- Annaelle (8/5): - The accommodation matched my expectations; there were two bedrooms with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was clean, as was the rest of the apartment, the shower was a bit small but it was fine for the duration of our stay. Toiletry products and towels were provided. Ben is a very friendly and responsive host; we had a minor issue with the hot water one morning and his colleague (whom is also very nice) came round that same morning to fix it! The flat is right next to a café and a small supermarket, and there’s a little fish and chips place just a two-minute walk away, which is very practical. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat, and an underground station five-minute walk away, which is a big advantage. The flat is in the basement so it’s a bit humid, but we’d expected that; there are dehumidifiers in the flat and, by airing it out properly, the humidity wasn’t a problem. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm ; we could hear the underground a little bit at times, but it didn’t bother us at all during our stay. I recommend this place for its price/quality ratio for a stay in London, especially as it is one of the few apartments entirely reserved for guests at this price.
