• Shirley (5/5): - We were relocated to 2 apartments because there was an air conditioning problem in our original accommodation. We were given 2 apartments, one apartment was ok and renovated but the other one was not. The second apartment was too dated. The boiler stopped working on the day of the checkout, so there was no hot water. AC was not responding, and I found out that it was a dead battery in the remote from the contact person. I was told that if we reset the boiler, it should work again, and we are supposed to know that by reading all the fine print? We were supposed to be on vacation and not in repair mode. When they say the accommodation was on the first floor, that meant 16 and 25 steps up, so all female travelers had to carry luggage up and down. I asked for 1st floor for consideration that we are not that young anymore and we didn't expect all that climbing. The info on the 2 apartments' stairs was only given on the day of our arrival.

• Jelena (8/5): Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft an perfekter Lage - Die Kommunikation läuft über einen chat - wieso? Man kann gut über whattsapp kommunizieren. Es war kompliziert und resultierte in Umwegen. Die Klimaanlage stellt abends ab - das ist unglücklich.
• Raegan (7/5): Nice stay, close to the Duomo - although a little hot due to air conditioning issues at night - Location was great and central - maybe a 7min walk to the Duomo with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Communication was good prior to checking in and we were able to access the property early which was great. Lovely new kitchen and bathrooms looked newly renovated (although one shower is on the smaller side). We had an issue with the air conditioner turning off at night. When I enquired about it, they let us know that the owners purposely turn it off at night from 11pm to 6am. The weather was really hot when we were in Florence and it was uncomfortable sleeping - all the adults complained about being hot in the night at it was only the beginning of June. Please note this if you want to stay here in summer - we were not aware of this on booking. The floors were quite dirty. Without shoes everyone’s feet were black (and babies knees were black also). Perhaps no one had use the property before us and it had been locked up for a while? It’s about a 15min walk to the train station. It seems close, but not if you are are carrying or wheeling lots of luggage - get a taxi if you are as there is construction on the streets and a lot of people walking which makes it hard to get there fast (I think it took us 25 minutes).

• Kyungbin (1/5): Have you ever stuck in an elevator in another country? - Honestly it was a clean apartment Yes i have stuck in the elevator in this building. The manager wasn't helpful at all about that situation. Neighbors helped me to get out of it (they did quickly and it seems like it happens often there) Do you know what the manager asked me about this situation? "Did you try to open the door of the elevator before arrive?" Do you often open the door of an elevator before arrive? Or who would pay money to suicide in ITALY on purpose even in an elevator? I don't understand this manager at all They have 2 bathroom as written. Of course both have a problem with drainage and i understand it because it happens often in tourist apartment. HOWEVER one of bathroom is totally wrong designed and there is no drainage at all. Once you take a shower, you will find flood in the bathroom. Basically it is not 2 bath room. Only 1 is possible to take a shower I barely leave a review. Only when too much good or when too much bad, i leave
• Marites (2/5): Avoid this place - Good location The heating is not working, no hot water available on arrival. Unable to contact the management not until 8:30am the following day. Maintenance came, he was able to fix the hot water but not the heating. So the whole duration of stay the flat was really cold considering it is basic especially during winter. The management kept on insisting that it was fixed but it wasn't. So my birthday was stressful. It stressed me out a lot, unable to sleep because of cold temperature. It ruined the plan of the day. Not recommending this place.
• Aura (10/5): Exceptional - Central Location; Clean; Very Spacious; Comfy beds; Customer service is excellent; timely communication; City Tax can be paid by card. The water pressure of the shower (low/weak) and the shower box is very small for a spacious apartment they could've made it spacious too.
