The room was very small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom was also tiny and located very close to the bed area. In addition, the windows were facing the building’s inner courtyard, so we never felt comfortable opening the curtains and spent the entire stay without natural daylight.

• Kalina (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja i udogodnienia wynagrodziły małe minusy! - Hotel był naprawdę świetny. Lokalizacja idealna — około 10 minut spacerem do Times Square i 5 minut do 5th Avenue. Wszędzie było blisko, więc hotel stanowił świetną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania miasta. Odnowione pokoje były bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątane, a materace wyjątkowo wygodne. Oczywiście rzeczywistość nie była w 100% identyczna ze zdjęciami przy rezerwacji, ale różnica była całkowicie w granicach normy. Recepcja była bardzo pomocna i życzliwa przez cały pobyt. Dużym plusem był również stały dostęp do ekspresu z pyszną kawą i herbatą. Po całym dniu zwiedzania możliwość napicia się gorącej herbaty była naprawdę nie do przecenienia. Jeżeli chodzi o rzeczy, które mi się nie podobały, to zdecydowanie największym problemem był ogromny klimatyzator znajdujący się przy oknie w pokoju. Nawet po wyłączeniu wydawał ciągłe buczenie, przez co zasypianie było dużo trudniejsze, a sen zdecydowanie mniej komfortowy — momentami spałam wręcz z poduszką na głowie. Zgłaszałam ten problem recepcji, jednak jakakolwiek naprawa lub zmiana pokoju były możliwe dopiero od kolejnej nocy. Ponieważ mój pobyt nie był na tyle długi, żeby ponownie pakować cały bagaż i się przenosić, ostatecznie zostałam w tym pokoju. Nie ukrywam, że mocno wpłynęło to na moją ogólną ocenę pobytu. Na minus była również różnica między zdjęciami a rzeczywistym wyglądem pokoju. Na zdjęciach wydawał się znacznie większy, natomiast w praktyce ciężko było nawet wygodnie rozstawić walizkę. Podróżowałam sama, więc dało się to jeszcze zaakceptować, ale dla dwóch osób mogłoby być to już naprawdę uciążliwe. Widać też, że same korytarze hotelowe są już dość wiekowe. Dodatkowo trzaskające drzwi od przejść na korytarzach były wyraźnie słyszalne w pokoju.

• Emilio1963 (3/5): BUONA SOLO LA POSIZIONE. - Solo la posizione è buona a chi interessa essere vicino time square. Tutti gli hotel di questa catena sono scadenti e con personale maleducato. Le camere che vi danno non corrispondono alle foto e per la gran parte sono RUMOROSE e piccole. Trattano male i clienti e vi fanno perdere tempo. Non faccio spesso recensioni sebbene usi booking oramai da 20 anni e oltre ma mi sento di consigliare a tutti di evitare questo hotel e gli altri due della stessa catena che sono a New York. Ci sono sistemazioni molto migliori e soprattutto meritate di essere trattati meglio.

• Nina (10/5): Tolles Appartment in zentraler Lage! Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Tolles Appartment in sehr zentraler Lage. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten das große Appartment im 5. Stock. Dieses ist ein Maisonette-Appartment mit einem sehr großen luxuriösen Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad im Obergeschoss und unten ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Bad sowie ein Wohnraum mit Couch, Tisch und offener Küche. Modern eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber und es wird sogar täglich gereinigt inkl. frischer Handtücher. Besonders hervorzuheben ist "Joana" von der Rezeption - so was Nettes und Freundliches trifft man selten. Es wird sogar ein Frühstücksservice auf's Zimmer angeboten! Echt super!

The cleanest staff was great as well What I didn’t like is that I requested that the sheets be changed because I sweat while I sleep at night and the sheets were not changed. I had to request it several times and it wasn’t so other than that. Everything was excellent.

I would choose again. - I really like the location it is close to places that you can eat and visit as tourist however still the street is rather quiet and not that crowded…there was free coffee at downstairs and at room which is in nice quailty. And also there was a water refiller in the hole which was perks of Hotel. There was no mini fridge in room so we couldn’t buy something to store.

• John (9/5): Quiet, comfy, and a superb location for visiting the sights of NYC. - Friendly and helpful staff. Great location Centrally located, clean and comfortable. The room had a bit of an odd layout, and you can’t watch the TV from the bed, but I don’t really blame the hotel for that.

Localização muito boa, próximo a inúmeros pontos de interesse mas sem a multidão passando em frente ao hotel. A arquitetura do prédio é muito bonita. Há um lounge onde se pode fazer refeições compradas fora do hotel e onde costuma ser servido chá e café ao longo do dia. Foi possível deixar a bagagem guardada após o horário do checkout. Pedi um quarto interno por ser mais silencioso, mas a janela era muito pequena, com vidros opacos, o que deu um certo desconforto pois não era possível ver a luz do dia. O sistema de ar condicionado é antigo, ruidoso.

E os U$229,62 cobraram errado mais uma noite, ou seja ficaram de me reembolsar o valor integral de US 329,62, o que não ocorreu, a compra foi processada e ainda houve cobrança de IOF no cartão pela transação. Entrei em contato com o hotel, que manda a mesma resposta automática de que vai verificar. Fora esse desconforto a experiência teria sido perfeita. Seguimos no aguardo do reembolso.

También hay dispensadores de agua fría o del tiempo con botellas rellenables en cada planta y cafetera en cada habitación. El estilo de la habitación me gustó y todo parecía nuevo y limpio.

• Lorenza (8/5): Nice room in a convenient location. - I spent only one night there and the room was ok for that. It’s a newly renovated room, however you can tell the structure is not new. Position is very convenient in the center of Manhattan. The aircond was quite noisy despite being switched off. Luckily my neighbors were quiet at night because the room is not completely sound proof.
• Desirée (10/5): Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. - Alles war super. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten zum Time Square entfernt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen für eine Stadt wie New York. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Grosse Dusche und bequeme Betten. Was mir besonders gefallen hat ist die Lobby wo man sich den ganzen Tag an der Kaffee/Tee-Bar bedienen kann (gratis). Im Zimmer hat es auch noch eine Kaffeemaschine. Man darf auch Essen von ausserhalb mitnehmen und in der Lounge/Essraum geniessen. Auf jedem Stockwerk hat es Wasserspender und Plastikflaschen. Ich werde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Besuch in New York auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Es gibt nichts negatives.

• Valeriia (9/5): - I had a really great stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The rooms are newly renovated and feel very fresh. I didn’t book the smallest category, so my room was a decent size with plenty of space. It had everything I needed: a proper luggage area, a desk with a chair, hangers, and a coffee machine. The overall quality genuinely exceeded my expectations from the room itself to the bedding and amenities. The Malin & Goetz toiletries were a nice touch. The staff were consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely friendly. No matter what I needed, they were always available and willing to assist. I also really appreciated the little extras like complimentary water, good-quality coffee, and a nice selection of tea – it made the stay feel much more comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear things like neighbors using the shower. It wasn’t a big deal most of the time, but if your neighbors are noisy it could be an issue. I experienced that on my first night, but the staff handled it very well and moved me to a different floor. After that, my neighbors were very quiet, and while I could still hear plumbing sounds occasionally, it wasn’t disturbing. Another small downside was the water temperature in the shower, which could be quite unpredictable. It sometimes shifted from very cold to very hot while in use. Even after six nights, I didn’t fully get used to it, so you do need to be a bit careful.

• Nikoletta (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία του είναι εξαιρετική! Στο lobby θα βρείτε καφέ και αφεψήματα ενώ κάθε όροφος διαθέτει ψύκτη νερού με πλαστικά μπουκάλια, για να μπορείτε να τα πάρετε μαζί σας. Το ασανσέρ θέλει λίγη υπομονή…ειδικά όταν έχεις να μεταφέρεις βαλίτσες.

• Jeanne (7/5): Would stay again for the location and customer and knowing what to expect and recommend but advise if my experience. - Welcoming staff/good customer service; location…ideal for walking about but also quite accessible to public transportation. Steps from the theatre district which is mainly my reason to travel to New York. As “cubicles” are now designed these days, everything is at hand in a small circumference…the room had no fridge (as noted in the description when I was seeking accommodations); there was no safe in the room; and the shower head trickled down with no force whatsoever…no matter what option of spray l turned to; fortunately the toilet had a strong flush. The bed is dorm styled so no end tables just a ledger head board which electrical outlets did not work to charge my phone. I would have preferred a room facing street rather than looking at the well of back rooms and walls; dark and gloomy. And a room away from the elevator and door where one enters one’s room. Quite noisy. Thin walls could hear neighbours.
