• Mankian (6/5): Pleasant - Liked the overall concept of the studio apartment. The attention to detail, including thoughtful accessories like a compact steamer, added convenience. The interior design, along with the choice of furniture, was decent and functional, creating a cozy yet modern space I had several issues with this studio apartment. Firstly, the location was different from what was listed on Booking.com, and when I called, I was given an alternate address. This was my first time using a no in-person service, and unlike a hotel, I couldn’t view the room before confirming payment. Payment options were limited to bank transfer or STC Pay, which made it inconvenient for a business trip as no invoice was available. There were maintenance issues, such as a broken floor tile and a drainage problem in the bathroom where water didn’t drain properly. The knob to switch water between the tap and shower head in the mixer was also broken. The air conditioner had a lingering smoke smell, and I noticed some flying insects and black ants in the apartment. I even experienced itching in the morning, possibly from the bedding. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the low bathroom window height compromised privacy. The lack of a closet and only one clothing rack made storage difficult. Additionally, the room’s location on the ground floor, at the building's corner, meant frequent disturbances from people passing by at all hours.
