• Sarah (2/5): Unclean, felt unsafe, argumentative tenants, no accountability from host. - Location near airport which was handy , that was about the only positive. The ‘free upgrade’ room seemed unclean and it was cold. The towels and sheets smelt and didn’t appear to have been washed. There were other guests yelling at each other throughout the night (from 1130-130 ish) and they made noise later through the night leaving me with zero sleep. I advised the host about this through email and they just responded with an automated message saying ‘what time are you checking in, how many guests? And do you need parking?’. This was after I’d checked out. So I replied back and forth a few times, asking ‘have you read my message’? They replied saying ‘just now’. So I replied again reiterating that I got no sleep and I was also advised I could store my bag there for a few hours (which was nice of them) but the host didn’t answer me asking where would be suitable to store them after three messages.. so after my latest reply, restating all of the above, I got a response from the host saying ‘system error’. Whaaaat!? I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything, just giving feedback (particularly about the noisy guests, not even about the cleanliness). I literally locked my room because it felt unsafe, people were screaming ‘shut the f**k upppp’ etc through out the night. Anyway, wouldn’t recommend. Lack of accountability or apology from the host was a disgrace. Pay a little more for something better!
• Claire (7/5): Large, airy, comfortable, clean rooms shared with other more long-stay guests. - The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were large. It was clean, light & airy. Convenient for airport 15min Lyft ride to airport. Local bus used to arrive was not too far & at the same location as the food outlets. It's the first time I was in a house with Aircon through floor vents. They turned on multiple times to heat the house. I had just flown in from England so was a bit disoriented, however I thought someone kept using the bathroom with extractor fan. I was grateful for the heating once I worked out what kept waking me 🙂 Also a little thing but the can opener didn't work. I would stay again.

• Katarina (1/5): Bed bugs and a host who turned aggressive when confronted - Definitely do not recommend staying here. The room had bed bugs that bit me badly on my face, and I had to leave in the middle of my stay. Overall cleanliness was unacceptable — the bathrooms and common areas looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Although I was “upgraded” to a larger room, it was old, poorly maintained, and very cold. The temperature in the house was kept at a very low level, and no additional heater or blankets were provided, even after I asked. After I reported the bed bugs, the host responded in an unprofessional and inappropriate way, suggesting I had brought the bugs myself, asking me to prove they did not come from my belongings, and attempting to charge me for cleaning costs. The communication also included insulting language and personal accusations, with attempts to shift responsibility onto me. The host continued sending insulting messages until I asked the platform to step in. After intervention, the host stopped harrasing me. No refund was provided for the unused nights. Very disappointing, emotionally difficult stay with terrible hygiene, and terribly handled situation.

• DS (6/5): In Ordnung für Alleinreisende, für 2 Personen zu klein. - 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Schnellbushaltestelle zum Flughafen, WLAN sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal.Komme jederzeit gerne wieder. Raum hatte nur 6 statt 10m², aber man hat kostenfrei ein größeres Zimmer angeboten, aber leider in einem anderen Haus, welches mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schlechter erreichbar gewesen wäre. Fenster nur zum Nachbarraum. Dort sollte man Vorhänge anbringen, sonst kann der Nachbar nachts zuviel Licht ins Zimmer bringen, wenn dieser die Lampen nicht ausmacht.

• Nofiu (1/5): Not good - Nothing very dirty trying to add image of the wash room but won’t let me you can’t even risk stepping your foot in it The host message me at 2:21 on checking date and said the current occupant of this one I book decided to stay and at that time I won’t be able to get anywhere else and makes me sceptical. Getting there the it’s a share house where people live not a holiday let

• Daye (7/5): - 안전한 동네, 비교적 다운타운과 가깝고 공항까지 직항으로 가는 버스가 있음 (교통이 편리함), 숙소에서 약 10분 걸어가면 편의점, 햄버거 집 등 다양한 가게가 있음. 화장실 상태가 완전 별로이고 숙소 자체에서 좀 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났음. 특히 침실과 수건에서.. 세탁은 한 것 같지만 기분이 좋은 냄새는 아니었음
• Narella (10/5): The perfect place to rest - I came just for one night, I was arriving late at Calgary AirPort and needed a place to spend the night before heading to Banff. This place was just perfect! The room was lovely, clean, and super comfortable! The bed was amazingly comfortable. I was so tired after traveling for two days, and this was the perfect place to get some rest. Really quiet. The host was super kind, upgraded my room at no cost, and allowed me to stay in the shared area to wait for my bus to Banff. The kitchen is beautiful, has everything you need and everything is really clean. So grateful to have spent the night here! Nothing really, for me everything was perfect

• Keyvan (1/5): - Basement room, dirty shower, noisy guests, shouting. I slept at 5am because upstairs guests were shouting and making loud noises, maybe drunk or had a fight.
• Yumi (6/5): Decent stay, but a few issues - Quiet private room, spacious and comfortable common areas and good Wi-Fi There was an issue when I got to the house. The gate outside was broken, so I couldn’t get in, and the host wasn’t there to help. In the end, other guests who were also waiting outside climbed over the fence and opened the gate from the inside. Although the problem was resolved, the host didn’t offer an apology or take responsibility, which was disappointing. The gate was repaired the following day. There were a few other things that made the stay less comfortable. There was some trash in the bedroom, as well as an open drink and an open bag of candy. The kettle was not clean, and the kitchen had no stove, so I could only prepare very simple meals.

• Małgorzata Zając (5/5): Better than a tent worse than a distant auntie who can't remember your name stay - Big, comfortable bed The lights in the room 8 are switched on in a hallway next to a room 100 so every time a new guest was coming to that room they were turning lights on in my room by accident - at midnight sometimes . Also it took me a few days to find the switch. The oven and the stove don't work, there is no shower gel, tea, coffee, sugar for guests use, no dishwashing tablets but the dishwasher works. Fridge shelves are shared, but the space is tiny, for my 3 weeks stay it was an actual Tetris boss to handle my groceries. Other guests though my coffee, bread, milk, dishwasher tablets are for a common use, which I don't blame them for, I can share a slice of bread of course, but a lot of people were confused about that it's supposedly provided by the host. There's a glass panel between rooms 8 and 100, covered with material but lights are still going through, so better to have a good open conversation about when you're going to sleep with your neighbour.

• hart (10/5): Nice little hotel. - Close to the airport and the price is right. Clean and easy. Shared bathroom and kitchen.
• Lyuboslav (6/5): Comfy bed, good price, but also some inconveniences - The location was relatively easy to access with public transport, and the bed was nice and comfortable. I met a friendly German traveler with who we shared travel stories over dinner. It says quiet place, but it is more like a little hostel, there are about 6-7 rooms sharing the common facilities. I was staying in the room next to the bathroom, and so there was quite some noise from people going in an out until around midnight and then from around 6-7 in the morning, so not as quiet as I had imagined. It says the room is 16m2, but it is more like 9 or 10m2 Also the kitchen has very limited supplies, even though there is a big stove, it is not plugged in and there are no pots or pans. And finally, there was one quite strange woman that was living there, I think in room 2 or 3. Not sure if she was staying there for longer as she didn't want to answer, saying it was none of our business, which is fair enough, but she was making some very weird comments and remarks making us feel not welcome during the stay. Probably autistic, but still not very pleasant.

People were quiet in I understand that guest can be really disrespectful, but finding a note in every corner of the house was a bit uncomfortable, made me afraid of even breathe.

• Claude Boudreault (9/5): Confortable et bon rapport qualité-prix, situé à 25 minutes de l'aéroport en transport en commun - Réservation d'une seule nuit. Hébergement à prix abordable et surtout situé près du transport en commun (bus no.300) qui mène directement à l'aéroport en moins de 25 minutes. Chambre (#2) spacieuse et calme. Grand lit confortable. Salle de bain partagée propre. Entrée autonome avec code d'accès reçu le jour de mon arrivée. Certains équipements seraient appréciés dans la cuisine si on reste plusieurs jours (pas de cuisinière, peu d'ustensiles). La caméra de surveillance dans les espaces communs (cuisine et salon) me mettait mal à l'aise, même si je comprends l'aspect sécurité.
• Glen (9/5): - The location its off center street north at Beddington and there's a shopping 🛍 😅 mall about 10 minutes away and it has a Tim Hortons coffee ☕️ and A W fast food restaurant other side of center street is Safeway and London Drugs They would remove the food i had in the Fridge i can see the first time. Because i did not have a Grocery Bag it was nice of them to put my food in a Safeway bag and leave it on the counter however the Second time it was in the same Grocery bags and they removed it and put on the counter
