• Marta (10/5): - Lo mejor del alojamiento la ubicación justo en una calle detrás del Duomo! Muy céntrica y bien conectada con el tranvía. El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todos los utensilios necesarios, incluido lavavajillas. Por poner alguna pega, es un 1 piso sin ascensor pero no es difícil de subir, ni siquiera con carrito de bebé, entendemos que los edificios de esta época carecen de ascensor. Por otro lado, la ducha sin alcachofa se hace muy incómoda para duchar niños

• Hendrika (7/5): Florence is beautiful and the location is perfect. If you're okay with some minor inconveniences and a dated interio - The location is great, in the old town a short walk from the Duomo and Galleria dell’Academia. The shower is ridiculously small and difficult to access. You have to step over a bidet and squeeze sideways through a narrow shower door. Turning around in the shower is nearly impossible. Flushing the toilet also requires a specialized technique that you need to master; fortunately, the manager was easily accessible via app.

La cucina è un antro affacciata su una chiostrina chiusa utilizzata come ripostiglio (a vista). Televisore non utilizzabile probabilmente a causa di pile scariche del telecomando. Tutto questo il check in è alle 16 ma in compenso l'appartamento va lasciato alle 10......

• Luba (7/5): A well-equipped appartment close to everything - A sufficiently big appartment 15 min walking from the railway terminal. A well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a brief stay. A big number of the coffee capsules was a special bonus, really appreciate. Though the appartment is big, a lot of its space is the corridors. Though there are windows in all rooms and in the corridor, all windows are overlooking a tiny and quite ugly well-like yard covered with a grey roof. As a result the place is dark and you have to use lighting even in the daytime. But if you do not care that much about the view from your window, it should not be a problem. Also, the shower is really small - even for me, though I am not a big person at all. Lat thing - to flash the toilet you need to push the button several times with no guaranteed result.

• Sofia (5/5): Good location; could be better facilities for the price - I really liked the location, it was close to everything in Florence. There were many bugs and the building smelled like trash all the time, you could tell it was not being cleaned I asked for help to the owner a couple of times and got no answer the microwave did not work and the bathroom was very inconvenient

• Brightscytheoflife (9/5): Superb - Located right in center of everything. The lobby door key is a bit difficult and has a specific quality in order to work. In addition if you're going to cook pasta in that little kitchen you're going to have to turn off the CO alarm.

• Elizabeth (5/5): This could have been a nice place, but the sleeping situation spoiled it. - What breakfast? All we got was some sugar and a few coffee pods. Thankfully, there were restaurants nearby. There was a well equipped kitchen and lots of towels and a few nice toiletries. The sofa bed was atrocious. We had sought a 2 bedroom apartment and got a 1 bedroom with the worst sofa bed in the whole world. We even had to call for a blanket for it. And the slats of wood under the very thin mattress kept digging into our bones all night long, plus every movement felt like riding the waves on a ship in the ocean. Also the shower was so small, you could not bend over without hitting your head. The toilet flushing was very tricky, too.

• Plazanis (9/5): Fabulous LOCATION - My wife and I stayed in Apt. B for 4 nights. It is in an older building yet our apartment was very clean and had been completely updated. A well equipped kitchen with basic supplies, coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning products, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine. Nicely laid out living area very comfortable for 2 people. This apartment is also an inside unit so there is no street view, making it somewhat dark inside. We did have several issues with the apartment which should be noted. It took several hours to get connected to the internet but it was resolved. The wall mounted bedroom light fixture intended for night reading was clearly nonfunctional before we arrived, and not resolved, but I must say that our contacts were easy to get in touch with and they did their best under the circumstances. The bedroom had lots of storage area and drawers, but on both sides of the bed there was not enough room to put a tiny table and it was so small that we had to go sideways to squeeze out of bed or crawl to the foot of the bed. The bed itself was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, but compact, especially the shower, which was exceptionally tiny with NO room to manoeuvre. To exit the shower, you would have to squeeze out past the bidet sideways, and we are both smaller people. This shower would be very difficult for a taller or larger person. But despite these small issues, it is a fantastic apartment because it was all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We walked everywhere and often returned daily to freshen up or to drop off parcels. Four minute walk to IL Duomo, 10 minute walk to Ponte Vecchi, very close to the Mercato Centrale and a 15 minute walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants and shopping at our doorstep, a truly wonderful location. Tiny bathroom shower and cramped space to get into beds
• David (10/5): Exceptional - Washer was very convenient. Very well stocked. Overall, it was very nice. M anager was very attentive with checking if everything was satisfactory. Could hear all doorway locks and noise on landing. Could use a clothes dryer. Keys were not user-friendly. Perhaps marking them for each door might help. Numbers on streets were confusing. Information to continue looking for additional sets of numbers further down the street, instead of by the specific number would be helpful, as GPS stops at wrong set of numbers. The Google maps link which was provided took us to the correct number, but not correct address. Perhaps it could be corrected.
• Mary (8/5): Very good - The location is fantastic and the host was very communicative. The flat was very sparsely supplied: only enough coffee pods for 1 morning, only 1 blanket although the weather was chilly, no dish towels in the kitchen, things like that. But, overall we had a great stay.
• Lisa (10/5): Great location in the middle of the city but quiet for sleeping. - Breakfast was not provided but location was AWESOME...right in the middle of Duomo with plenty of restaurants/cafes. Bedding and apartment was clean. Price was great compared with local hotels.. Would have been nice to meet someone at the door but once we were able to get the internet we figured out the lock box. Not sure coffee was suppose to be provided but there was only tea. The water was hot and A/C worked but we didn't really need it.

• Onprue (3/5): Bad services - Good location 1. Services : Since it self check in (No front desk) we have to complete the registration online to acquire self check in instruction. But when we arrived we have a problem to get in to the building so we have to contact the host in whatsapp (we tried to send a message but they didn't answer so we have to make a call instead ) after we got in to the building we found out that they forgot to put the key in the place they'd told us so we have to make another call and wait until the housekeeper bring the key to us. (All of this take us about 45 minutes to get in to the apartment) Later we found out that the housekeeper forgot to put the duvet on the bed so we have to contact the host again and wait 2 hours(from 9pm-11pm) for the housekeeper to get the duvet(which is smell awful!!!) for us 2.Facilities: some facilities are old and look dirty
