- Anselm (4/5): Overall very-disappointed - Location Not clean, many things broken
- David (5/5): Dissapointing, as didnt live up to expectation for price charged. - Good sized apartment in convenient location.
Good kitchen facilities for city apartment.
Plenty of hot water Agent was 15 minutes late meeting with keys.
3 chairs broken with dangerous jagged wooden pieces.
Dirty grease around cooker.
Shower door missing, replaced by torn shower which was ineffective. Shower curtain dirty and moldy.
Upstairs toilet seat unsecured and dangerous.
Plastic backed mattress protector on bed was uncomfortable and made one perspire profusely. Also had odour of old sweat on it.
Powerful air-conditioner in living room, but of no benefit on mezzanine or in bedroom.
- Mahboubeh (9/5): In overall I loved the apartment. - It was beautiful cozy apartment. I really enjoyed my time with my family. We were four adults and it was enough space for everyone. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and kitchen was tiny.
- Amit (6/5): Pleasant -
- Claire (5/5): challenging not as cosy as would have thought - very nice and helpful extremely noisy -so loud - outside i know it s a big city i understand but you would consider good windows against the noise
not great for 3 people sleeping in different beds
coffee machine broke after a few coffees on the second day
toilet seat upstairs broken
sofa was fixed but have to say the mattress so thin - have tried to lay down and falling in the middle not suitable at all I am afraid
- Piotr (10/5): Lovely stay - Location This apppartment needs bathrooms renewal.
Please get rid of the leftovers (rice, noodles,...)
Washing machine doesn't work.( Control lamp lights up but the drum doesn't move.)
- Stephanie (8/5): We would stay there again because it is quiet, spacious and a great location. - The location was great! The apartment was spacious. An elevator is provided. They provided fans everywhere! This was great since we were during during a weather transition period.
The BEST bakery is not far I Dolci di Nonna Vincenza. Carla was the best!! We booking specifically because we would need to wash clothes at this point in out trip. That did not work out and we were unable to used the very small washing washing machine. Luckily, out apartment in Naples had a much better amenity.
The stairs to the loft are extremely narrow and difficult to get large suitcases up and down. We just left the suitcase downstairs and carried items up.
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect
- Gledhill (3/5): Noisy 😓 - First impressions, apartment is nicely put together and the agent booking us in was helpful.
The apartment is in the old part of Rome where artists lived and worked. Unfortunately was very noisy at night. Firstly loud music till early hours, then realised a nightly walking tour passes by, with loud talking and laughing. The walls must be paper thin. Plus it's very close to the main road, with traffic noise and sirens.
Probably be good for night owls with an interest in the old town.
- Louise (7/5): Good -
- Yury (2/5): Very poor -
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Leuanna (3/5): Good location but not good enough to overcome the negatives that we experienced. - The location was great! The apartment was dirty when we arrived. There was trash left and the kitchen was very dirty. The upstairs bath and sink did not drain. The management did offer to have the cleaning crew come back in but at that point we were already settled. What was worse was the manager and the transfers that she did/didn't provide. Terrible communication and cost us over $200 to get a new transfer to the airport on the day we left. I would not stay at this BNB again.
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great and the apartment was just the right size for me and a friend. But could easily hold a family of four comfortablely. Centrally located, but also very quiet. The Kitchen is a bit small, but we made it work and we're able to cook dinner for ourselves and some guests.
- Sandy (8/5): The apartment was spacious and comfortable - great location! - I liked that we were met outside the building and hand delivered the keys. Overall, the apartment is very nice. A fresh coat of paint could really help to give it a fresh look and updated feel.
- Babel (8/5): Very good -
- Marybeth (9/5): great location! - great location with lots of room and comfortable beds. very walkable to see the sites. Simone greeted us at the flat with prosecco and gave us an overview of the area and recommendations for what to see and restaurants. he set up our ride to the airport as well. would recommend only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper and the kitchenette could have been cleaner.
- Mags (10/5): Fabulous location, excellent facilities, spacious apartment. Would definitely stay there again! - Wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely mix of traditional and modern furniture. Comfy beds, powerful showers with plenty of hot water. Plenty of towels. Microwave, two ring hot plate, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and fridge freezer. There was also an iron and ironing board. We have stayed in Rome many times and this is one of the best equipped apartments we have stayed in. It was cold when we were in Rome and we found that the air con/heating units were a bit temperamental although we did eventually get the one in the living area to work. Couldn’t get one in small bedroom to work at all. However small portable heaters were also available in the apartment so we made use of these.
