- Clara (4/5): Specchietto per allodole - Ho prenotato questa struttura e mi hanno spostato senza motivazioni in un'altra molto meno bella, più piccola e più decentrata. Ho annullato la prenotazione. Cercando su booking.com un'altra struttura per il mio soggiorno a Sofia ho ritrovato lo stesso appartamento e pensando che il problema dell'host fosse risolto l'ho riprenotato. Stesso copione: rispostato soggiorno senza motivazioni in un'altra struttura molto meno bella, più piccola e più decentrata. Essendo ormai impossible trovare altro a un giorno dalla partenza ho dovuto subire il comportamento molto scorretto dell'host. L'annuncio evidentemente è uno specchietto per allodole.

- karine (8/5): - La situation géographique proche du centre à pied e,nous avons pu stationner facilement. L'appartement est très grand,très calme et très propre. Seul bémol le sommier à lattes de la 2 ème chambre était complètement cassé du coup 2 adultes ont dû dormir avec le matelas à même le sol.

- Pavlina (6/5): It would be perfect if it were clean - Location is top! The flat is big and indeed cozy. Needs an in-depth cleaning or even better - some renovation. The bathrooms and the place with the washing machine smelled really bad. I found a cigarette bud in the corridor as well.
