Scrivo questa recensione unicamente per evitare che altri clienti si trovino a vivere il nostro stesso incubo. L'albergo si presenta in condizioni igieniche a dir poco scandalose. Entrando in camera abbiamo trovato macchie di muffa e, cosa gravissima, evidenti macchie di sangue sul materasso. Sia gli asciugamani che le lenzuola erano visibilmente sporchi e non cambiati. A questo si aggiunge una totale mancanza di sicurezza: la porta della camera non dava alcuna garanzia di chiusura e affacciava direttamente sulla strada, lasciandoci esposti per tutta la notte. Inoltre, non è presente un servizio di check-in in presenza, rendendo impossibile interfacciarsi con qualcuno sul momento per contestare lo stato della stanza o chiedere assistenza immediata….e non pensate che l’assistenza Booking vi aiuti pur essendo cliente Genius 3!Struttura assolutamente invivibile e non a norma. Statene alla larga!!

• Kayoko (2/5): 綺麗で清潔な宿泊施設ではありません。立地のみで値段が上がっています。 - 三日間の連泊利用でした。通う場所に近かったという点が良かったです。 102号室に宿泊した客観的な事実のみ記載します。（二人で利用しました。） ①正面の壁に「54Journey Roppongi」とボールペン書きされた紙がセロテープで貼り付けてありました。 ②床の直にダブルのスプリングマットレスが二つ平置きされていました。その上にシーツカバーがかかっていました。 ③夏用と思われるとても薄い掛け布団が置いてありました。（利用した時は最低気温が2度でした。） ④予備のお布団と枕が二組あり広げてみると、一枚目のシーツには血液が付着、二枚目のシーツには大きなシミがありました。 ⑤大きなドライヤーがありますが、温風が出ず冷風のみです。 ⑥シャンプーはありますがリンスがありません。 ⑦冷蔵庫の横には不要な残置物が無造作にむき出しの状態で置かれていました。 ⑧玄関の硝子戸をあけると一枚扉がありすぐ居室になります。寝ていると外の車の音や歩行者の話し声がかなり大きく聞こえます。 ⑨隣りの部屋の生活音がかなり大きく聞こえます。 ⑩トイレに入ると内側から扉を閉めることができません。（男性） ⑪備え付けのバスタオルが臭いです。 ⑫コンセントが洗面台に一つだけでした。 ⑬無人対応です。 管理者は日本人ではないのかもしれません。（憶測）

Absolutely embarrassing for the foreign tourists to stay knowing Japan is excellent when it comes to cleanliness...I was wondering if the staff really come to the property to clean, or if they just ignore the mess? It was once a beautiful property, but it was never maintained! So sad...
• HYUNJIN (7/5): 이 금액에 이 컨디션이면 안 갈 이유가 없음 - 롯폰기역에서 7분 정도, 번화가를 끼고 있어 구경할 것도 많고 먹을 것도 많음 고데기, 드라이기, 큰 수건 있고 세면대가 작긴 한데 전반적으로 만족함 냉장고가 깨끗하진 않아서 뭔가를 사온다면 당일에 먹고 치워야 함, 전자렌지 있긴 한데 코드가 짧고 더러움... 커피포트 없음!
• Yixin (5/5): 一般吧。 - 一打开门就是大街，很有趣。胶囊床睡起来很安静很舒服。 三人居室的有一个被子上有干涸的血迹和黄色的污渍。地方也根本放不开四人的箱子。至于胶囊需要上三楼，楼道狭小，也需要自己提箱子上去，很不方便。

Even though it's written that the toilet is for women, men still use the women's toilet. And they even defecate.😔🤧

• Jumma (3/5): Price has the reason. - The cleaning man that I bumped into was nicely polite. The access is pretty good to the nearest station. Don't expect decent service here. You have to keep ringing the phone for minutes to finally speak with the crusty guy for check in. The shower room was messy and disgusting with hair all the time I was staying.

• Jake (10/5): Was absolutely worth the money - The privacy was awesome...wifi worked as expected...plus desk and chair for each guest...Location was a few 100m from the station, with lots of cafes/diners/restaurants nearby...the cleanliness of the toilets was also outstanding especially when compared with other capsule hotels i have been too... Good value for more...nothing to complain about for the price,,,

• Daniel (1/5): Horrible customer service - The room I received was not what I requested and paid for. It was also extremely hot and had no air conditioning which was unsafe to sleep and stay in. There was also a mouldy smell as soon as I walked in. I couldn’t stay my 4 nights and left immediately after checking in. I contacted the hotel with my concerns but they have taken the money and have refused to respond or give any sort of compensation. Avoid this hotel at ALL costs!!

In addition, the person who was robbed there was robbed of 12,000 yen. When I reported it to the police, the police came and kept calling the hotel management for more than three hours, and they did not answer them. I kept sending them messages, but they did not answer. The police are extremely negligent and rude.I strongly do not recommend going there. You will find that the birthday party lasts for ten days and does not change. There are no towels. The place is not clean. Ignorance. Lack of manners. Bad manners. There is no internet network. The internet network is weak.I strongly do not recommend going there.
• Brittany (1/5): I would never recommend this place. - The location is the only redeeming trait of this place There's no security to this place. Nor staff. The door to your accommodation is always left unlooked without the ability to lock it. And with no staff at all, it's very concerning for your luggage. The accommodation itself is tiny, you are crammed in like sardines. As someone that's spent the last year budget travelling around the world, this place takes the cake for being worse than advertised. Disregarding the awful smell of feet in the room - this hostel is grimy, cramped and downright awful. Not worth saving the money on it. You can find a better budget spot.

• Karolina (1/5): Definitely not recommended!! It’s not clean and zero contact with the host! - Location is the only good thing. It was self check in. Outside our door was a big pile of trash and bag full of laundry. We opened the door and saw completely different room than showed on pictures of our reservation. No beds, only mattresses on the floor. Additionally, it looked like it was not cleaned before our arrival. There was plenty of hair and dirt all over the floors, under the sofa lots of garbage like bottles, papers, some clothes and dust, the sink drain full of hair, and under the sink we found a stash of old toothbrushes. Moreover, a huge pile of weird stuff in the corner of our room ( vacuum, some paintings and other decorations, some broken part of furniture) it looked like some kind of storage. Above the door was storage of microwaves. Lastly, the room was extremely cold when we came and the heating seemed to not work. We were freezing at night. The next day we contacted the host but there was no answer. We managed to figure out heating but we had to put 30°C to have slightly warmer room, as the cold was coming through under the door. We contacted booking but there was no help from their side. The only thing they did was contact our host. We booked 6 nights. Contacted our host after the first night. The host answered our message 2 days before our checkout saying that since the next day ( it was only for one, our last, night) we can change room and that it will be cleaned this time.

• Edson (3/5): Dirty beds - The bedroom was at the first floor, enough for one night at most 2 nigths sleep. The bed wasn't clean, a lot of hair, pubic hair, on the bed sheets, pillow case with smell of used before, deffinetly hasn't been cleaned since the last customer. Some owner's personal belongings in the room.

I could easily get in and didn't actually need to interact with anyone, which was perfect after a long day of traveling. Would recommend for any solo/pair travelers! The room was a little small, but it was fine for the value. Just wouldn't plan on spending much time here.

• Marta (1/5): Regrettful decision to stay here. Ill maintained and filthy - Traveller beware!! Yes location and price of this place is great, however the accommodation itself is a nightmare. As you can read in the reciews of others, the smell is horrendous and everything was dirty. This place IS NOT A HOSTEL as is mentioned in its name. There is no reception, no people to talk to, no luggage hold etc. Its a place that is automated and poorly looked after. PS if you require complete darkness to sleep, stay clear as a massive exit light remains on all night in the private room.
