• Darwent (9/5): - Lovely apartment and very very close to the south banks facilities and shops. A little confusing with instructions for getting the keys some steps that didn't need to be in like going to another building first which didn't make sense.
• Tanya (8/5): Very enjoyable experience with modern facilities, will definitely stay here again. 😀 - The apartment was very nice, clean and the bed was super comfy. The location is close to the Mater Hospital and Southbank is nearby which is great.

Check in was a little stressful, having to send ID photos just prior to boarding our flight to gain access codes. Please email a few days prior to arrival. Air conditioner didn't work in living area - leaking alot of water. Washing machine hoses have been put on wrong taps - need to be switched over - hot/cold.

• Dom (4/5): Good location but can't recommend due to flawed key collection process - The location was very good, convenient to South Bank, the Mater hospital, a walkable distance to the Gabba or across the river to the city. The apartment itself was fine. I cannot recommend this apartment due to the ridiculous process for key collection. They sent me to collect the key from a different apartment block at a different adress, so I arranged to be dropped off there. At this address the instructions provided for key collection (involving combination codes and locked letterboxes) did not work. I messaged and rang the provided phone number, initially with no answer, but after waiting a while outside in the summer sun I tried again and managed to speak with someone, who after a confusing phone call eventually informed me I had to go to a different address (pulling my luggage behind me) to collect the key. The apartment itself was fine but the key collection process was so flawed that I wouldn't go back.

Clothes horse in balcony held to - Good location Photos were taken along time ago, not reflective of the space now, lots of damage and the bed slats kept falling off all night, so I would end up sinking in the middle and it hurt my back.

I greatly appreciate the approach, extended support, and the warm, comfortable hospitality provided throughout my visit. The host's attentiveness and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Brisbane and will definitely choose to stay here again on my future visits. It was all cozy, comfortable and perfect.

• Madison (1/5): Property owners dismissal and actions regarding returning funds is unacceptable. Will not stay here again and would advi - The owner has falsely accused myself of damage to the property has not responded with the correct documentation or evidence to accuse, has not returned $300 damage deposit, has not contacted or responded to messages appropriately and refuses to return money. There is no parking available you must locate your own parking and walk to the property from various locations.

• Lozzielise (8/5): Excellent location, good facilities, great for a couple. - The location was perfect, very good communicative hosts, facilities inside the apartment were mostly good, price was really good especially for the time of year. Finding the keys at the beginning of the stay was a real challenge, but didn't need to be with some tweaked comms. I have provided this advice directly to the owner. I think the facilities inside the apartment were a bit more worn / tired than the photos show. There was nothing really wrong with that except that I felt a bit mislead. I think some updated photos would be a good idea.

• Leanne (7/5): Nice appartment just bad management - It was spacious with onsite parking The payments where not simple as they do not transact on bookings so I had to do transfers and pay a security deposit of $300 which I had to wait over a week for and was only paid when I followed up for the 5th time. The key is located down an extremely steep hill on a bike, so inconvenient so someone with a disability as I do could not retrieve the key without a vehicle. I

• Rhonda (6/5): The stay was fine but the booking which I booked on Bookings.com did not say it was a B&B. - No Breakfast but close to supermarket and cafes. Where to collect the property keys and leave the keys. As I didnt have a car and have just had surgery on my foot, it was a hike from collection of key to accommodation with luggage up a hill , then I had to return the key back where I found it so I had to walk all the way to the river with luggage to put the key back. Not great when you have had surgery on your foot and no car. It would be better to have just left the key in the accommodation on leaving.

• Roland (5/5): And another booking process after booking on booking - This is another accomodation where you have to do an onerous checkin after using Booking.com. You think you paid in Booking? No please enter all your details in this obscure site plus your credit card and ID, for whatever reason. It would be great if Booking forced these providers to tell the user that a second booking process is necesdary so you can avoid them.

• Caitlin (4/5): A nice apartment, handy to hospital and Southbank, Hard bed, Be prepared for excessive communication with host. - Great location, lovely apartment. Hard bed. Broken shower so couldn’t shower on first night. It was fixed late the next afternoon but no offer for a refund for the inconvenience. The owner sent an excessive amount of emails about the stay. Some were necessary, but many were just repeating itself. I ended up not being able to use some nights because I had come for a medical visit and ended up in hospital. I found that there was a little bit of a lack of compassion as I was in a hospital bed and with the host negotiating the shower fixing.

• Brad (9/5): Very impressed with value for money in this location...very comfortable accommodation - Location was excellent because of proximity to the Mater... If anything, maybe more attention to detail with the cleaning
• Dani (7/5): Very pleasant apartment, close to everything with a host very responsive to messages. - It was perfectly located for my purpose. It was central and well set up for our needs. I found it frustrating to receive a total of 6 messages reminding me how to check out and to take a picture of the keys -2 messages an hour and a half before check out telling me it was nearly time to check out and don’t forget the picture of the keys.
• Katie (10/5): I booked for a concert at Riverstage, was a very quick walk over the bridge and was also walking distance to Southbank f - great location, very clean, plenty of space and the host was lovely
• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The stay is superb, cozy and warm. Complete facilities for a family. Definitely recommended! The carpet was wet when we entered. The property manager or owner did not pick up our calls despite tried the stated numbers on website and message link. I had to waited more than 3 hours to check in due to miscommunication on locked mailbox!
