• Sabina (9/5): - - location is perfect, center and near everything - room is spacious and terrace is big - breathtaking views to Acropolis - shower is nice - there’s some noise during the night because it’s very centric so you hear a bit of noise, luckily we had ear plugs - half of the terrace is inundated with water - the toilette button is broken so it makes water noise during a long time after you flush

• Hanna (1/5): A hirdetesnek nem megfelelő állapot, koszos, lepukkant - Elhelyezkedés, bár van nyugodtabb utca a környéken A szállás állapota abszolút nem feleelt meg a képen láthatónak. A szállás sajnos nagy csalódás volt. Érkezéskor (15:00 után, a megadott check-in időben) az apartman állapota messze elmaradt a Bookingon feltüntetett képektől és az elvárható tisztasági szinttől. A WC koszos volt, a padló és a falak szintén nem voltak megfelelően takarítva, a zuhanyzóban jelentős vízkőlerakódás volt látható. Az ágy használata is kényelmetlen volt: a matrac folyamatosan lecsúszott, fejtámla nem volt, helyette egy rés található, ahová a párna is becsúszik. A problémát azonnal jeleztem a szállásadónak, aki felajánlotta az újratakarítást, azonban ezt nem fogadtam el. Egy portaszolgálat nélküli apartman esetében nem tartottam megfelelőnek, hogy idegenek a személyes holmijaink jelenlétében jöjjenek takarítani, illetve a szállás általános állapota alapján nem éreztem úgy, hogy ez megfelelő megoldást jelentene. A tapasztaltak miatt a szállást nem tudom ajánlani, különösen azoknak nem, akik tiszta, a hirdetésnek megfelelő környezetre számítanak.

İletişimi güçlü, her konuda destek olmaya çalışan, güven veren bir yaklaşımı var. Konaklama yeri ise Atina’nın tam kalbinde, merkezi ve oldukça keyifli bir konumda yer alıyor. Hem konumu hem de ev sahibinin yaklaşımı sayesinde gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek bir yer. Benim açımdan tek olumsuz nokta, alt katta bulunan restorandan kaynaklı yoğun yemek kokusuydu. En üst katta konaklamama rağmen kokunun hem bina içinde hem de daire içinde hissedilmesi zaman zaman rahatsız edici olabiliyor. Bunun dışında genel deneyim oldukça olumluydu.

• Susanne (10/5): - MEGA schöne Unterkunft! Das Apartment ist sehr groß und luftig, perfekt zur Erholung nach Erkundungstouren durch das quirlige und bunte Athen! Das beste ist der riesige Balkon, der einen wahnsinnigen tollen Ausblick auf die Akropolis bietet (Logenplatz Nummer 1)! Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich auch viel schöner wie auf den Fotos abgebildet – diese wirken etwas kahl, was aber überhaupt nicht der Fall ist! Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt für uns: es gibt viele Cafés, Bars, kleine Geschäfte und Trödelläden, dazwischen Graffiti. Zu den touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist es ebenfalls nicht weit und fußläufig ist alles bestens zu erreichen. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen, vielen Dank! Nur eine Kleinigkeit: das Schlafsofa ist etwas zu kurz, haben aber dennoch hervorragend geschlafen.

Thanks to its central location in the lively Psyri district, everything is easily accessible . Paschalis was always available and a very good host. The cleanliness could have been a little better.

• Andabaka (10/5): Bármikor újrafoglalnék! - Szuper helyen volt , csodálatos kilátással az erkélyről! Sok látnivaló gyalog is elérhető, de a metró is 3 perc séta. Közelben éttermek, bárok, reggeliző.

• Hristo (10/5): - The apartment is perfectly located in one of Athens’ most vibrant areas, full of great bars, restaurants, and local energy. Everything is within walking distance, and the metro is very close. The terrace is lovely – ideal for a morning coffee or an evening drink with a nice city view. The interior is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. A great place to stay, and I would definitely come back.

Solo había una silla en la mesa del comedor, lo que es insuficiente para una pareja. Y la terraza acumula agua, por lo que había mosquitos. Por el resto, estupendo!

• Glenn (9/5): Great balcony, great view for short, first stay in Athens - The apartment is very modern and comfortable, and the balcony with views of the Acropolis is fantastic. We did have a problem with the TV, but the owner was super-responsive to deal with the problem. There is a supermarket just around the corner (but closed on Sundays), restaurants nearby and metro is only 200 steps from the apartment. The apartment has kitchenette, but isn't well set-up for eating a meal. There is a small desk with a chair, and we brought in one patio chair and put some pillows on it so we could both eat at the table. Monastiraki is well situated for the main sights and the metro and is "happening", but I wouldn't choose to stay in that neighborhood again due to the street life - but that is our personal preference and beyond control of the owner.

• Ann (6/5): Very average - The location; view of the acropolis Bathroom was small, not clean with some mould in the shower; the kitchen was very tight; there were marks on the couches and also the couch pillows; the room was very stark with freezing floors, which would be good for summer, but not the colder months; nothing special and not worth the money.
