The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Communication was excellent and check-in/check-out went smoothly. • Vesaki (1/5): Rating Does Not Match Reality - To be fair, the host didn’t answer my calls because they were outside the country, but later replied by message and offered, as a form of compensation, to let me leave my luggage the next day for longer, which I do appreciate. I would only recommend this accommodation if you are prepared to lose your dignity. This space is simply not suitable for any human being to spend time in (basement or lower ground floor doesn’t really matter). Unfortunately, I did not research the place in advance, as I relied on a rating that does not match reality, and that was my mistake, since I just needed a place to sleep for one night, and I didn't care, until I came. Without wishing to offend previous guests who rated it positively or the host.

• Alexandru-Spiridon (9/5): Raport calitate/pret excelent - Fiind un Hostel, nu venisem cu asteptari prea mari, insa am fost placut surprins de curatenie si de accesibilitate. De asemenea fiind perioada targurilor de Craciun, majoritatea spatiilor de cazare aveau preturi astronomice. Pretul la Hana's Rooms a fost mai mult decat decent in comparatie cu restul optiunilor disponibile.
• Cristina Cervilla (10/5): - Muy bien el alojamiento, era tal lo que se esperaba. Está a 40 minutos andando del centro y bien comunicado en cuanto a transporte. A pesar de haber más habitaciones casi no coincidimos con nadie. Estaba todo muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. Como aspecto a mejorar muy importante: El colchón. Es lo único que no nos convenció, tenía ondulaciones. Las paredes son finas, escuchábamos ronquidos de otra habitación 😂

But if you're 1.80m+ in height, please mind the gap on the facility entrance(I didn't)😂 Pillows are quite weird, but okay-ish

The bed (my side) was not the best, but it was not really bad too. Everything was great and I won't reduce the score. It was really clean. It even had sanitizers and I loved it. Thank you ❤️

Nu sunt geamuri, dar au o ventilatie si nu se face cald/sufocant in camera. Singura problema este ca se face curent in momentul in care porneste ventilatia si te bate fix in fata atunci cand dormi

• Anna (10/5): - Апартаменты находятся недалеко от метро. Удобная бесконтактная регистрация. В комнате было чисто, тепло. Туалет и душ рядом с комнатой. На кухне есть все- посуда, холодильник, микроволновая печь, кофе, сахар и чай. Были полотенца и гель для душа, даже зубная паста. Рекомендую. На одну ночь, вполне нормально. Мягкий матрас и подушки.

The chat (text messages) I had with the host, were always friendly and helpful. Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet für den Preis, und sehr sauber. Gut gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage/Gegend der Unterkunft. Perfekte Kommunikation mit Gastgeber*in (über die Nachrichtenfunktion). Stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. The provided towel smelled a bit too strong for my personal preference. I think it was because of the used detergent, or maybe because of just the way it was cleaned beforehand. But I was happy that the towel was provided. Das vorbereitete Handtuch hatte mir etwas zu stark gerochen. Ich denke es lag am Waschmittel, oder vielleicht an der Art wie es davor gereinigt wurde. Aber ich war froh, dass ein Handtuch bereitgestellt wurde.

• Наталія888 (9/5): - Все супер. Дуже чисто, є мило, шампунь, все продумано й комфортно, гарна локалізація - 5 хвилин до трамваю. Звукоізоляція слаба. В будні не було з цим проблем, було дуже тихо, але в ніч з п'ятниці на суботу постійно було чути сусідів в коридорі вночі. Але навіть незважаючи на це, відношення ціни і якості супер. Рекомендую.
• ALIAKSEI LIPNITSKI (6/5): - Очень неоднозначное объект размещения, максимум на одну ночь. Очень маленькая комната, кровать одна тумбочка и столик, все. Цокольный этаж, маленькое окошко. Из плюсов легкое, бесконтактное заселение. На 8 комнат 2 душа и 2 туалета, один из которых совмещенный. На кухне только чайник и микроволновка, плиты нет. как вариант перекантоваться одни сутки подходит, но лучше поискать что-то еще. Очень неудобная кровать, постельное с дырками и низкого качества.

• ADAM (9/5): nocleg Idealny skrojony pod niskobudżetowego klienta - Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości, bardzo dobra lokalizacja i spokojna okolica (dojazd z centrum tramwajem), w tej dzielnicy w pobliżu dużo kawiarni, piekarni, dobra wentylacja pomieszczenia pomimo, że pokoje znajdują się w piwnicy, self check-in z dobrą instrukcją wysłaną dzień wcześniej, łazienki tylko 2, ale zawsze korzystałem bez oczekiwania, wystrój pokoju bardzo prosty (duże łóżko, stolik nocny, lampka, biurko, krzesło, lustro, wieszak), pokój idealny tylko dla osób które cały dzień zwiedzają i traktują obiekt jako miejsce noclegowe, szybki internet, podczas mojego pobytu inni goście byli spokojni, w związku z tym brak dobiegającego hałasu z innych pokoi, automatyczna klimatyzacja w pokoju nie była bardzo intensywna Niewygodny, falisty i miękki materac, pościel i prześcieradło nie były z bawełny, poduszki tak miękkie, że mogłoby ich równie dobrze nie być - jeśli te rzeczy byłyby zmienione -

• Eva (7/5): Para pasar un par de noches solamente. - Estaba muy limpio y nuevo. Es un subterráneo, en mi habitación no había ventana. No hay ventilación, con lo que da sensación de claustrofobia. El aire acondicionado está puesto todo el día, con lo que en algunos momentos sentía frío. El colchón no tenía la base lisa, sino ondulada. Nunca he visto nada igual, muy incómodo.

• Yevheniia (8/5): Не дивлячись на всі мінуси, за ці гроші, я не маю жодних претензій. Це один з найдешевших варіантів. - Мені сподобалось, що персонал хостелу дуже швидко відповідав на повідомлення, надавав інформацію. Також дуже легко відбулося заселення/виселення. Є безкоштовний інтернет, рушники, фен, кухня. В кімнаті постійно було прохолодно та наче десь був включений кондиціонер, хоча я не впевнена - але без ковдри було холодно спати. Постільна білизна,як мені здалося, була не дуже чистою - десь були дирки, чиєсь волосся, несправний замок на подушці. В ванній кімнаті душ тримається на соплях, наче він скоро зламається. Також хтось з сусідів сушив свій одяг в ванній кімнаті та залишав свої речі, що здавалося що ти ходив в ванну кімнату до когось в гості. Насправді чистота що в ванній кімнаті, що в спальні є сумнівною. На перший погляд чисто, але якщо придивитися - можна побачити бруд.
• Iryna (10/5): - Идеальная чистота во всей гостинице, в номере, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Мне очень понравился район, в пешей доступности находится остановка трамвая, откуда можно добраться очень легко в любое место города. В гостинице работает кондиционер, что обеспечивает очень комфортную температуру в жаркую погоду. В номере и во всем отеле - всегда приятно находиться. Очень тихо, соседей было вообще не слышно. И самое главное это отличная цена! Мне все понравилось. Обязательно порекомендую это место знакомым и друзьям!!!

• Petra (5/5): Lage und Preis gut, sonst eher naja. - Die Lage und der günstige Preis. Das ein- und auschecken war auch sehr einfach und hat alles geklappt. Bett war halbwegs bequem. Die Zimmer befinden sich im Souterrain (aka Keller) des Hauses. Die Ausstattung hat an eine Mönchsklaus erinnert und war sehr kahl: nur ein Spiegel, keine Bilder, nur 1 Nachkästchen, keine sinnvollen Steckdosen. Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier; das schnarchen des Nachbars hat sich angehört, als wäre er im selben Zimmer. Zwei Badezimmer für 8 Zimmer finde ich dürftig und ich hab mich dort auch nicht wohl gefühlt.
