Terrence (5/5): Probably ok for larger groups or families, but felt it overpriced for just a bedroom. - Quiet location and close to shopping centre with a great friendly coffee shop. First night there was an argument going on upstairs at 11pm with yelling and stomping to the point I almost wanted to call the police. Price seemed high for just a bed in a room, everything else is shared and seems like someone is permanently living there as well. The headboard of the beds was grubby and the quality of the linen was low. The other person didn’t flush the toilet and looked like pencil shaving were left in it one morning.

Tesfai (8/5): Very good - I like the house location, it not close but it is not far from the downtown. The neighbor is quite (good for walk) and nice neighbors too. It was also clean and it have all the kitchen material for cooking. My friends came the day after I arrived in the house and the room they reserved was not cleaned and not ready when they got there by 4. They had to wait until someone comes and clean by 5pm. We paid for it, but the service we was got was not good enough. Also, finding a parking after 9pm was a little bit struggle.
Dorcas (3/5): Not a great experience!!! - The location, area is peaceful The landlord needs to find a better way to communicate with guests rather than taking sides based on unverified information from other tenants. Being accused of not cleaning without any basis was unfair and made our stay uncomfortable. The other tenant in the house was extremely unfriendly, mean, and disrespectful. She didn't clean up after herself especially in the washroom; we arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink, leftover food scraps on the kitchen desk. Despite we cleaning the next day, washing her dishes and emptying the garbage, she falsely reported to the landlord that we were the ones not cleaning. This tenant made our stay very uncomfortable, speaking to us as if she owned the place, commanding us like we were staying there for free. We barely stayed there due to the uncomfortable environment we found ourselves in! The behavior of this tenant will make it uncomfortable for future guests!

Charmi (7/5): It was good but this is my first time living in this kind of shared environment and it is bit of weird. - Cleanliness and location The shared room concept, other girl living in other room attitude was so bad, she acted as she owns the place and even though I confirmed late check in with host she will be like this is not supposed to the time you check in etc. acted weirdly.

Simon (9/5): Happy couple would come back! - It was very nice and comfortable. Merv is super nice and very helpful. Anything we needed, he was super fast to answer or solve it. I absolutely would recommend it and stay there again. I basically liked everything. It is a great place to stay and very cozy! If I had to mention something I didn't like, it would be the fact that the laundry is closed most of the time.
