• Barbara (9/5): Overall was beautiful. Difficult to walk uphill and upstairs all the time. It was worth it however, to get to see the vi - Stunning view and location. The staff were outstanding and very well trained. Food was the best i have tasted in any location. The view was stunning. Loved the town and beach. Great concept. Our room on the balcony had a septic smell occasionally. Also preferred the room to have more space for the price. Not a fan of open bathroom concept either.

Einzelne Villen mit eigenem Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderschöner Pool. Fahrdienst zum wunderbaren Strand. Leider hohe Quote amerikanischer Gäste mit üblichem mäßigem Verhalten. Unterhalb des Hotel ein kleiner künstlicher „Ort“, gebaut für us-amerikanische Ansprüche (Disneylandcharakter), Zahlung nur in Dollar. Früchterlich.
• Ali (10/5): Fantastic romantic get away - The staff was sooo sweet, from the concierge's to the waiters to the housekeeping, everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful! This was an amazing hotel that has private secluded villas and views to die for. The hotel offers a golf cart ride down (& back up) to the beach, where one day we even rented paddle boards (they also had kayaks). I highly recommend the included breakfast, it was sooo worth it! it came with so much food and had so many options to choose between that we didn't get bored of it throughout the week. the town of Las Catillinas is just a resort town, though it is very cute, just wanted to share this as an fyi
• Vennema (10/5): Beautiful, relaxing, luxurious. - Casa Chameleon was stunning!! We loved everything. The pool was gorgeous and every night the sun sets over the pool and the ocean, it's a gorgeous view and you can be in the pool area, restaurant, or one of two levels of the bar to watch it. The room was very tastefully done with a spacious private patio with pool! The food was very good. Breakfast was included and there were many choices. We ate most of our meal there and the staff was so friendly and nice - learned our names and were sad when we left! The hotel is a short walk down to Las Catalinas town, which has a long beautiful beach. But it is a steep hill, so the hotel happily drives you down and picks you up in the golf cart. You can also request to be driven to other nearby beaches! All the beaches nearby are beautiful and not crowded at all. We were here for the end of our trip so we didn't book any tours, but the concierge was very friendly and helpful with any questions. I did have a treatment in the spa and it was amazing! Also, the daily yoga takes place by the pool before the sun is there and looked heavenly. I am gluten free. There were items on the menu, but limited. However, whenever i asked for a change they happily obliged and made me some very yummy substitutes! Also, Las Catalinas is not a real town. This disappointed us. More like a development with a few american retail stores/restaurants.

Staff are attentive and accommodating, keeping the space tidy and safe. The restaurant was considerably overpriced for the selection offered. Excellent included breakfast. However, we went off-site for the remainder of the day and easily found fantastic local dishes/drinks for a fraction of the price.

• Fred (9/5): overall, casa chameleon did not disappoint when it came to the incredible views, a warm staff, and great villas. - what I liked about the property was that the views were incredible, the staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were nicely designed. The cleaning service was great, they came twice a day, the second time to do the turn down service. The golf cart transportation to local areas was nice. what I didn't like about the property was that there were only two restaurants, the menus were limited, it didn't really appear to be authentic Costa Rican food or I just didn't like the flavors of what I ordered. It was nice that breakfast was included but since it was not all inclusive, I didn't like that. Nothing in the room was included like the mini bar; all that was extra, I also didn't like that. There was no TV. The Wi-Fi was terrible unless you were in the restaurant area. The transportation to the resort was almost double the price as regular transportation. The property wasn’t handicap assessable because of all of the steps. That didn’t apply to me, but it was an observation.

A beautiful hotel perched on the top of an oceanic peninsula. Access to town difficult, but they manage it so perfectly with easy trips in golf cart with amazing staff.

The private pool with the marvelous views on the bay are stunning. Ariel gave us the best service ever. As it is adults only the hotel is very quiet. There is no Gym. Not many options to dine in the area, though the hotel restaurant is great!
