Gdiom (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms and facilities The owner is not someone you can trust on to schedule your journey. We booked online for three days but he kicked us out of the room after two days. We are refunded but suffered as a family with accomodation and luggage transportation.
Bbj (5/5): Great host, but very expensive for what it is. - The communication with the host was excellent, detailed instructions for collecting keys and helpful photos to find the property. The property was clean. Unfortunately the description of the property is somewhat of a stretch; a triple room officialy maybe but this consists of a very small double bed, and a very narrow foldout chair bed. For us, we could make this work (we were rushing out to a concert and had no time to find an alternative) but the apartment is very small and if you were more than 2 people, or were staying more than 1 night, it would be unworkable. The chairbed is not comfortable, I am only 5'2" and 60kg and it was small for me. The double bed is very small, my friend is 5'10" and had to sleep diagnolly to fit. Additionally the other residents in the block come and go regularly through the day and night so we were woken several times by banging doors, as well as the call to prayer at dawn. I hadn't checked the listing details thoroughly enough to pick up on the bed situation as this apartment appeared in a filtered search for twin beds; had I realised this wasn't really the case, we wouldn't have booked the apartment. Despite understanding the high cost of accommodation in London, I find it exceptionally difficult to justify the price for this stay.
