- Ryan (5/5): Passable - The view from the L88 pool. The size of the L6 pool. Bed was uncomfortable. Pool needed a good clean. The room had a smell to it.
- Ali (8/5): Good but could be great - The facilities of the building - pool, gym etc , the view from the apartment and location are fabulous. There were just some small things that could really make this a great stay. Only 1 key card (we did negotiate another instead of house keeping) - you need the key card to go anywhere in the building so 1 between us wasn't enough. No toaster, microwave or dining table. Not quite enough cutlery and crockery for a family. No mattress protectors on the beds. All of these could be really easy fixes!

- Salim (5/5): Overpriced apartment - This is a nice looking apartment in the center of KL. Beautiful view from the roof pool. Staff was responsive. However the value you get for spent money is rather bad: 1) you cannot pay with card, i had to go to the nearest mall to withdraw cash. It took me 4 transaction to get required sum because of limit on the atms. 2) advertisement of this apartment scams you by not including additional fees which increase your total paycheck by 25%!! This is not an accusation of any sort cause I dont heave registered evidence and i am not really sure that it is not a problem of my memorry and attentiveness, but before I made the booking i think all additionla fees were included, but after that turned out they are not. Agaib it could be just my imagination. 3) room service was in fact on request based while i payed 18% on top of my payment for 7 day stay. I dont want to come to dusty appartment with a trash full of fruit scraps (i would throw them away if i knew where is disposal area) to book room service for the next day. I have other better things to do. Actually I would like to refund the 4 days service fee for the non performed service. 4) when we arrived oven was dirty so we could not even reheat frozen foods until next day. Also even after service had to revash the oven grills. Which took out our vuebale time. 5) towels all dirty with yellow, red, black stains. I wonder why a luxury apartment service cannot afford one bottle of bleach. 6) you get only 1 key card so when there are 3 of you , one person cannot go out early to swim in the pool while other two go down to the city for breakfast. Because then either one of them have to wait for another...

- Julia (10/5): Such a beautiful, convenient apartment with spectacular facilities to enjoy ☺️. - The location of the property is very convenient 🤭, near a lot of tourist attractions. You won’t even need to get a taxi 🚖 or rent a car because everything is within a walking distance. We enjoyed walking to the Petrosain Discovery Centre, KLCC park, twin towers, and more. The views both day and night from the hotel is spectacular 👌🏾🥰🥰. The is absolutely none. I will book it again when I go to KL.

Super location for exploring KL. The setup for checking in is a bit odd. You have to ring and 20mins later someone appears and then you pay cash ... It just feels a bit strange. (However there was no real problem) No possibility to store luggage after or before check-in/out. Also the room itself wasn't very well maintained. Aircon had leaked with big stains on the ceiling, shower door didn't fully close, absolute minimal crockery, very used couch table ... .

Check in process is slightly confusing, it would be easier if the reception/ desk staff were able to check in, rather than wait for the manager to see you.

- Malcolm (5/5): Passable - The location was great. The bed was incredibly hard. Dealing the leasing agent was very difficult. It had to be done via WhatsApp, and there were times when we waited for some hours for replies to questions. We were given only 1 access card for both of us, which was not ideal. The servicing of the unit was only done after we queried it with the agent, and though a pool is on site, no pool towels are provided unless you ask for them. Be aware that after you confirm this booking, cash payment is required in RM as well as 100RM deposit for the access card.

- Gurkan (10/5): Exceptional - A Family-Friendly Gem in Kuala Lumpur + The room was spacious, spotless, and packed with traveler essentials like complimentary Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and even a washing machine, perfect for longer stays. What makes this hotel special, especially for families, is its great facilities. My kids loved the playground and three swimming pools (2 rooftop pools and 1 main pool at the middle of building). Watching them have fun was a delight during our stay. It's within walking distance to KLCC & Saloma Bridge, LRT station and shopping mall (Avenue K & Suria KLCC). The check in & check out process was smooth but make sure prepare cash for payment process. The host Mr Mohammad Hasan mithu and his team was incredibly welcoming and ensured our stay was hassle-free. Highly recommend for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kuala Lumpur.
