• Tom (9/5): Perfect place for a weekend getaway. - Lovely property with everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Good access to central London and Hyde Park. There was a leak from the shower that’s running towards the door. Not the end of the world but worth mentioning.

• Owen (9/5): Beautiful, contemporary with all the basics you need to live comfortably - Super comfy beds. Everything you need to make food and stay in rather than spend a lot of money eating out. Great decor Not a lot of room for the over-bath shower. Some sort of issue with the glass barrier on the bath- a lot of water ended up going into the bathroom floor so I had to put towels down to mop it all up. It could have been clearer that the bedrooms were down stairs.
• Alvaro (9/5): Superb - Great location, clean, new, comfortable. Dinning table a bit too small, should be at least for 4. Small incident with the fire alarm. There should be an easy reset button. Should allow access to the back terrace.
• Stephen (3/5): Disappointing. - Lovely apartment and great location. No heating or hot water during our stay which completely spoiled what could have been a lovely weekend. We were freezing cold and unable to have showers, which bothered us all, particularly my two young adult daughters. Messaged the host following our stay, requesting they consider a partial refund, but have heard absolutely nothing back. Very poor customer service unfortunately. We would have loved to have returned to such a lovely property in the future, but this issue and lack of follow up has completely put us off.
• Sabrina (10/5): Had the best stay - The host was so helpful and really accommodating. When we arrived it was really easy to access and was in a really good location, the property was very modern and really clean.
• Deborah (9/5): Beautiful apartment - Stayed 3 nights in this beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment with secure entrance. We were sent to code for entry so no keys required. Spotlessly clean. Cosy too with plenty wardrobe space in both bedrooms! Charming outdoor area outside one bedroom. The location was perfect with Holland Park underground a couple of minutes walk away! Lots of amenities right on the doorstep too! As a party of 4 ladies with only one mirror in the bathroom, it was a bit of a struggle getting ready for our day. Carpets are a little rough so remember your slippers
• Brooke (10/5): A lovely apartment in the a wonderful location in London - Very beautifully freshly renovated apartment in a fantastic location in London. Very close to a tube station, restaurants and shops. It was warm, easy to access and overall a really lovely place to stay. All just minor things - there was no toilet paper or dishwasher tablets for us to use. There are only 4 of each item of crockery and cutlery - a few more would be helpful. As would another mirror that’s not in the bathroom, a drying rack for clothing (some people don’t like to use dryers), and more tea towels and cooking items (pots, pans etc).

• Nicola (1/5): Appalling service - Not a thing! The host cancelled our reservation 40 minutes before check in, despite us calling, and messaging them for hours before So unprofessional. The hosts! Can't comment on the property because the host cancelled 40 minutes before we were due to check in. We had driven 3 hours to London only to find we had nowhere to stay.
• Nicola (8/5): Cute apartment in a wonderful location, close to the high st shops and tube. - Loved the location and the decor of the apartment. We really enjoyed our time there. We just felt it needed some finishing touches. Toilet paper holder and towel hooks in the bathroom. Better toiletries rather than half used ones from the supermarket. A utensils holder in the kitchen. These are just little things but would really finish the styling of the apartment.
• Aimee (9/5): Beautiful home from home. Great location. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We’ll be back! - We were attending a concert in Hyde Park and the flat is a great location to the park. The flat was clean, modern, comfortable for 4 adults. Lovely touches feels very homely: toiletries, hairdryer, straighteners, and Yorkshire Tea (only the best!). The outside area is an added bonus! Beautiful street, quiet area, nice shops and restaurants near by. A mirror, full length, would be of benefit in the bedrooms. A bin would be good in the bathroom. Coffee pods were available, but we couldn’t find a coffee machine. It wasn’t clear on the booking information when or how you’d get information about accessing the property. I messaged the owner a few days before our stay and got an immediate reply to say details would be sent the day before. These never came. And after messaging the day before, calling on the day of our arrival and leaving a voice mail, the details arrived 3 hours before our check in. This felt a little too close to comfort and made us nervous as you can never be sure, the flat did seem too good to be true and we were worried we’d been scammed. If hours before check in is the policy, that’s fine, but suggest this is made clear to everyone who books.
