• Martin (9/5): Perfect place for short or longer vacation, excellent value for money. - At good location, very easy to find. Less than 10 minutes walking from the center and bus stops. 30-60 minutes walking to the most beautiful beaches. Convenient 24/7 store and good restaurants nearby. Well equipped apartment for any kind of stays. Clean and comfortable. Kind and responsive host ready to help with everything. The WiFi was also good. A bit noisy neighborhood, but I guess it's like that here. Would be good to have more kitchenware.

Kontakt z właścicielem rewelacyjny – odpowiadał szybko i był bardzo pomocny przez cały pobyt. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce i na pewno chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej okazji. 5/5 ⭐️ Brak
• BIANCA IOANA (10/5): Wonderful holiday - The apartment is very nice,has everything you need.It is located near Nissi Avenue,and i could walk to Nissi Beach,in 25 minutes i was there.I think it is the most amazing beach.The big TV with Netflix and youtube,is a big plus.The nonstop store that is downstairs has good prices,and has a lot of good products and food.Also Mario is a great person,he gave me instant answers to my questions.I will return there for sure.Thank you very much. Everything is just ok.

• Uwe (6/5): Appartement am Rande der Partyzone - Appartement am Rande der Partyzone von Agia Napa. Vermieter Mario antwortet zügig auf Fragen. Nicht besonders sauber, einfach ausgestattet, Waschmaschine extrem laut, Lage im 1. Stock eines älteren Appartementhauses mit teilweise leerstehenden Gewerberäumen im EG. Egal in welche Richtung mindestens 1km von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt.

• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It’s spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. There’s a large living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a nice terrace. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach is not very close, around 15 minutes by foot, but it’s easy to reach by car or public transport. It’s something to keep in mind, not really a downside. The location is close to the main street, with shops, bakeries, and a pharmacy nearby. A 24-hour supermarket is right at the building entrance, which was super convenient. Overall, a great place to stay! It was a bit noisy in the evenings due to nearby bars and restaurants, but that’s expected in Ayia Napa, the whole town is lively and full of nightlife.

• Jovana (10/5): Pleasant stay in the center of Aya Napa - The location was great, in the centre of Aya Napa, close to all necessary things, bus stops for beaches. It is well equipped (hair dryer, iron, washing machine) and spacious. AC and balcony exit available in both living room and bedroom. The host is very friendly and replied immediately to all of our questions.

• Ivan (8/5): Very good - The apartment is well equipped with almost everything you need and close to the beaches. The host is friendly and helpful. Netflix is ​​a big plus. The apartament is big, the air-conditioners work fine. The mattresses are not comfortable enough - they are too soft, the pillows are extremely uncomfortable and I think only the small pillows are usable. The place was not perfectly cleaned, there were hairs on the sheets. There is a karaoke bar near the apartment - it's almost impossible to fall asleep before 2 A.M. There is a laundry, but unfortunately I did not find any washing powder. On the other hand, everything else needed is available.
• Мария (8/5): Very good - Good apartment with a kitchen, equipped with the minimum necessary for cooking (there is a corkscrew!), a balcony with a great view of the trees. 15 minutes to the nearest beach and 30 minutes to Nissi beach. 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop to get to the other beaches. Mario was very friendly, helped with any problems and was always in touch. Check-in was 'contactless', with keys in the locker. The beds are comfortable enough (we found the mattresses a bit too soft), but the pillows are not very good and it's better to replace them with newer ones. The location would be great if there wasn't a bar next to the apartment. If you have trouble sleeping, this may prevent you from falling asleep until 2am. Even with the windows closed (but the sound is much quieter) there are still some 'bits' and you always have a great opportunity to sing along with that guy from karaoke.

• Refael (10/5): Amazing apartment in good location with an owner that really cares about his guests - The owner is amazing, you feel like he cares about you from the small details to the biggest, everything is clean, the location is comfortable with supermarket close to the place, near bars and 8 minutes from the beach, the kind of places that worth to put 20% more the price because you know you’re in good hands
• Adrian (10/5): Exceptional - I definitely recommend staying at this property. It's equipped with everything you need, great location - practically in the heart of Ayia Napa, very spacious rooms. There's a 24-hours kiosk below the apartment. Close to the beach and all the major attractions in the city. The host is very helpful! My friends and I are very grateful! Our vacation in Ayia Napa will stay with us for a long time! 😉
