• Danielle (9/5): Cute, comfortable apartment in central HCMC - The apartment was lovely, with excellent facilities and in a great central spot. It was so comfortable for my partner, baby and I during our recent stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Kiet (9/5): The stay was great, amazing location - Great location, great apartment, staff were extremely helpful and courteous. No lifts but a bit of a walk is good anyways. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that I cannot fault anything.

The property is on the 4th level with no lift so be aware that you will need to walk up 4 floors - not a big deal for me but some others may not be happy with this
• H (9/5): Location ‐ Location - Location - The apartment was nicer than in the pictures :-) Great location, right opposite the Saigon Centre and Takashimaya malls. Others, right here too. All major tourist sights within genuine walking distance. Extremely clean unit; all basic amenities provided (including in bathroom and kitchen). Pans, saucepan, spatulas, etc., included. Has washing machine with a drying rack. Both the living room and bedroom are air-conditioned & have a small balcony with stools to sip a cuppa as you watch the world go by. A clean home-away-from-home in a very bustling and vibrant area. Suited for a small family. Numerous restaurants, the famous Ben Thanh market, and convenience stores are all very close. Netflix available. Host was extremely professional all the way through; and responses were prompt. The biggest drawback is the absence of an elevator (if you have heavy bags). Unit is on the 4th floor of an old building. This is not your modern, glistening apartment – if that is what you seek. Nevertheless, its cleanliness and old-style functionality trumps it all. All in all, chances are high, I would return here again.
