• Ivi Miceli (8/5): Está bien - La ubicación más céntrica imposible. Muy cómodo el apartamento. La entrada parece de la posguerra. Te da menos miedo porque hay un par de oficinas con gente en la planta baja. El ascensor es un poco peligroso sin puerta de seguridad.

• Klára (5/5): - V pokoji dobře funguje wifi a postele jsou velké a pohodlné. Vybavení pokoje je starší, než se podle fotek může zdát. Lednice byla vypojená a po zapojení spíše hřála než chladila. Klimatizace po zapnutí silně teče, ještěže je kuchyň vybavena hrnci. Nejúsměvnější nám přišlo zcela chybějící záchodové prkénko :-))
• Devi Marie Felicitas (8/5): - Super Lage, gerade bei Anreise mit Bus. Guter Ausgangpunkt um Tirana zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Cafes und Shops in der Nähe. Sehr unkomplizierte Anreise mit guter Anleitung für die Ankunft. Das Klo war etwas wackelig. Straße recht laut. Klimaanlage tropft.

• Izet (7/5): - Stan je u staroj zgradi u faktički sred centra što je extra lokacija na prvom je spratu ne treba lift, malo komunikacija sa stanodavcem je usporena šifru za internet koju je dao ne radi, na wc šolji nema daska i poklopac, topla voda i pritisak dobri i kupatilo komotno, malo je buka od saobraćaja ali ste u CENTAR😀 sve u svemu uz male dorade Extra smeštaj.

• Saurabh (1/5): SCAM in Tirana - Very rude person and the AC wasn't working. We left the money on the table after checking in and he is demanding more and saying that he will call the police. It's a scam.
• Koldova (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is centrally located, close to the bus stop and within walking distance of everything you might need. It has two smaller double beds, a corner kitchen, and a shower/toilet. Aircondition is a big plus, especially in the summer. We only stayed one night, and while we’re generally not picky and don’t expect luxury, we were quite disappointed. The old furniture didn’t bother us, but the apartment was not clean. There was a strong mouldy smell, and visible mould in the shower. The kitchen was poorly equipped - no electric kettle, no mugs, and overall felt neglected. The shower was leaking, the toilet didn’t have a cover, there were no bedside tables, and several electric outlets were broken. For a one-night stay, it’s manageable if you're just looking for a place to sleep and value the central location. But overall, the condition of the apartment left a lot to be desired.

• Rich (9/5): Good for My One-Night Stay in Tirana - The apartment is strategically located, very close to major attractions, restaurants, and the city center of Tirana. The room is spacious, with two beds (both comfy to sleep in), and all the facilities were functional. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during the summer heat. Some of the facilities are a bit old. Water tends to spill from the shower area onto the bathroom floor while showering. Also, the bed sheet wasn’t tightly fitted, and I noticed some white debris under the sheet. However, since I only stayed for one night, it wasn’t a major issue — as long as everything was functional.

It was a bit pricey for our expectations, perhaps due to holidays, considering that other places we stayed in Albania about the same time with very similar features were cheaper and felt better.
