• Francesco (8/5): - A due passi dalla stazione, posizione che è stata per le mie esigenze veramente molto comoda. L'appartamento è dotato di questi tutto il necessario. I proprietari rispondono puntualmente ai messaggi e dimostrano ottima disponibilità. Complessivamente direi buono e con ulteriori margini di miglioramento La pecca principale è l'assenza di l'aria condizionata, cosa fondamentale nei giorni caldi anche perché l'appartamento è esposto a sud con ampie vetrate. Alcune altre piccole cose da sistemare - già dato anche in questo senso il feedback ai proprietari

• Ana Elizabete (4/5): Boa localização e estrutura, mas limpeza ruim - Apesar do apartamento ser como nas fotos e a localização ser boa, nossa experiência foi negativamente afetada visto que a limpeza do apartamento foi mal feita. Isso inclusive nos gerou problemas de saúde pois havia muita poeira! Além disso a cama de casal é insuportavelmente barulhenta, atrapalha muito para dormir. Limpeza muito ruim!

Limpeza do espaço deficitaria.. cozinha, chão e varanda interior. Não disponíveis canais por cabo. Para um contexto familiar, pouca loiça. Difícil fazer uma refeição em casa, para além do pequeno almoço, que para nós em contexto de viagem em família com crianças teria sido bom. Apartamento a precisar de pequenas reparações. (Espaço não adaptado para mobilidade reduzida; ao contrário do anunciado na descrição)

• Giacon (5/5): Completa mancanza di pulizia e di strumenti da cucina - Il posto è comodo alla stazione. La pulizia del posto era pessima, con capelli polvere e sporcizia in vari posti, dopo aver contattato il gestore hanno mandato una persona a pulire visibilmente infastidita dalla richiesta di pulizia (nonostante ci fossero molti capelli polvere e altra sporcizia) Mi ha chiesto quattro volte in tono infastidito se andava bene come aveva pulito, e ho dovuto rispondere di no cercando di fargli pulire. Alla fine con l'appartamento ancora visibilmente sporco è andato via. La mancanza di cura del gestore che non mi ha nemmeno scritto per accertarsi che tutto fosse risolto. Gli utensili da cucina sono limitatissimi e ormai rovinati, alla Fine abbiamo deciso di mangiar fuori perché era davvero difficile cucinare in condizioni decenti.
• Aïcha (10/5): - L’emplacement est vraiment un gros point fort : on est tout près du centre, avec la gare accessible facilement, et de nombreux commerces / restaurants à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour très pratique. Le logement était parfaitement propre, bien entretenu, et on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. La communication avec le propriétaire a été irréprochable : informations claires, instructions simples pour l’arrivée, réponses rapides et très disponibles en cas de question. Enfin, rapport qualité-prix excellent pour la prestation et la localisation. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Ras

• Emma (10/5): A comfortable and conveniently located apartment right in the heart of Antwerp – perfect for a city break. - We stayed in the apartment for 5 days and the location was absolutely perfect – right in the centre of everything. It made exploring Antwerp so easy, with shops, restaurants and attractions all within walking distance, plus the train station close by. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, making it a great base for our stay. It was ideal for a relaxed city break for me and my sister-in-law. Being so central, it could be a little noisy at times, but we expected this as in a busy location. Nothing that seriously impacted our stay.

• Korbin Dimmick (8/5): Comfortable and Convenient Space - The space worked really well for my friend and I to each have our own rooms. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the key collection instructions were very simple. The proximity to the train station was really convenient. The interior felt well worn, but still fine and comfortable. The area immediately surrounding the apartment isn't that great, however it's super easy to take the metro or walk from the apartment to the historic city center.
• Maria Jose (4/5): 1 hora para recibir el codigo correcto. - La ubicacion esta ok, a 300 metros de la estacion central. Pero la zona de noche no lucia muy segura. El piso es muy amplio y cuenta con ventanales muy grandes que dan gran sensacion de amplitud. La decoracion es sobria, esta muy bien. Tardamos 1 hora en ingresar al piso, ya que el codigo no funcionaba. El dueño no conocia el correcto por lo que nos tuvieron probando codigos y esperando por una hora hasta que pudimos ingresar. Nos dieron el codigo correcto solo cuando pedimos cancelar porque nos habiamos cansado de esperar. La limpieza no era buena, no nos animamos a utilizar el calentador de agua del sarro y olor que tenia. La puerta del baño no tenia picaporte, en su lugar contaba con una cuchara.

• Petr (9/5): - Velmi účelně zařízený apartmán, čistý, pohodlný. Doporučuji Interparking Roosevelt pod Rooseveltplaats. Lze rezervovat online 2 hodiny předem za velmi dobrou cenu. Hluk z ulice, což lze ale v daném místě očekávat.
• Laura (3/5): Unpleasant - Location is excellent, 2 blocks away from the central station. 5 mins walk It wasn’t clean. I was with my parents and had to sleep with them because the bedsheets in the other room were dusty. Overall, the entire apartment was very dusty, the toilet was very dirty, I had to wash it myself. I let Eric know about the inconvenience via WhatsApp when I left, so they can improve, but he did not reply.
• James (9/5): Second home in Antwerp. - The apartment was a pleasure to stay in. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made sure it was clean and ready for us and allowed us an extra hour on checkout. The position near the station, metro, and bus links is terrific with supermarkets and every other kind of shop you might need right there. Like transport hubs all over the world, the immediate area is a bit grubby, but don't assume the apartment will be th e same. It is spotless.

• Jonathan (8/5): Great Location - Location was perfect. Near to Christmas markets and lots of parking in safe secure parking lots. This did add on 20 plus euros per day. We prebooked the parking to ensure we had one nearby. Kitchen equipment - could do with more utensils, mugs and plates etc... Hard to cook! When we had a problem the host was very attentive and helped us. Great stay. Thank you

• Simone (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good, very close to the train station, other means of public transport, shops, fast food options. 15 minutes walk to the city center. The place was dirty, under-equipped with elementary things such as enough towels ( 1 per person for 5 days) and kitchen utensils. At our arrival we had to clean the entire kitchen and kitchen utensils, also vacuum clean the apartment, since it was too dirty to be used. Apart from the good location, I wouln't recommend the place.

• Natalia (8/5): Very good - The stuff was very helpful. The flat is quite good for family because is quite spacious. It has good beds, enough equipped kitchen. It’s located on the street where it’s too loud even at night. That’s why we couldn’t open the windows. It was so hot indoor. You should choose another area if you want to sleep in silence.
• Mary (9/5): Good value for independent travelers who want to experience local culture. - While the location was a very close walk to the Central train station (about 8-9 minutes), it was in a working-class, ethnically diverse part of town. However, once inside, we felt very safe and the apartment was quiet with closed windows. With open windows, there was some minor street noise during the day, but the windows afforded a very light and airy experience with excellent springtime ventilation. The area was quiet at night. We were two grandparents traveling with 8 and 12-year-old grandchildren and the apartment was very roomy for all of us (bunk beds for the kiddos). The adjacent quiet elevator made transporting luggage to the 4th-floor unit very easy. A nicely equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy many meals in the unit and the automatic washing machine was very convenient. The closest well-stocked grocery store was Albert Heign located across the street from the train station, and there was a Polish deli/market across the street and up about a half block from the unit. We would highly recommend this property for couples traveling with children; the TV service was streaming only with no local channels. Don't be put off by the outward appearance of the building or its lobby-the unit was light, bright, IMMACULATE, safe, and well-appointed.

Also complementary sugar, tea, coffee. There is a lift in the building. And you can see the famous Central station from the window. Very friendly hosts, smooth self-check-in Doors and a bed squeak, one of the door handle was broken and was falling out.

I have no complaints about this apartment, from my point of view everything was perfect... Check in easy and fast with code box for open and take for keys door, very good communication with the owner, professionalism and understanding for all The apartment has one living room and two separate rooms, it is equipped with everything you need, just like in the description, everything is new, a smart tv, clean bed linen and towels, washing machine, hot water at all times, it is very close to the central train station 500 m / 10 minutes walk... I will definitely come back to this apartment if I come to that city again.... I highly recommend this apartment !!!! and I know what I'm saying I'm very picky when it comes to money and comfort !!! I m Genius3 level here... I can say that I have seen many apartments in 10 years, and I know how to grade them according to condition.. I have no complaints about this apartment,from my point of view everything was perfect...

• Mozart (8/5): Nice stay. Reccomend - Very close to central station. Short walk to main city attractions, the zoo and many restaurants. Property very clean on arrival and easy to reach if you arrive by train. Busy strret in front of the building. Heavy commercial area and not very clean streets. Could not find trash bags, which caused a minor annoyance of trying to buy one downstairs upon arrival.
• Kelly (9/5): Despite the noise and lift, I would rate it worth the money. - Location is great. It is right next to the central station and the Antwerp zoo. The apartment itself is top, clean and bright and makes us feel home. Owner and staff are helpful, responsive and thoughtful. Only cost of its location is that it is a bit noisy outside and windows need to be closed to stay quiet at night. The lift is an aged one and so it runs very slow.

Sure, il will come back ! - The apartment was 1) very clean, 2) exactly as described on the pictures and 3) had everything we needed (fully equipped brand new kitchen, consumables, confortable beds, etc...). The apartment was located less than 5-15 minutes by foot from all touristic spots (Central Station, chocolate museum, Zoo, Theatre and art museums). The area has plenty of nice restaurants and shops (Delhaize and Albert Heijn) opened until 8PM. Finally the autonomous check-in and check-out system made our life very easy. On the other hand, Myriam and Eric were available and helpful for any questions we had (place to eat, to shop, where to find something in the apartment).
• Gianluca (9/5): a nice week in Antwerp in this nice and comfy aparment - modern apartment, well furnished and very bright. good location near the Central Station, perfect for visiting the city and always having a few shops and restaurants open. the owners were very kind and attentive to our every need.
