Jelena (8/5): - Больше всего нам понравился вид из окна, это было очень красиво, вид на три главные достопримечательности) Просторная квартира, очень высокие потолки. Вся необходимая бытовая техника была. Холл в доме очень красивый, открытый и всегда есть охрана. Вход только по карточками в каждое из помещений, в плане безопасности это очень хорошо. Красивый спортивный зал и бассейн на 35 этаже, откуда открывается безупречный вид. Так же есть на другом этаже еще один бассейн и детская площадка. Всё ухоженно и со вкусом) Кухня хорошая, но была не достаточно чиста. В ванне в душевой кабине было грязное стекло и канализация была тоже загрязненная. Еще не понравилось что было предоставлено только одно большое полотенца, а для лица отдельно не было.

Jeffrey (5/5): Nice property, but nightmare of a checkin process and terrible customer service. Do not book on booking.com! - Room was clean and spacious. Nice view of KLCC. The checkin process was a nightmare. After booking on booking.com, I messaged the property asking how we should check in. However, I got no response. After we arrived at the hotel, there was no staff or checkin counter for us. Instead, we got locked out and were told we needed a QR code. But how could we get it without anyone responding to us? We called the number in the reservation, but no one picked up. Only after we added them on WhatsApp and called from a Malaysian phone did they pick up … only to tell us the booking.com phone number was wrong and outdated! They then redirected us to another number. Eventually the staff sent us instructions over what’s app, but they were also totally wrong. The mailroom was locked so we couldn’t get in to get our keys, and a staff agent came to us, saying that they didn’t know our reservation had been booked. By the time we made it to our room past 4 pm, the staff was hurriedly cleaning it. And then we got contradictory information, saying checkout was 11 am whereas the booking.com post was 12 pm. The final straw was, after sharing all of this with the manager on WhatsApp, there was no response. No person to talk to, no apology, nothing. All in all, I’d give the room an 8/10, but a 3/10 for the horrid customer service.

Zhiyi (10/5): - 首先公寓环境很高级，也很洋气，而且顶楼的无边泳池看日落也太赞了！其次安全很有保障，从进来的时候保安就会拦你要二维码，接着大门要刷卡、进楼要刷门禁卡、坐电梯也要刷卡、并且只能按你的门禁卡那一层的楼层！！所以很放心。整个交流过程也很愉快，staff有问必答，效率很高！房间虽然不大，但是也很精致，床很舒服。
