• Αντρια (6/5): - Mου αρεσε το εσωτερικο του διαμερισματος, επιπλωσεις και γενικα η καθαριοτητα! Αδυναμια επικοινωνιας με internet, η θεση του διαμερισματος,(ημιυπογειο),απουσια καποιων στοιχειωδων πραγματων υγιεινης,( σαπουνι,σιαμπου).

• Çağrı (3/5): - Tesisin konumu iyi Tesise gittiğimizde kapının şifreli olması sebebiyle anahtarı almakta ve odaya girişte problem yaşadık. Odanın sahibini yardım almak için görüntülü olarak aradığımızda agresif bir tutum sergiledi ve gönderdiğim videoları izlemediniz beni uğraştırdınız gibi cümleler kurdu. Gönderdiği video tam açıklayıcı değildi. Hatta ben oraya gelip yardım ederim ama taksi ücretimi ödersiniz dedi. Bunun yanında odada sadece ilk gün sıcak su vardı ikinci gün yoktu. Soğuk suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Yorganlarda kılıf yoktu. Kılıf olmadığı için yorganları kullanamadık ve oda soğuktu. Bunların dışında konumu merkeziydi ve ev temizdi.

• Athina (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν στο ισόγειο, ήταν ημιυπόγειο (κάτι που δεν το είχαμε καταλάβει από την περιγραφή) και είχε μια μυρωδιά υγρασίας.
• Γεώργιος (9/5): Άνετο και βολικό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. - Είναι ένα πολύ καθαρό και αρκετά άνετο διαμέρισμα, που μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει και μια μικρή οικογένεια, με βοηθητική κουζίνα και μεγάλο ψυγείο. Η τοποθεσία του είναι σε ασφαλή περιοχή και ιδιαίτερα καλή είτε για δουλειές στο κέντρο της Αθήνας είτε για επίσκεψη στα μουσεία της. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είχε άψογη συμπεριφορά και είχε την καλοσύνη να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας 2-3 ώρες νωρίτερα από την κράτηση. Για το κέντρο της Αθήνας είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή. Το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν ακριβώς ισόγειο, όπως λέει η περιγραφή, αλλά μερικά σκαλοπάτια χαμηλότερα στο πίσω μέρος της οικοδομής, όμως η διαμονή ήταν ευχάριστη ως προς τη θερμοκρασία και τον αερισμό.

• Margaret (5/5): Very disappointing given the reviews & high rating. - Location. The property is the rear apartment in the basement of a basically office building in a busy street. There is a window in each bedroom opening onto a small courtyard with abandoned furniture. Every fitting is IKEA cheapest. Thin hard mattresses, thin sheets & flat old pillows, thin window blinds. Grubby inside bedroom cupboards. Bathroom new. Basin tap, toilet paper holder, toilet seat loose. Shower hand held only. Small fold down table & 2 chairs for eating - but apartment says sleeps 4-6. Entrance hall dark & dirty. Living area very narrow, with one hard sofa.

• Or (10/5): Exceptional - A cozy, homely house, with everything you need to feel comfortable. Very quiet, excellent location. There are no windows, the house is on the minus 1 floor. The windows that do exist face the wall. Despite this, the house is not suffocated. It smells good.

• Nathalie (8/5): Cosy apartment in Athens Central - We enjoyed the location, it is central to all the great places in Athens. The beds were really comfortable, the bathroom and hot water was perfect, having a washing machine was a real bonus. Great little coffee shop right next door. We enjoyed it stay... The kitchen could have been a little bit better equipped. And there was no access to the outdoor back verandah.
• George (10/5): Super location for a City break in Athens - Location is in the center, near Sintagma metro Station, 10 min max walk. Nearby there is a supermarket, cofee Shops, Restaurants, so all you need. The Location is big, is good for 3/4 pers, but you can you the Couch for more. We were two people using both of the rooms. Very good space. Good in facilities. I recomend it. Also the price was very good. The host was very nice, she offered us all the info we needed plus very good recomandation for food. Nothing to add, all was super ok.

• Yousra (8/5): Nice place - The place is clean, in a very nice location close enough to acropolis and shops, with a reasonable price. The owner had locked one of the rooms, thinking we only can use one room for two people which contradicted the booking (of 2 bedrooms, each with a bed, in addition to a sofa bed in living room). It took a while to negotiate the issue and that we're not a couple to stay in one bed (or be assumed to accept that). In the end, I appreciate that the host understood and opened the room but it would have been more convenient and saved us a lot of our vacation time if we had the rooms available as booked.

First of all, the location is simply perfect, allowing easy access to all the major sights of Athens. Second, the host was friendly and suggested some shops and restaurants worth visiting. Finally, we appreciated the apartment's facilities.

• Aygul (1/5): Not recommended - 2 rooms and comfortable beds Location is nowhere near to Acropolis - do not let the name fools you. I tried to take a shower but unfortunately there was no hot water so I couldn’t! (This is basic)and host told it is written as you need 40 mins for hot water but it was not written anywhere also why would you need 40 mins for hot water?! Host was asking for additional money as “environmental tax” everyday even Booking confirmed that there is no additional payment.

• Kyle (10/5): Convenient location at a good value - Nice space close to downtown, but not right in it. It's in a nice neighborhood. The internet was functional (about 12 MB download speed). It was good enough to work and take calls and stable enough for a VPN. The beds, bathroom, and kitchen were very functional. The living space was a little tight, but she did a good job making a smaller space work with folding tables and things you can put away.

• Alfons (10/5): Perfect Spot after a long Day in a new City - Most notably was how kindly we were treated by our host. Not only did she send us a friendly video how to retrieve the keys, but since it was our first time visiting Athens and she provided us with information about great restaurants and also told us when there were free entrances to some of the locations and was generally available via Whatsapp (or alternatively Viber) throughout our stay. The accomodation is really close to the Syntagma square, where two Metro lines intersect, but for those of us who just like to wander off in a direction and see where it leads them, it is also worked out great for us, having lead us to interesting sites from which we then explored the city. Since we travelled early in the season (and in the colder months) our host was so kind to turn on the heater in advance to our arrival. I am usually a "picky sleeper" when it comes to beds but was perfectly comfortable here.
• Violi (8/5): Very convenient location and a caring host. - The owner of the apartment was very helpful - fast to respond to any needs and we received excellent advice on places to eat. Lower ground flat with no views, but if you are planning to be out most of the day, this is not a problem.

The beds were comfortable and Irene the host was very attentive and would check on us daily to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything.

A few coffee shops right outside and restaurants, shops etc less than 5 mins walk away. The flat is modern, well equiped and everything worked, powerful airco, wall plugs everywhere and a strong wifi signal. Ideal hub to explore Athens. Host was helpful The flat is in a basement with not much daylight - we were out most of the time so not too bad for us. At the same time, it was really very quite, probably because of this

Lovely apartment with everything you could want, including washing machine, full size fridge/freezer. Newly refurbished so clean and smart. Its a basement apartment, so very quiet and cool in heat of summer. A real oasis! Main bedroom was lovely, but 2nd was a small double, bit tight for 2 adults. Mattress was also a bit too firm for me. No outside space, had a small courtyard which we could see from a window, but no access to it.
