- Ben (10/5): - Close to the CBD, everything you need. Door wouldn't close in one bedroom
- leigh (8/5): Great position, comfortable set in beautiful area. Value for money - Comfortable and clean. Fab location - near Salamanca and in a beautifully historic area. So pretty Near water. Important to note that there are a few stairs to kitchen and bathroom. (one of us had bad arthritis) Parking out front if you are quick and parking at back available (free). Great cafes nearby. no complaints
- Gary (8/5): Great location, perfect to explore Battery Point and Salamanca -
- Glenda (9/5): Comfortable historic cottage - Location - 15 -20 minutes walk to Salamanca and the wharf area.
Cottage had been nicely renovated and was surprisingly very roomy and comfortable. Nothing. Close to where we wanted to go. A little hilly, but that is Hobart.
- Gayle (7/5): - Location was excellent. 4 internal stairs were not mentioned or featured in photos. Off street parking was quite challenging with narrow access.
- Kimberley (9/5): Very enjoyable. - Clean with modern facilities. Quite when the neighbors weren't arguing. Entertaining though! Creaky bottom step, no way around it, noisy if you go the the bathroom at night. Outside parking is ok but restrictive. Could not have parked there if we have had a large 4WD, smaller car like we had was OK.
- Sara (8/5): Location, location, location. Says it all! - Fabulous location in the old part of Hobart Very comfortable and clean and parking was a bonus. A grill pan and a sharp knife would have been useful but other than that highly recommended

- Barlow (9/5): Great little cottage in perfect location for our stay - Location

- 剣 (5/5): - 位置不错 屋内设施太旧
- Colleen (8/5): Very enjoyable - Shower not great.
Front bedroom window does not close properly creating cold fraught.
- julia (9/5): We have absolutely loved our stay - We were extremely happy with all aspects of the property. The location is great, very clean and with great heating. The communication from property managers was excellent and the facilities perfect. An exceptional property to stay in with easy walking distance to Salamanca and to the pub and restaurants in and around Battery Point. The mattresses were a bit too firm for us but I'm sure others may disagree and this certainly would not put me off booking again.

- Kathy (10/5): - Location was excellent, bed was very comfortable, all facilities were excellent, off street parking, check in was easy Parking was very tight and hard to get in and out of
- Leanne (10/5): -
- Dowson (6/5): Had a nice stay because of location but beds need and upgrade and the place needs a proper clean - Great location Thought it was a little dusty
Shuttered above bed hasn’t been dusted for some time. Not great for someone with asthma
Also felt beds were very hard and pillows not great.

- Elisabeth (9/5): - Excellent location. Walkable to everywhere. Loved being in an historic building.
- Helen (8/5): An old charming cottage with a crooked floor and stairs. Parking out back is squeezy but convenient. - The location to Salamanca market was convenient. The location for bus tours was a short stroll (within 10 minutes). There’s nowhere to place items in the shower.
