• Sheikh (6/5): Was an okay good stay. - There was a lot of space and the appliances where there. Generally very clean. A few of the furnitures where not up to date. Like the ripped lamp, one of the closet floors and the toiletpaperholder was not properly installed. The day we arrived there was construction work in the entrance and lift didn’t work and we had a special needs child who really had trouble walking up the stairs. We were not informed about that.

• Bernhard (4/5): Nie wieder ! - Wegbeschreibung Absolut unprofessionell. Keine Antworten auf Mails oder Telefon. Rechnung kam erst 20 Tage später nach dem ich mit dem Finanzamt gedroht habe.
• Antje (6/5): - Sehr gute Lage, nahe zu Straßen-, U- und S-bahnen. Schön ruhig. Als wir Unterstützung brauchten konnten wir uns melden und es ist jemand gekommen..... Viele Mängel in der Ausstattung. Stuhlbeine angebrochen, Verwalter musste kommen und hat notdürftig repariert. Tür an Spüle in Küche hing herab, wackeliger Klopapierhalter, Doppelbett stand mit einer Seite an der Wand, so dass man von der Fußseite oder über den Partner einsteigen muss. Mobiliar mit vielen Gebrauchs- und Verbrauchsspuren.

• Gillian (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and found in general the flat catered for our basic needs. - The location was very good for getting around the city using the local trams and trains. It lacked welcome and information packs. We arrived at 11 pm at night without any provisions so were unable to have a warm drink until the morning when we could get to the shop for milk etc.

• Johann Entz-von Zerssen (6/5): Praktische, etwas lieblose Unterkunft. - Die Lage ist gut und leicht zu erreichen und als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen zu nutzen. Die Wohnung war sauber und auch soweit in Ordnung. Es hängen tatsächlich ein paar Bilder von Banksy ;-) Die Wohnung ist lieblos mit billigen Möbeln ausgestattet und hinterlässt den Eindruck, dass hier so viel Geld wie möglich mit so wenig Aufwand wie nötig verdient werden soll. Leider ist die eine rein funktionale Behausung, die nicht zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Wlan ist dauernd unterbrochen/ausgefallen bei entsprechender Telefonnutzung.

• Arnhof (7/5): - Läget, mycket lugnt och centralt. Såg aldrig någon personal. Kaffemaskinen trasig . Svårt att komma åt nyckeln, men tack vare en hjälpsam granne lyckades vi öppna nyckelskåpet.
• Ria (9/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung. Habe mich gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gut gelegen. 👍
• Christoph (3/5): Völlig desolate billig eingerichtete Wohnung. KATASTROPHAL. - Mein Gast fühlte sich absolut unwohl. Die Einrichtung ist völlig abgewohnt, billig bis desolat (Eingangstüre; Küchenkästen kaputt; dreckige Küchenzeile; Heizung offenkundig nicht leistungsfähig; Sesselbeine kaputt und/oder zu kurz).....er hat dies als "völlig runtergekommen bezeichnet".

• Alessandra Sanna (10/5): - L' appartamento è stato assolutamente perfetto. Sia per rapporto qualità prezzo che per l ottima posizione. A cinque minuti dalla metro, a dai vari market. Una zona assolutamente tranquilla. Un appuntamento nuovo e servito di tutto. Ottimo soggiorno.e comunicazione con il proprietario. Le informazioni sono state chiarissime e immediate. Lo consiglio assolutamente Unica pecca lo stendino era un po' rotto, ma nulla di particolarmente grave.

• Eva (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, das Bad sehr groß, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Sogar Kaffee war vorhanden. Sehr netter Vermieter und reibungsloser Self Check in/out. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Richtig nett und perfekt für Sightseeing in alle Richtungen!
• Martin (7/5): Little care could upgrade this apartment. - The location was quite good, close to Prater, to the city centre 25 min by walk, U-bahn within 10 minutes distance. As we are Banksy's art fans, we chose this apartment, but eventually, there wasn't much of it there. The apartment wasn't cleaned very well. There was dirt and some garbage under the bedroom bed. We were not checking it particularly, but when my night cream fell off the bed and rolled under, I got unpleasantly surprised. Even an empty plastic bottle could be found there. Also, the kitchen furniture was quite worn off, with just some basic kitchenware. The freezer in the fridge had broken doors, and there were only two teaspoons overall. The kettle had broken lid, so we had to be very careful when pouring the boiling water. There were only four cups altogether, so you could either choose tea or coffee, but couldn' t have both. In the living room, one of the 4 chairs was completely loose and unstable to sit on, but we were lucky to find missing screw in cabinet drawer and fixed it ourselves, as there were four of us, so we could sit together.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at this amazing apartment as I was taking part in the Vienna marathon. It was a couple stops on the metro to the city centre and also the marathon. Specious, quiet location, very good value for money. 100% would stay here again.

• Stephwow (7/5): Great location but filthy floors - Well located, only a 5 minute walk from the train to the airport and the subway/trams in to town. Easy check in was great The floors were absolutely filthy, I would highly recommend using a good vacuum cleaner and a mop. I put on new socks after showering and this is what they looked like 10 minutes later.

• Ivan (9/5): Superb - Large and comfortable apartment, clean and well maintained. Great location, a garage is near (8 EUR first day, 10 EUR per day from the second day; with an App the price should be even lower, but it didn't work in our case). It was very hot in July and one fan was broken (not replaced during 4 days of our stay).

• Vojislav (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. The apartment was super clean. During our stay, there was a heatwave, but luckily the apartment has really high ceilings and that really helped in keeping the temperature inside comfortable.

• Berk (8/5): Very good - Check-in and access to our room were smooth. The apartment was spacious enough and had all the amenities. The beds were quite comfortable. The WiFi and TV (even if it only had YouTube) were great. The room decorations were very successful. Overall, it was clean. There was nothing missing or problematic. Thank you. The location is in an immigrant area and far from the center, but it's quite close to the metro. Anyway, it’s not a city that can be explored on foot. The external iron door of the building and the entrance are a bit intimidating, and the iron door is always left open (which is quite unsettling). I didn't encounter any staff. The building is very old and a bit damp, and the floor seemed slanted which was amusing while walking. I also expected to have washed sheets.

• Nadiowka (5/5): Passable - Everything was convenient. And the apartment had everything you needed. It was dusty and dirty. The child was constantly sneezing from the dust. The bed was not fresh and the plates were not even, but had patterns and stripes on the inside. Where everything goes and stays. And check-in is at 16:00. It is not normal. In all hotels at 14:00. You came with bags and you can’t leave them.

• Gaia_ros (9/5): I'll come back! - The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area, near the Praterstern metro/train station. Convenient and easy to reach the city center. The apartment is very cosily furnished and equipped with all necessary equipment. The host is very kind and thoughtful. I recommend it as a stay. -

• Moris (10/5): great place near huge park where you can enjoy with crasy attractions. - The comunication was excelent and fast help offer. I liked that all bathroom and kitchen things, for example shampoos, washing liquid and sort of things were ready and I did not have to go and do extra shopping as I have to do at other places, thank you for that. Also bathroom is huge and comfortable. I would give you advice to cleane up bit more, spetially under the beds.

• Ishuwa (10/5): Banksy fall 2023 - Friendly, accommodating and communicative host. Met us at the apartment on check in, made sure we were comfortable, and provided lots of information about the area. The statement was clean, comfortable and functional. Nothing to add.

• Amita (8/5): Very nice 😁 - Location was nice, facilitates were very good, it was very neat. Overall it was a nice and comfortable place Washroom did not include a wash basin. It should be a part of the bathroom for more comfort.

• Anna (9/5): in general it is a good apartment for 3 or 4 persons with everything you need and in a very conveni - I really liked the location of the apartment. To the metro / train / bus / tram stop and even the Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus is only 5 minutes on foot. 30 minutes walk to the center. The area is quiet, there are Bills and Lindl stores nearby. Good cafes nearby, we did not go in, but in the evening we passed by and there were many people sitting there. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, we arrived and the first days were very hot. Keep in mind when planning your stay in the summer as there are only 2 fans in the apartment. And I would like it to be cleaned better, because the floor was a little dirty.
• Inger (10/5): Quiet surrondings, a short walk to the city. If you don't want to walk, there are good transport options. Nice apert - Everything The only thing we lacked was a proper bread knife and instructions for the water heater.
• The (8/5): Nice location, but could do better to maximise comfort level! - The apartment was nice with a lovely location, being a mere 7-minute walk from Praterstern Train Station! Excellent for buses, trams, and trains! I'm not absolutely sure that the management had given us the right apartment, as the cleaners had left the washing rack in the living room which was filled with random hung-to-dry washing, and the ceiling light of the living room didn't work! A handyman was promised, but none arrived in the end. This was an inconvenience, as the otherwise "dim" lighting was not really convenient for my needs, which was - academic writing! My booking also included a sofa bed as I was travelling with my 21-year-old son, but nothing was provided, and I had to search for the duvet and bedding myself!
