• Peg (9/5): Comfortable & v convenient - Location was great Photos of the apartment door location & location of the lock & keys were late getting to my phone. Total confusion up to that point. It was v easy to locate once I had the photos
• Egle (2/5): Not worth the money - Location is great The bedroom is horrible, the blinds are see through so light comes in. The bed is small and uncomfortable, the bedding is old and wrinkly. Horrible bedroom set up. The shower is also not working properly. I travelled for work and needed place to shower and sleep and that was not it. I tried to complain but the “person “ Matteo just sounded like a broken record machine and was not able to help. They sent someone to change the bedding and had the cheek to say “ free of charge”… Stay in a hotel dont waste your money. I don’t know who wrote all the positive reviews and how’s this property on this platform.
• Miriam (8/5): Nicely designed bedroom with a great location. - Lovely bedroom. Cool projector in living room. Great location. Lovely fun dinner at the local Noodles & Beer restaurant. The lockbox was a short distance away, not the lockbox that was directly there, which was a little confusing. Bit noisy at night.
• Bethany (1/5): Total rip off - £149 paid for 24 hours of hell and no accomodation - Despite Booking.com "stay safe" notice that no additional payment would be required once rent had been paid in advance, and not to click on any link, they required a security deposit to be paid before providing access... by clicking on a link. Well I thought any hotel would expect pre-authroise deposit so no problem. BUT...their payment option did not work on all 3 of my banks There was no alternative payment option available and therefore they refused me access but refused to refund the rent paid. I therefore had no hotel and paid £149 for 24 hours of hell. When I rang to try to sort it they accused me of being a bully because I said that if they could not provide the keys, with or without an alternative method to pay the security deposit, then I would require a refund.

• Chantal (10/5): Very nice and clean apartment - The days leading up to our stay I got all the information I could need. Also during our stay there were a couple of inquiries whether everything was alright We did not have any issues, but I felt like I would get help soon if I would have needed it. Made us feel welcome. The apartment was spotless All kitchen appliances were clean and in great working condition. Our young adult very much enjoyed being able to watch their favourite twitch streamer on a big screen. The shower was great, good temperature and pressure. The bed is a bit on the small side, but otherwise perfectly fine. Just make sure to travel with someone you really like. Good WiFi We arrived late, around midnight, on a Thursday and it was an interesting walk from the station to the apartment, with lots of drunk people, but the vibe was good, it didn't feel unsafe at all. Makes you feel like you are in a lively party of the city. The front door to the apartment is quite heavy and doesn't have a handle on the inside. Our not so strong 20 y/o was not able to open the door.
• André (9/5): - Very nicely located, close to Spitalfields Market and to multiple underground stations. The apartment itself is very convenient with a small kitchen and a very comfortable bedroom. The road was slightly more noisy than I expected, although much less noisy than the neighbourhood.

• Fabian (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street train station. Despite being situated in a vibrant area filled with shops, restaurants, galleries, bars, and other attractions, the place is incredibly quiet. It's ideal for exploring this part of the city and the rest of London. The apartment is comfortable, beautifully designed, with a contemporary and thoughtful interior. We will definitely return!
