• Katelyn (10/5): Lovely family location - Kevin, the host, was quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans etc and there were helpful baby items like a baby bath. The proximity to the ferry across to Granville Island was also good.
• Kristen (8/5): Highly recommend and we hope to return! - Fantastic location! Walk to beach and conveniences. Very thoughtful and nicely designed modern apartment. Owners are very responsive, thoughtful, proactive and accommodating. Easy check in and out. The only negative was the construction going on next door, but they provided fans and ear plugs in the bedrooms and honestly the noise wasn’t too bad and didn’t start too early.

Loved the electric fire place. Beautiful bathrooms and very comfy beds. Had everything we needed. It was very clean and tidy. Location was good - close enough to everything but also in a quite residential spot. There was some construction happening in the building next door, however it didn't bother us at all.

• Carol (7/5): Great location. Small apartment and felt cramped - Great location.. well equipped apartment. Very small for 3 travellers. No luggage storage as described No garden or sun terrace as described . We asked about this lack of amenity as it was on booking.com in the descriptor and owner advised it was a glitch in the system and if there was a garden sand sun terrace it would be in the pictures. How would we know that. We chose accommodation based on the filters of things we wanted in our accommodation. So the description should reflect this Aircon unit in living area inefficient. We were uncomfortable and hot. The unit had nowhere for the hot air to go and just simply came back into the room. The window area felt like it was a radiator and radiated heat back into the apartment. It was stifling, we just turned it off. The bedrooms had fans. No aircon . The unit itself was a bit unsightly and took up space in an already cramped living area . The apartment is off the road and is in the basement so lacks natural light or fresh air. The living /kitchen area looks out into the neighbours front area and we felt it lacked privacy as we would be having a meal and they could see into the apartment. Very expensive for a very compact and small apartment. We paid £460 per night

• Lucy (9/5): Really great. Would recommend - Location excellent. Really stylish apartment. Very well equipped with washing machine, even basic toiletries. There could have been more sofa seating as the sofa could only two people. Not a huge problem for 2 night stay though
• Daniel (9/5): - The accomdation was top notch , one of the best showers I have ever had. Location was central and easy to get to main sites . Comms from owners was very good. There was a bit of construction going on next door but didn't really impact us too much.

It had stated that it had air conditioning, but this was only an air come unit in livings-room and the 2 bedrooms had a mobile fan. This will not cool down the house enough at summer time. Also, it should be mentioned there is a large construction site right beside which starts up at 7 30am in the morning.
