Temperatura interna non regolabile. Mancanza di semplici ma importanti oggetti da cucina come ad es. scolapasta/verdure, apribottiglie, forbici, tagliere. La mancanza di un microonde.

• Parastoo (1/5): We travel a lot, and this was one of our worst experiences on Booking.com and Airbnb. - The shower was very good, and the location was well connected by public transport. Poor organisation and cleanliness. We only discussed an early check-in, but after unclear instructions we arrived at 3:00 PM to find the apartment not cleaned: dirty sheets from previous guests, towels left in a bag, and a lot of dust under the bed. Exhausted, I had to lie on a blanket without clean sheets while my husband waited for the cleaner, who only arrived around 6:30 PM. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows very flat, the kitchen poorly equipped (only one drinking glass and one wine glass), and there was no help with a late check-out.

• Ariane (7/5): - Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist relativ groß und Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Es gab sehr wenig Geschirr, nicht mal genug Gläser für alle. Und die Wohnung liegt etwas unterhalb des Gehwegs, weshalb es schwierig ist, die Fenster zu öffnen, da Leute direkt herein sehen.

• Eduard (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful apartment. It is located in a quiet area. You can get to the center very quickly by transport. Good price. The apartment has almost everything you need. The only thing missing is a microwave. Contactless check-in and check-out. The owner is always in touch.

Since the train infrastructure is sufficient and punctual in Vienna, this wouldn’t be an issue. I’m saying this to guide whom can’t decide to chose a stay based on location. Also it was quiet enough. Dear Ludwig, so nice to meet you. It’s been an extraordinary experience staying at your apartment. As I told you it’s gonna be an honest review in every way. Since we travel with an 5.5mo baby, it’s crucial to stay in a clean ang hygienic enviroment especially I mean bedroom and kitchen. I regret ignoring past reviews about sheets being grey. As soon as I entered the bedroom and had a chance to take a look closely, I understood immediately why they said so.. there were a lot of body hair stuck all over the sheets. Some of’em might belong to the people who clean the apartment even this is disgusting but all of’em? I don’t think so.. sheets should be washed much better and please use white ones. I think you chose it to hide stains and body hair, I’m so sorry we’ve been through this. Fortunately, I’ve brought my own sheets and pillowcases based on past reviews, couldn’t take that risk, and it was no longer a problem. But when I proceed to change the sheets, I saw your mattress pad has blood and other disgusting stains all over it. That was something I wish not to see ever again. I’ll be sharing photos of body hair on the sheets and blood stains on mattress pad. Your towels were grey as well, couldn’t use them. Fortunately I’ve brought mines, so I thank myself. First day of our stay was a total crisis, I won’t forget that experience. Another disappointment, apartmen is at the ground level, this was an unshared information about the apartment, so everyone at the street walks through your bedroom and living room which is absurd and highly uncomfortable. If I had the chance to change the floor, I’d take it immediately. Also another past review about the mattress collapsing, we have experienced it, too. The woods under the mattress are not strong enough I suppose, mattress collapsed during our sleep, I hope you imagine that moment with a baby sleeping between you and your partner. Total nightmare and big a reason for anxiety. I just hope you improve all conditions!!

• Amber (7/5): brand new quiet & cozy ground floor apartment away from the city - The place was very clean and matched the pictures. Host was very kind and responsive. Close to public transportation to get to the city center. Walking distance to a few things but not much. Nice quiet area to stay in if you're looking to be apart from the hustle & bustle of the city. Everything was brand new inside, cute decor, very cozy. Easy to get the key and get inside. Safe spot. No AC which is typical for Europe BUT it's a ground level apartment so it felt weird sleeping with the windows wide open as we could see people walking by and there was no screen/shade of any sort - windows would have just been wide open and they were very large. There were no fans available - if there was a fan, I think it would have been just fine. Small space overall but able to sleep 3 people comfortably. I believe we were some of the first people to stay there (this is a delayed review sorry) and the stove/oven was not yet in working condition. We didn't need to cook so it was fine but that would definitely be something to know. Maybe it's working now?

Two of the pillows were not properly washed and they smelled like sweat, we did not use them. Also in the shower the bath mat was dirty(probably from past guests who entered the apartment with shoes)
