• Katharine (8/5): A very comfortable clean and relaxing place to stay. - Excellent- Clean tidy comfortable, well equipped, superb facilities and items provided. Clear instructions and help when needed. Broken window track problem wasn’t solved in the two days which meant window was open but that was likely due to holiday weekend. If things fail like this someone should visit to repair quickly. We did have choice of other rooms to sleep in but if others had been staying this could have been an issue. Michelle’s communication was good by text and she tried to resolve the issue for us during our stay with no success

• Richard (10/5): Mooi groot huis in een rustige omgeving - We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis was groter dan verwacht, heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving op ca. 15 minuten afstand van de Niagara Falls. Het beddengoed was heerlijk zacht en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Contact met de eigenaar verliep soepel. Zonde dat er nu al vlekken op de vloerbedekking zitten.
• Annie (10/5): Will definitely come back - The unit is modern and feels brand new, with a convenient location just 15–20 minutes’ drive from the falls and nearby restaurants. Everything was spotless and tidy, which made the stay extra comfortable. It had everything we needed — from kitchen utensils to a thoughtful basket of personal care products — which made us feel very welcome. The lovely decor also created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The curtain is quite light and doesn’t block out much sunlight, which made it a bit hard to nap during the day and caused us to wake up quite early in the morning. A thicker curtain could be a nice improvement for added comfort.

• Haines (8/5): Great value, central to the area for ease of transport. - Lots to do around the area, clean space, comfortable modern home feel. The value for what you are getting, four bedrooms two and a half baths is phenomenal. Would be perfect for a multi couple week/end getaway.
• Sarah (9/5): Wonderfully comfortable, centrally located, well equipped home away from home. - This property is centrally located between St. Catharines and Niagara Falls. Every location is within easy access to the Outlet Mall as well. Very comfortable property with a great location. The property was great, personally I struggled a bit with the stairs because of arthritic knees and hips but that is my issue and not the property.

• Evgeny (10/5): Lovely family stay minutes from the Niagara Falls - Very clean and bright and spacy, all new furniture, well stocked kitchen (which we used every day for cooking), good location (15 minutes to the Falls)… we even managed to make a day trip to Toronto (1.5-2 hours each way depending on traffic). I would really recommend this place and certainly would love to book it next time. None

The house was very clean and had all the things we would ever need there. Location nice and close to all ammenities and tourist attractions. Was a very nice stay overall. The house decore is very white, which wouldn't be an issue except that they need dark sleeping shades in the bedrooms....woke up VERY early to the bright morning light. LOL. House was a bit of a problem to find, as it did not show up on my gps but when I texted the host for written directions, she was VERY quick to comply for which I was very grateful. There were minor issues, but nothing that would damper you stay in this lovely home.

Chatted with a cou - House was very comfortable and well equipped and good amenities. Would have liked to have been able to get local Canadian news. Shower head in second bedroom was weak.

Reservation & and check-in process was smooth, and the host responded promptly to all our questions. Master bedroom has a tub as well as a stand-up shower for folks that are unable to comfortably get onto a bathtub. Great property overall.
• Tina (9/5): Bright, beautiful, clean, comfortable house with a great host - The house was beautiful, new, very clean, and very well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities basket in the bathrooms and ease of communication with the host. She was very accommodating and gave a lot of information in the informational book in the living room. It was easy to get in and out with our key code, and we had no problems checking in. We were very comfortable during our stay, and had everything we needed. The house is so new that the neighborhood is very much under construction. It doesn't get in the way, so this wasn't a big issue. The street/driveway was a little tight for a full size SUV like we had, but worked just fine. We could find the address on Google Maps, but not Apple Maps. We would have appreciated blackout or room darkening shades in the bedrooms.
