• JOANNA (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, rozkład pomieszczeń OK, czystości też ok. Kontakt e- mailowy też był szybki i dostępny. Dodatkowa opłata czyli kaucja a informacja o niej nigdzie nie widnieje poza ostatnim 78 zdjęciu wszystkich apartamentów. Kto ogląda wszystkie zdjęcia? Sprawdzając dostępność w wyznaczonym terminie pokazują się zdjęcia tylko tych dostępnych. Albo płaci się kaucję i dodatkowo 10 euro bezzwrotnej obsługi administracyjnej albo 30 euro bezzwrotnej opłaty i wtedy jest bez kaucji. Jeszcze zapach w łazience bez okna były uciążliwy. W jednym z pokoi ustawiono 2 łóżka ale nie możliwość przejść między nimi tak mały jest pokój.
• Samuel (9/5): We had a very good experience during our stay. The space was perfect for our family and we have nothing to complain abou - Very good location. Nice neighbourhood. Checkin instructions were clear and the apartment was in very good conditions. The bad smell in the bathroom. The apartment was very clean in the visible surfaces, however we moved the bed 20 cm we found it very dirty under the bad.
• Carmen (10/5): Volvería a repetir. - El apartamento es espacioso, está bien muy bien equipado. Todo estaba muy límpio y la ubicación era perfecta para nosotros. Cerca de dos paradas de metro y con tiendas y supermercados muy cerca. Las camas son cómodas y tiene pequeños electrodomésticos como una cafetera, plancha o secador. Me encantó el balcón. No tengo queja de nada, la verdad.
• Bobe (7/5): Expensive.. - The location isn't too far from the city center. The apartment is very nice and clean. Check-in and check-out are very quick. The beds are quite small, and the furniture is outdated IKEA cheap stuff. The hidden costs were a bit ridiculous. The rent for 4 nights was around 900 euros on Booking.com, which I considered a little overpriced but was willing to pay. What I did not like was that after the payment on Booking.com, I paid an additional around 250 euros for the different "added expenses." The final straw was when I politely asked for a late check-out; they hit me with an additional 35 euros per hour, up to 5 hours, which I consider extortion. I know they open the company to make a profit, and I chose the apartment, but they still try to squeeze the last drop of money from the customer.

• Daniela (8/5): - L'emplacement dans la proximité d'un arrêt de métro, le calme dans le quartier, l'accès facil dans l'appartement, le lit double bien confortable, les équipements dans la cuisine. Un de lit simple dans la deuxième chambre à coucher grinçait et ça empêchait l'autre personne à dormir. Les portes de deux chambres ne se fermaient pas bien et l'odeur dans la salle de bain. Il y a une fenêtre mais on peut pas l'ouvrir et l'odeur des égouts et humidité est bien forte.

• Mandy (9/5): tout ce que j’espérais y était - Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un long séjour. Il est bien desservi par le bus et deux lignes de métro. Il est à 20 min en voiture de la gare. Il y a des commerces d’alimentation quasi en bas de l’immeuble. L’immeuble est sécurisé et propre. J’ai eu du mal à quitter le lit le matin tellement j’y étais bien. RAS

Liked the beds a lot, comfortable and quite at night. Secure surroundings, supermarket close by. We would come back again for sure. Not a big thing, but the bathroom sometimes smelled a bit and you cannot open window, but was not a Problem as has ventilation.

Salle de bain petite avec toilettes dedans. Appartement très mal isolé. Immeuble d'appartements meublés pour touristes ou certains ne respectent pas grand chose notamment en matière de bruit.

Comodo per il centro con metro L1 e L4 , in strada piena di negozi e supermercati ma non chiassosa. Finestra in bagno non apribile, segni di usura che potevano essere eliminati facilmente(segni sui muri, porta che sfrega, )per rendere più accogliente l' appartamento . confezione di saponi e detersivi XL poco igienici
• Aline (6/5): Una buena experiencia, pero podría ser mejor. - El apartamento es bonito, tiene una cocina muy completa y la ducha es maravillosa. El hecho de que solo hubiera un espejo en el baño de una casa grande con capacidad para cuatro personas era un verdadero fastidio. Éramos cuatro, estábamos de viaje, queríamos arreglarnos, y el único espejo estar en el baño nos quitaba mucho tiempo. Y sinceramente creo que el ideal para esta casa serian 3 personas y no 4. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, lo que nos obliga a abrir las ventanas con el calor de la ciudad, y al ser un apartamento que da a la calle, hay mucho ruido hasta tarde.

• MARESA ROSSELLA (9/5): Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo - Appartamento con tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, forno, frigo grande, macchinetta nespresso, bollitore. Letti comodi. Biancheria pulita e abbondante (10 asciugamani x 4 persone) Zona bel servita con metro L1 e L5 a pochi minuti a piedi (circa mezz’ora di metro da ogni luogo di interesse culturale/ turistico) Supermercati e negozi sotto casa Si accede mediante codice al palazzo e primo accesso con procedura on Line poi ci sono le chiavi nell’appartamento. Comodo se come nel ns caso l’aereo è arrivato con quasi due ore di ritardo…indipendenza assoluta. L’appartamento NON ha terrazzino (piano mezzanino). In ogni caso è una buona soluzione con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo soprattutto vedendo altre cifre e soluzioni disponibili in città. Da sistemare la porta del bagno che non si chiude (o se si chiude si rischia di rimanere dentro) Avremmo gradito trovare una bottiglia d’acqua al ns arrivo (visto il ritardo aereo era tutto chiuso). C’erano 4 capsule x il caffè, zucchero, sale e spezie, detersivo x lavastoviglie. Avremmo gradito anche due tab per la lavatrice…invece x il bucato non c’era nulla. Altro neo sono la porta di ingresso all’appartamento (rumorosa dovendo chiuderla senza maniglia ma tirando il pomello) e la strada con cassonetti (alle 6,30 puntuali passava la nettezza urbana a svuotarli)

• Anna (10/5): - To był nasz drugi pobyt w tym miejscu i z pewnością mogę powiedzieć że nie ostatni :) Super warunki, w apartamencie jest dosłownie wszystko, personel jest bardzo pomocny, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obok sklepy, knajpy, przystanki autobusowe i metro. Polecam gorąco! :)
• Ольга (10/5): - Лёгкий доступ в квартиру, удобное месторасположение рядом с метро, кухня оснащена всем необходимым, достаточно полотенец, удобные спальные места. Но, самое главное-это контакт с владельцем. Мы забыли крупную сумму денег в апартаментах, вспомнили уже в аэропорту, сообщили хозяину об этом и в течение нескольких часов деньги смогла без проблем забрать подруга, живущая в Барселоне. Благодарность за понимание и честность! Рекомендуем!

• Rizwan (3/5): Was pleasant, but definitely could have been better - We liked that it was close to the Metro, Many things fell apart, such as the shower, blinds, one of the doors to the patio was broken and I had to ring to report this, there were a lot of marks on the walls. One of the table chairs was very uneven, not enough linen had been provided, we were not able to get into the property and had to call in which was very stressful. Also, the cherry on top was the cleaner just let herself in., and my husband and children were in a state of undress, there was still 40 minutes before we needed to check out so there was no need for her to just let herself in. I wouldn’t have minded how she knocked and waited for us to let her in.

The Smart TV can’t be connected with WiFi! No coffee tables in the whole apartment! and the beds are not the most comfortable, but it’s not bad.

• Liviu (8/5): Very good - Nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, easy access to bus or subway. Beds very comfortable, the central heating was working very good as there were some cold nights. All that you need in kitchen. Towels were provided as well The first time door access was a little tricky because you needed to enter the Stay-Unique app where in a menu there was the icon to open the door. All in all with some 15 minutes lost we manage to enter the apartment. Would've loved to have 4-5 coffee capsules for the expresso machine as complimentary from our host (we found only 1). Anyway 2 good coffee shops on the way to subway

• Robert (8/5): This place is nice and clean in a decent area. - There was a washing machine. It was clean. It was close to two metro stations. The main bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utilities. There is a grocery market right next to it. The rooms were hot since we stayed in the summer. The A/C was only felt in the kitchen/lounge. There wasn’t much space to hang dry the laundry.

Customer service were helpful and sent us guidance via WhatsApp. Would appreciate it if you could leave a printable instruction to wifi in the apartment.
• Penny (1/5): Very disappointing as on such a busy road. - Good amount of space. Comfy beds. So noisy. Such a busy road with constant traffic all night long. Also floors throughout were really dirty but we were less impacted by the dirty floors than the noise. We hardly slept. We did ask to move but they told us to get earplugs.
• Iurivi (9/5): Fantastico! the stay in Barcelona was wonderful, we got to see places that we won't forget and being able to return - the structure is very welcoming. It is modern, functional, pretty and clean. There are all the necessary services and more. The area where the apartment is located is also very quiet and close to the house and all around you can easily find shops, pubs and supermarkets. What I liked least is the fact that the apartment is still a bit far from the center and although it is in a quiet neighborhood, well served by bus and subway, it is still necessary to use public transport to get around.
• Mary (10/5): Overall, we had a great stay and would book this flat again. - We loved the location! It was close to the metro, various grocery stores, bakeries, and other dining options. The building lobby was clean and had a lift. Once we got in the flat, one of our boys asked if this was the correct flat as it was so nice. It was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed as a family. Having access to a kitchen is one of our biggest must but their kitchen was beyond our expectations. The appliances were modern with a big fridge, pod coffee maker, big slice toaster, and an electric kettle. We have stayed in many flats, and this was definitely one of the best one yet. The bedrooms and storage were basic but met our needs. The only negative comment was that one of the kids' beds was super creaky. Other than that, it was great. Also, we had washer in the unit and a drying rack. Big plus! We highly recommend this place for families or big groups. One of the single beds squeaked when you moved around.
