• NURASZAWANI (8/5): - The facilities and strategic location. The security guards. They were too strict and made the situations became completed. For example, the using of parking card and they were not answering the questions in good ways when we asked about the systems.

• Celine (6/5): Smelly apartment, great pools and playgrounds for families - Our family loved the location as well as the amenities that this huge apartment complex offers. The space suited our family size of 2 adults and 3 kids. The decor was modern and the apartment looked clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff responded quickly to my messages and came several times to repair a broken window latch and bring air freshener in hopes of reducing the bad odor in the apartment. The dishes and cutlery are quite new, the bedding and towels were very clean, and having access to a washing machine was nice. There was a terrible, sour odor the moment we walked into the apartment (Tower C, Floor 22, Apartment 8, and it lingered our entire stay, making our belongings smell bad, also. Because of the smell, we stayed out of the apartment for a lot of the daytime. We also had to stay out because we were always eating out at restaurants due to the fact that the cooktop in the apartment was broken (we were unable to properly cook meals). Sadly, the management did not replace the cooktop during our stay. There is no clothing rack to hang-dry clothes, and no clothing dryer. However, clothes can be hung on hangers in all of the bedrooms. I also had to wait more than 10 days to get my damage deposit back.

• Kalaiselvakumar (1/5): - Nothing I stayed at Tower B-37-05 with my family. Unfortunately, the condition of the house was not the same as shown in the pictures. The room had no light, and when I informed the owner, I was told that no technician was available during the weekend, which caused inconvenience during our stay. Additionally, there were tiny cockroaches around the kitchen area, and the toilets were very smelly, which was quite uncomfortable for my family. Furthermore, the refund took almost two weeks to be processed. I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and improve the experience for future guests. One of the dining table legs was broken; when it was accidentally kicked, the whole table almost collapsed. This is very dangerous, especially if it could fall on a child. They took deposit rm200 out of the app and said will refund within 3working day however I was chasing then for the payment even after 3days to get my refund. We only get after two weeks

• Noraliza (1/5): Horrible. This unit should not be allowed to be rented out as Homestay. I urge booking.com to ban this unit. - Just the location. It was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. It was infested with cockroaches. The washing machine was dirty. We basically needed to buy bug spray and do a pest control on the daily. Went through 7 cans of bug spray. Could not leave any of our stuff lying around. Suitcases zipped at all times. Needed to clean out the fridge, as we found multiple bugs inside. Ironing board broken. Toilet hose broken. Kitchen sink moldly. We all got sick after a few days staying there. Would have left but did not have anywhere to go. Our original booking in the same building cancelled on us within 24 hours of our arrival and we did not have much of a choice as this was the only availability in the building and we have functions in the area over the next 2 weeks. So we decided to take it despite the exorbitant fee. We were so disappointed upon arriving seeing the state of the unit. We had stayed in the complex before and had a good experience, that’s why we returned. Unfortunately a lot of units are now run by companies only out for money and not particular about the service they are providing. The property manager did not even respond to our message/complaint for the whole 2 weeks of our stay. No communication at all until check out day. But they were very quick to ask for security deposit and even my picture in DL or IC or PP. prior to check in. Very disappointed.

• windy (1/5): unhygienic and unsafe stay - Honestly, there was nothing I could say I liked about this stay. The room had a strong sour and unpleasant smell, which made us suspect that the bedsheets were not properly changed or cleaned. One of the dining table legs was broken; when it was accidentally kicked, the whole table almost collapsed. This is very dangerous, especially if it could fall on a child. In the master bedroom bathroom, the toilet seat cover did not match the size of the toilet bowl, so it kept flipping up when using it. In addition, the floor felt sticky when stepping on it, which made the overall cleanliness very concerning.

The bed.. almost in every room the tilam a bit keras and cadar sedikit berbau. Pisau tak di basuh. Only 1 card can access the swimming pool area..Other than that okay.

• Nurul (8/5): Good n nice yet traumatic - I like everything except it does not have dryer. I want to talk about how bad is the automate door locked system, they warn us for not putting wrong passwords and keep trying to enter after wrong password. We are extremely careful to put the password, aftr we extend the second night, we went back to this apartment at 1:30 am, we have death emergency, as we want to enter, first attempt it said invalid password, so we enter it carefully again butttt the password is still incorrect. It seems like they changed the door password for new one but not informed us, 3 times try the door is locked. Wait 5-10 min and try again still the same. At the end the system is fully locked. Imagine at 2 am with my old mom, 4 kids we almost like want to lay down outside exhausted and this bullshit happen, i feel very angry and desperate. We call the property agent customer service and all those number they provided, no one pickup whatsapp no one reply. No emergencies number can help us. Until we decided to just check in urgently to another hotel that we can walk in. This is very bad damn experience we had for this apartment. Use the touch card system is better than use this stupid door system!! Even at the morning, the staff replied us at 10:25am but they said customer service 9:30am. 1 hour gap. Very traumatic experience!! But alhamdulillah staff give us another night to make it up. So we accept it.

• Nurul (8/5): I have good experience for tonight and i extend. - I like everything is clean and even has extra bed for us, have washing machine and microwave. I like the towel nice to use. Having netflix is nice for entertainment I dont like the system door, its very nervous to use it, we got to extreme careful for that. Its better to use touch door like other hotel. The place is having washing machine is good but no dryer N no place to hang for wet clothes after wash. The sofa bed smells like animal’s pee. No sejadah for muslim pray attire. No iron and iron board. Please improve this part. When we r travel with family we really need a good laundry nearby. Expecially travelling in havoc

Deposit RM200 and late refund. 4. Pricey for a very ordinary house 5. House deco is not as advertised 6. Difficult to even enter the house. Not recommended if come with baby / kids / elderly.

• Zue.zulaikha (9/5): 3 days 2 nights Trip with Family - The place is very strategic. I'm really amazed with the facilities there. The pool was very big and could be occupied by many people at once. They have ladies' gym and co-working space too. The garden was so beautiful and well maintained. Each property has 2 parking lot. Very spacious bathroom. All rooms have fans and air conditioner. 1. Check in We told the host that we would check in at 3 pm. But they still failed to prepare the property on time. We were only able to check in after 3.30 p.m. I think the host should be more mindful, considering that some of their clients like us had traveled a long distance and were very tired. (Nevertheless, the host is not rude) 2. Access card We were given 2 access cards, and they were supposed to work the same way. But one of the cards that we received could not even be used to access any entrance. 3. Property The house was quite small, actually. Rooms (not master bedroom) have only a queen bed, but it was already filled up the space. Would be more cramped if there was a wardrobe. One of the rooms also did not have any plug. The house has a weird smell (the air is not fresh).

We will never come back. - Strategic location The owner didnt aware as the whole building of the said property got water supply issue for almost a week already. We got the info from the other residents and it was true when we entered the house. We had babies and the elderly with us and it left us with no choice but to cancel our stay and had to find other place to stay. Even hold my deposit and only return it after some arguments and serious discussion held in between.

To have mirror in each room or at the living room, only at the bathroom have a mirror.

• Faiqah (9/5): All in all, everything was awesome. I would definitely recommend as it is a great place for people t - The homestay was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The interior decor was great yet warm and inviting. It was spacious and clean. We were delighted by the large pool. Minsu were very welcoming and accommodating with our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. There are some instructions on the manual are quite confusing. Tower A and Tower B.
