• PAULA (9/5): Si volviera repetiria - La ubicación. Muy céntrico. Comodidad, amplio para los 8 que fuimos. Tres cuartos de baño. Todo tipo de detalles ( café, aceite cocinar, sal, azúcar , galletas cortesía). Secador con difusor . Como en casa.... Precioso decorado Marta, propietaria encantadora. Algunos de los colchones no eran tan cómodos. Algunos eran nuevos y cómodos pero otros igual ya tocaba cambiarlos. La habitación que daba a la calle principal se escucha algo el ruido de la calle.
• Caroline (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location. Highly recommended! - We (family of 4 adults) stayed here in November for 4 nights – the experience was excellent. The apartment is in a very central location within walking distance of many tourist sites (such as the Galleria Borghese, Villa Medici, Spanish Steps, the Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, Diocletian Baths, etc.) and it's very easy to get to via public transport or taxi. The apartment itself was pristine with three comfortable bedrooms with ensuites, a kitchen/dining room, sitting room and outside terrace –which was a great bonus. The showers were good and had high pressure with enough room for someone who is 190cm (6'3)! There's also a washing machine if you need it. The owner, Martha, left some fruit and a small basket of food in the kitchen for us, and some umbrellas by the door too which was nice. If there was anything, the front door could be a bit finicky at times. Other than that everything was fantastic – very safe and secure area.

The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The bed was cozy, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and everything worked exactly as expected. Everything was perfect.

• Paulina (10/5): Jardin en Roma, a unos pasos de todo, incluyendo el parque de villa Borghese - El departamento es muy amplio, impecable y bien decorado, encontramos todo lo necesario, y aun con un clima inclemente en Roma, (calor) regresar a casa y relajarse en la terraza fue lo mejor. Terraza- Jardin llena de plantas bien cuidadas, lo recomiendo mucho Nada. Solo hay que revisar el timbre pues no se escucha

• Seamus (10/5): Excellent apartment, well located. - Everything was perfect, the apartment was as advertised and there was a fruit bowl full of fruit and lots of small snacks on arrival. Apartment was well equipped and has a lovely terrace where you could sit early morning or afternoon. Marta our host met us on arrival and gave us a run through not only of the apartment but also where the train station was located and answered any question we had. She also offered and arranged our transfer to the airport on our departure. Lovely host. Would highly recommend this apartment for a a few days or more in Rome. There was nothing to dislike.

Marta, our host, was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in contact with us throughout our stay. The bedrooms are spacious with sufficient storage for clothes, suitcases etc. and each bedroom had an on-suite bathroom. The outside private courtyard is a gem! We will definitely be back! It’s a wonderful apartment with everything you can imagine, equipped with all you need. Firstly, this place is cozy, comfortable, clean and spacious with modern amenities. Each room has its own bathroom which is so convenient. Different charms make elegant and homey atmosphere.It shows Marta’s great care about guests and dwellers. Moreover, the enchanting terrace helps to relax fully after hustle and bustle of Rome. What’s more, it takes you some minutes to get to outstanding sights as well as to a plenty of cafes and restaurants with their delicious dishes and drinks( we will never forget the cuisine of St Ana). Shopping area is also nearby. We would like to confidently and wholeheartedly recommend this delightful apartment to anyone who is looking for a serene place to stay in Rome!

Marta, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, welcoming us personally upon arrival. She even managed to arrange an earlier check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of three generations. With three bedrooms, each having its own ensuite, and a large living room with plenty of seating, it provided the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. The location is fantastic, allowing us to easily explore Rome's bustling streets and attractions while still enjoying a quiet and secure environment at the apartment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Rome with family or friends!

• Karen (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again - We were very happy with the location: a grocery shop around the corner, great restaurant (St Ana) down the street and able to walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Loved the terrace - was so lovely to sit out on the terrace and have a glass of wine after a busy day sightseeing. Really appreciated the basket of goodies also. Marta was so lovely and helpful - booking a transfer from the airport and an early morning ride to the train station and helping load the luggage in the lift on arrival. We all loved the privacy of having an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. We only had 3 nights here and wish that we could have stayed longer

As we were the grandparents, the hope is that we live long to come back for a third time 😃 - Marta And her daughter were extremely helpful with greeting and settling us in. We were three generations of family and had stayed at the property in the past so it was like coming home. The apartment was sparkling clean had everything we needed plus more like lots of little extras. The Beds were very comfortable and the courtyard where we had coffee each morning was just beautiful. The apartment was very central and only a moments walk to shops and restaurants. We can’t recommend this apartment enough, thanks so much Marta. Nothing, it was perfect.
