• Keith (10/5): - Excellent location close to city centre. Handy off street parking. Well furnished & equipped. Very reasonable cost. No issues from our point of view.
• Annie (8/5): Cosy two bedroom townhouse - A lovely two bedroom townhouse with it's own private courtyard and close to shops (we did have a car). The bedrooms felt very warm and cosy with a nice modern bathroom. The bathroom amenities were quality products. The house had everything we needed including an airfryer. This place is perfect for bigger families or even two couples. There is also a parking spot at the back so you don't have to park on the street. Would have preferred to be given entry instructions a bit earlier. I only received the instructions around 10pm the night before and because we had an early flight, I didn't see the message in time. Having no access to wifi or data on my phone when we arrived late afternoon, it was a struggle. I had to log into my husbands phone to locate the information, which with modern authentication etc, it took a long time. Would be nice to have a washing machine but we knew at the time of booking that there wouldn't be one.
• lara (8/5): Great location with parking - This house is in a great location and it was really handy to have our own parking space, especially so close to the centre of Christchurch. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The downstairs area is fairly simple and quite basic in style, but it is well set up and worked perfectly for us. One standout feature was the shower, which was lovely and so powerful! Communication with the property was also excellent. They were very responsive and really helpful whenever we needed anything, which made the stay very easy and stress free. Nothing

• Anita (8/5): - Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. Trotzdem ruhig da in Nebenstraße. Küche großzügig ausgestattet. Für Gepäck hat es nicht viel Platz; man lässt es besser im Wohnbereich, da Treppe zu Schlafzimmer/Bad steil und eng ist.
• JoCope (8/5): Great location and overall good spot. - The location is excellent, easy walk to town and park. Quiet street, fully equipped kitchen. Excellent shower. Despite there being a clothes line with pegs and an indoor washing rack there is NO washing machine. This was super inconvenient for a family of five over the Christmas period. Also no separate toilet so a little hectic when you are getting 5 people through the shower. Unfortunately I only discovered the no washing machine via review the night before I left. I should have researched a little more but thought it was a given that a 2 bedroom apartment would have one.
• Jodi (8/5): For the price, we consider it a pleasant stay. - the TV had many channels and netflix available. We liked that alot. Alot of Facilities within the house, such as bed, good shower, hair dryer, kettle, oven and stovetop. Parking is private so very convenient and safe for us to load and unload. Everything is good, just wished the property could be better maintained. the indoor Plants are dead and the outdoor area is rundown. there is also cobwebs on the ceilings.
• Glyn (10/5): Modern house convenient for central Cgristchurch - Clean modern house well situated just a short walk into Christchurch centre. Superb shower ! Facilities overall are very good, a washing machine would make them perfect !
• Natalie (10/5): Fabulous location and really clean and comfy. - Fabulous location, only a 20min walk to Riverside Market. Very clean apartment with comfortable beds. The bathroom, although small, was really functional with excellent water pressure and hot water. Super quiet street so we didn't hear anything. Self entry using a password lock. Great place for our family of 4 to stay. Not that it impacted us as we didn't need them, but note there aren't laundry facilities like in some holiday rentals so you will have to find a laundromat if you need to do washing.

• Caroline (9/5): An ideal location and comfortable stay - Its location was ideal in a very quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the CBD, botanical gardens, restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and warm with a small lawn area out the back and a designated carpark. It had everything available to be able to prepare your meals including an air fryer. The bedrooms and toilet/bathroom were upstairs which would be the only drawback especially for convenience and lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. The toilet/bathroom was upstairs.

• WAN YU (10/5): All good - We all think it’s a lovely house to be the end of our NZ TRIP. Although it’s not too big but it’s comfortable and well-equipped. The shower is so strong and no-limited. We did loved it. It’s closed to the city center and we walked there everyday. Hope we can visit again soon.

We found the downstairs quite small. The wide angle lens certainly makes places look bigger than what they are. Could have done with some more kitchen equipment e.g. baking dishes for oven, salad bowl, platter.

• Kate (9/5): A very enjoyable and comfortable stay in the heart of Christchurch. - The bathroom is compact but perfectly manageable for 2 people to use comfortably. The shower is excellent. Great location to get into town on foot. Extremely peaceful surroundings but with a variety of eateries and amenities nearby. Plenty of power points and storage in the bedroom. We had trouble streaming to the tv so read a book instead. Could have used another blanket/throw in the lounge for snuggling under.

• Jill (9/5): A wonderful home away from home - The bedrooms and lounge were a good size and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and coffee/tea etc. It was comfortable and a nice place to return to after a day of exploring. We found it a bit cold and needed to run the heatpump a bit more than we normally would’ve.

• Tracey (8/5): A comfortable apartment stay close to CBD. A much better alternative to a night in a hotel for a family of five. - Very tidy, clean and comfortable in a quiet leafy street. Lovely new bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and plenty of extras like cooking oil, tea, sugar etc. Great to have an off street carpark. Walking distance to CBD. Quite small for a family with 3 teenagers between 14 and 19 but we knew that when we booked and it’s all we needed for a one night stay.
