• Laurence (6/5): Okay for the price - We like the neighborhood, it's very cute and very calm. Beautiful scenery, can see the mountains from the street. There are no heathers connected to a thermostat, but at least, they gave us a tower heater to use. Located at 12 mins walk from sky train (Nanaimo station) and 10 mins walk from a bus line (025). The fact that the landlord (which we guess lives on the main floor of the house, upstairs from the air b n b) has a dog that barked a lot every time we got in the air b n b, or talked in our bedroom, wasn't the best thing. The landlord gave us only one roll of toilet paper for our 2 nights and 3 days stay, which wasn't enough for two people. Also, the bedroom door can't close at all, because of the bed, even tho it's just a two place bed. Since the air b n b is located in a basement, having a blanket would've made a real difference, we were really cold even with their tower heather on, especially in the bathroom with cold ceramic and no heated floors. Had to bring the tower heather in the bathroom with us. And even tho we didn't use it at all, their Nespresso machine seemed to be broken, we had to wipe the counters every day because it leaked a lot of water on the counter and we didn't want to be charged with something broken that we didn't even use.

• Beatrice (9/5): Definitely recommend! - Very nice location, rather convenient, and very pleasant residential neighborhood Very nice owners, friendly and available. It does make a lot of noise when people are active upstairs, but usually was not too much of an issue.
• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - The host was lovely and responsive when asking questions. The property was much better then expected, and had all necessities for the comfort of staying home and cooking. Highly recommend :)
• Himelblau (10/5): Love this place! - This place is so cute, this picture of the bed doesn't do it justice. A nice big bathtub and very spacious kitchen. There are a lot of steps down to the unit but it's in a great neighborhood and it is so cute. I'm mobility impaired, I did know there were steps but I thought I would try it. It was a bit too much for me but a normal person wouldn't even notice.
