Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Michael (10/5): For me to see how my wife's eyes lit up when we walked in was my favourite part, my reward. Thankyou - It was extremely comfortable and, in my wife's words, so "cute!"
Gerard (1/5): I would never stay again or recommend it - The shower had good pressure but that’s it. I was really disappointed to arrive and both heaters didn’t work even after changing the controllers batteries which I went and bought and put in. No one came and helped us get heating into the unit so we had no heating all weekend on a very cold winters few days. The bed had no electric blanket even though it was advertised there was one, the doona cover that was on the bed had a blood stain which I wasn’t going to use anyway , but because we had no heating or electric blanket I may have but wasn’t able to as it was stained. Ants were all around the sink and into the draws. I did msg Cabel but really he was no use or help didn’t even msg on Saturday to see if the heating was working( as we arrived Friday. ) To summarise, I would not recommend your facility to anybody. I do really believe we should get our money back.

Dianne (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous location, walking distance to shops, food and markets. The property was clean and comfortable. Pegs were almost the only thing missing.

Steven (10/5): Comfortable and clean. Great for a weekend trip away. - It is in a great position, easy to find and no need for check in as there is a key box next to the door. The outside of the villas look a little rundown, however inside it was immaculate. The wifi was very slow. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, however the phone reception with both optus and telstra is very poor and the data speeds are barely usable. The wifi was only slightly better than the 4g/5g reception I was getting, and the wifi did not work at all the first day. This was only a problem because I was travelling for work. For a holiday or quick trip to get away from the rat race it would be perfect.
Rouba (8/5): Very comfortable and a great location! - All things required for a comfortable stay were in the villa. Great location and all amenities and facilities were great! The security door couldn’t be locked :(
Hans (7/5): Nice, but small for more than 2 persons. - Quiet area close to service. Sleeps only 2 persons. Sofabed not good. Kitchen area small, small dishwasher.

Rosa (7/5): Average. - Close to centre but not too close to beach. Cosy one bedroom cabin. Fridge did not work, not replaced during our 6 day stay, therefore unable to use kitchen. We were provided with drinks fridge but not cold enough for food or diary products. Unable to use clothes line.
