• Stephen (9/5): An excellent house for a family holiday. - The house was clean and comfortable the family room a really good size, the bedrooms suited us very well. The outdoor dining table worked really well for us. The backyard was excellent as we had small dog with us. the short walk to the nearest private beach was an excellent resource. WE did cook using the Weber, which did require us to clean it throughly before we used it. A bit tedious. We did however leave the hotplates very clean when we left. We had a Birthday dinner at the house where my daughter's baked a cake in the oven using the baking and mixing facilities etc., so very happy with that. The electric hob was a little complex. the LH front hotplate kept coming on unexpectedly and the control did not display the temp setting at all. just horizontal slashes. This needs maintenance. However we were able to efficiently cook a dinner of pan fried prawns and fish. so this more than met our needs. the size of the dining table suited us preface;ty.
• Maria (8/5): Overall, I would definitely recommend this accomodation - Enough rooms to accomodate a large family, lovely yard and large, comfy living area with well appointed kitchen. Issues with the televisions.

• Jiyah (10/5): - Exactly as advertised. Great facilities. Excellent backyard for the dogs. Lovely location close to the beach and cafe. Nice walk into Cowes. Sally was an excellent host, hearting on when we arrived was a lovely touch.
• Hotak (6/5): Horrible Experience - The only think nice about it is the backyard. The property is very old and it looks like it hasn’t been renovated. My family and I stayed 2 nights and we had a horrible experience. The house was extremely cold. Downstairs had tiles and not a single rug to cover some of the area such as under the coffee table which is a must and dining table. So it was very uncomfortable to walk on it especially for our two little babies which they did fall a few times because of how slippery the tiles were. had the worst experience sleeping on those squeaky & Small BEDS . All the 3 beds had the same issue ( MAKING NOISE) I don’t recommend this place for family with kids! Definitely not a holiday place.

• Anne (10/5): A beautiful beach holiday - A shady stroll to the beach and the house was lovely, especially the outdoor area for eating and relaxing. Our dogs loved the fully fenced back garden, and the area was whisper quiet.

Bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs bathroom a bit cold in winter - no heater. Beds are a little bit squeaky. Security door wouldn't lock.
