from the apartment, that leads to many sites. Apartment was clean, and made with such care,with all things that you may need for duration of your stay. We loved the terrasse, with a view of the Bosforus. Nurten made sure to give us detail instructions how to get from the airport to the apartment. Every question we had, she answered in shortest time, with various options. We loved the apartment, neigborhood and Nurten made the whole stay so much easier and more lovely. If we come to Istanbul again, we'll surely stay here!
• Ram (10/5): Good home to stay just right in Taksim square - Stayed here for 4 days, lovely home away from home with all facilities required for a family with small kids, balcony and terrace is a nice touch. Will stay here again if I visit Istanbul. Need to climb 4 stairs but worth it for the views of Port from the house

• Cathy (8/5): Comfortable stay with fantastic views to enjoy. - Very comfortable apartment in a good location. The roof terrace is wonderful with superb views of the Bosphorus. It was lovely to sit up there both in the daytime and evening and watch all the different ships coming and going. It wasn't a problem for us but please be aware that the stairs up to the roof terrace are steep and narrow. The apartment itself is on the top floor so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
