• Hirokazu (7/5): 便利はよく、広くて快適です。 - リアルト橋からすぐで、便利はとてもいいと思います。 ホテルが少ないベネチアでよくある、アパートをホテルとして貸し出すタイプです。部屋は広くて清潔でした。生活に必要なものは、すべてといっていいくらい完備しています。また、物価の高いベネチアでは食事に困りますが、スーパーも近く便利でした。 複数人での宿泊は良いところだと思います。 入口が分かりにくく、ちょっと不安な感じです。 ２泊しましたが、タオルは変えてもらえないようでした。 アパートタイプのため、ランドリーがあると聞いていましたが、ランドリーの置き場所が階段下の物置みたいなところできれいではなく、ランドリーの清潔さも怪しかったので、結局使わずじまいでした。
• David (7/5): As long as you know about the noise factor and the open loft, you will enjoy staying here as I did. - The host was very nice and very helpful. The location is outstanding. It is a good option if you don't mind the loft (open plan) but you know this going in. The host gave great recommendations and was very helpful answering any questions anytime. I appreciate how responsive the host was and very friendly throughout. The location puts you in the center of many interesting places and having Rialto vapo there is helpful for transportation in and out. The train station is easily accessible this way, as are San Marco, taxis and gondolas. It's easy to walk to nice restaurants from here. The 2d bathroom had a broken sink when we arrived - the host refused to offer any discount or compensation for this saying basically "C'est la vie" - he did fix it half way through my stay - but left a mess on the floor after. We avoided this bathroom as a result. The 1st bathroom ran out of hot water very quickly and with multiple people staying (family) that is rough. The courtyard outside the windows 1 floor below can be VERY loud in the very early morning - as they pick up trash everyday very early and clang around in an echo chamber just outside where you sleep - and there are vendors who park their carts in adjacent spaces in the courtyard - they start super early and make a lot of noise when they head out to work. If you are a light to moderate sleeper it is super loud and you should know this.

I can't imagine a better location to stay in Venice, right in the heart of the city, 2-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The unit was spacious, had a 2nd-floor loft, large kitchen with refrigerator, and 2 nice updated bathrooms. Our host was a good communicator, friendly and accommodating. The unit was comfortable, clean and safe. We traveled with 4 people and this apartment worked well, highly recommend! The beds & pillows were not very comfortable.

Lovely modern décor and fully equipped kitchen inc.lovely coffee. Checkin was easy with clear directions from the host who met us to show us the apartment. Upstairs room was a little hot when the heating was comfortable downstairs (a minor issue).

He showed us to the apartment and how everything worked, and gave us great local food recommendations. We were travelling as a family of four with two teenagers and this space worked really well for us. Tidy, clean, beautiful bathrooms (the best we have experienced in Italy so far!!!) I would totally recommend this apartment to similar travellers. Even for two couples it would work well as the two bathrooms can be easily separated. Thank you Michele!! Nothing.

• Bl (10/5): Exceptional - Photos are a true reflection of the apartment. It was a modern apartment and had all we needed. Very close to the main tourist attractions and yet it was very safe and quiet as it was located just away from the busy streets. Staff were very helpful and provided suggestions for places to visit and the best options for food. We had a very pleasant stay. It took us a bit of time to figure out all the light switches but this is not a negative comment at all.

He went above and beyond meeting us at the boat stop and walking us to the home. He went through all of the different features of the home and also gave us some great food recommendations. He was always accessible via WhatsApp and a pleasure to talk to. The location of the home was perfect and steps away from a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants. • Krigh (9/5): Great amazing loft in the heart of Venice. We would stay here again! - This was a great apartment for visiting Venice and would recommend it. Michele arranged to meet us in a local square via Whatsapp, and gave us a quick orientation of the area before taking us to the apartment which is hidden off the beaten path. It was well-equipped and had nice appliances, decor and finishes. Had almost everything we needed. AC worked which you need in the heat of Venice. The place was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. And Michele even helped us out storing some bags as we had a late flight out on our last day. It worked for our family of four, but I could also see it as a great spot for a couple. As I said, nothing really that we didn’t like. Maybe add a dish towel and the place would be perfect. We just ended up using the dishwasher more.

It has two bathrooms, which is great for families with kids. The room is dusty but not a big concern. One of the shower area is clogged. The aircon is not that great. I tried to set to 20 but it only stops at 22.

• Kit (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean and spacious, with beautiful and tasteful decor. There were two bathrooms, so there would be no waiting to use the facilities. The location was great and very close to the pier, 10mins walk to S marco square and 10+mins walk to the pier to Murano and Burano island. The water become cold when the 3rd person take showers in succession. If you are part of a large group, you may need to take your shower quickly to ensure the water stays warm.

Michel is a great communicator and very responsive to my many inquiries. He met us at the vaporeto which was greatly appreciated! His recommendations for nearby food were perfect! This space was everything we had hoped for in Venice! We found the mattresses a bit too firm but understand that is likely a matter of preference.

Michele was an excellent host, met us to show us the apartment and gave us many recommendations for dinners etc. Place was roomy and very clean. Only negative I could give would be that beds could be more comfortable (very firm). We would still highly recommend though, location couldn’t be better!!

The owner has helped us planning our way to the apartment and was proactive asking us about the airport we were traveling from. It turned out to be crucial, otherwise we'd be left wondering how to get there. We also were allowed to check in earlier than usual. All in all during the time there we had literally no issues at all. Everything was perfect The apartment on the Google maps is in a slightly different place. That's not a huge problem but I definitely recommend reaching out to the owner for instructions.
• Cory (10/5): Beautiful quiet loft in the heart of Venice - Angels loft is a lovely apartment that is well prepared for visitors to beautiful Venice. we had everything we needed and Michele was a wonderful host. We had a middle of the night flight that got delayed and then the water taxi dropped us at the wrong stop and Michele was patient and helpful. the apartment is just a few minutes walk from Rialto so it’s super central to that area but it’s in a courtyard so nice and quite. We loved staying here and highly recommend. nothing - we loved it all

Michele is a great host, he told us which ferry to take and met us by the station, helped us with our luggage and explained all the details for our stay. The place is just the most beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe and the location is the best, close to everything and in a great neighborhood, by the Rialto bridge, thank you so much Michele for one of our best stays in Italy, we will be back to Venice and we will stay here again and again!!!
